Convenient, clean, and everything we wanted.
It's pretty much as described. Spotlessly clean. Everything works as it should. The hosts are responsive and helpful when asked, but otherwise we didn't even know they were around. Easy access to everything we wanted to see/do. Pool is maintained perfectly. Plenty of on-street parking in a quiet neighborhood. Hummingbirds are frequent visitors to the patio. Very few early or late flights at the PSP airport, so noise wasn't a problem. Disappointed that it was too hot (95+) to ride the bikes to town. Maybe it will be cooler next time!

Great Stay
This was our 2nd stay in the casita, and we’ve already booked our next visit. Spacious, sunny, and comfortable. Private, lots of outdoor space, good size pool. Whether we wanted to cook, lay out by the pool, read in the shade, or stream a show on the large-screen TV, we had everything we needed or wanted. Wifi worked well. There is plane takeoff/landing noise when outdoors certain times of the day, but always quiet indoors.

Perfect Palm Springs property
We had a fantastic stay. The house was perfect for the two of us and our dog. Great location, great yard, and being told we could help ourselves to the fruit on the trees (grapefruit and Meyer lemons) was a delicious added bonus. :)

Perfect Paradise!
Palm Springs Gem! Can’t say enough good things- the pool was tranquil, the comfy bed - perfect, the kitchen well- equipped! The Hosts- communication and shared information friendly, timely and thorough! Love the decor- and the attention to detail. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. So thankful.

Palm Springs Perfection
Loved this house. Perfect size for the two of us. It had everything we needed. The pool was so nice and tranquil. Perfect location for everything in Palm Springs. Robert’s suggestions for restaurants was spot on. Loved it all. Will definitely return

Comfortable oasis
This place is perfect for a little getaway. The property is very private, with all the amenities you'll need/want. My husband, two dogs, and I were very comfortable here. The guest house is laid out very nicely so there's plenty of space. The bed and pillows were lush and I slept like a baby. (This was truly a relaxing place.) I enjoyed sitting in the garden area and soaking up the morning sun. I didn't use the hot tub, but it's in a nice private alcove, and the pool area has lots of lounging and seating options. It was easy to access the property, and everything we needed was available for us upon our arrival. There's a shopping complex a quick drive away - Albertson's, Starbucks, and various fast food options. As others have stated the airport noise is very minimal, and when you're in the house you don't hear it at all. I do recommend just parking on the street if you have anything larger than a compact car - I did get our SUV in through the gate but it was challenging.

Wonderful Place to Stay in Palm Springs
The location of this property is great, 5 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, and mere minutes to I-10 and other major arteries in the area. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you need to stay here. The pool and hot tub are wonderful and there is plenty of outdoor space to relax in. Robert's communication was prompt. One of the best places we have stayed in and we highly recommend this property!

Great Stay
Robert & Jeffrey's studio guesthouse was very comfortable and enjoyable. We had absolutely everything we needed from blender to bikes/helmets to fully-outfitted kitchen to plenty of linens/pillows. We were able to prepare simple meals. The guesthouse and back yard & pool are privately separated from the main house, neighbors, and street, and quiet, with a separate entrance. The unit is not fully updated, but is very stylish and in good repair. The location is within a couple of miles of stores and central Palm Springs, easily bikeable, but you'll want a car. Wifi worked well, but didn't cover the pool. The hosts were responsive, although not quick, but we had little need to communicate. We're already planning our return.

Perfect and cute
Had a wonderful time at this property for our girls trip. It was very clean and had everything we needed. From relaxing by the pool to cooking meals. Bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. And even though its near the airport you can hardly hear the planes fly by. Felt safe and loved the privacy of the whole place!

Perfect getaway
I really enjoyed my stay here with my pup. They were super fast to answer any questions. I really appreciated that they were accommodating to making last minute date changes due to a storm that came through. Everything was so clean and place was fully stocked. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Perfect palm spring stay
We really couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The casita was large for 2 + dog. The property offers privacy and many wonderful amenities to enjoy a relaxing stay. Downtown and other surrounding areas and activities are so close. Highly recommend and looking forward to our next stay.

Perfect Palm Springs Retreat
This property was beautiful and serene. The bubbling fountain and all the nice areas to sit outside were so relaxing. Loved having our own space to cook meals. The bikes were wonderful and the pool was perfect! Nice and quiet, but close enough to downtown area. I would definitely stay here again.

Palm Springs Exploration
We spent four days here and found the accommodations to be lovely; very comfortable, extremey clean, and fully equipped to meet our needs. Location is ideal and allows for easy trips to nearby destinations, especially downtown. Hosts were very helpful. We especially loved sitting on the patio and watching the hummingbirds. We would stay here again and not hesitate to recommend it to friends.

Perfect Couples Getaway
The space and amenities were absolutely perfect. Bed is incredibly comfortable and the owners were very nice. A beautiful oasis that has made us fall in love with Palm Springs.

Perfect couples getaway
My girlfriend and I spent 2 amazing days here. The pool house is beautiful, stylish, a perfect place to lounge. We spent most of the time in the backyard in and around the pool, which felt like it belonged to us. Would absolutely return.

A wonderful place
Robert’s casita is a perfect holiday destination. I can not think of anything that could have been improved upon. The bikes were an added bonus. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to Covid-19 to ensure our flight home. We hope to return again to this lovely oasis in the desert.

Wonderful casita in safe neighborhood
This place scores nearly perfect. It is clean and comfortable and supplied well. The outdoors areas (pool and patio) are spacious and inviting. The neighborhood is walkable in multiple directions. The casita is about 2 to 2.5 miles from the heart of downtown.

Great location near the heart of Palm Springs. Private, well-equipped space in a safe neighborhood. It's near the airport, but noise wasn't an issue. Responsive and helpful property managers. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Amazing Retro Vibe
Everything was perfect! The location was great, the place was so clean and way cuter than I thought it would be. I loved that it had a nice filtration system, and everyone we could have needed. The bed was so comfy, the sheets were amazing and I really enjoyed my entire stay. Thank you so much!

Awesome stay!!
I grew up in PS but haven’t been back since 1997 and had a GREAT time!! The guest house is private and perfect- I quote my bf “I could get used to living here”. Everything was clean, super cute and comfortable. I’d recommend staying here to anyone!

A great winter break for us!
Our hosts were most accommodating and Hollywood House was sparkling clean and comfortable for us. We appreciated the fruit bowl and the bottle of wine after our long trip getting to Palm Springs. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately by our hosts and that was impressive. Our time was a bit cool and we did experience some rainy days, but thankfully we brought along a few books and enjoyed them immensely along with some tripping around to various places in Palm Springs and surrounding area. The BBQ and patio area was appreciated. I would like to have used the pool more often, but the weather was an impediment. Many thanks for a terrific stay in our lovely casita! Colin and Marilyn

Nice place to stay in Palm Springs
Vintage look done right. Chairs around the large circular table were exceptionally comfortable. Bed was good too, which is always nice. Although when outside, you hear street noise and aircraft (this is near airport), once inside, you are not bothered by it at all. When ready for bed, turn on the wall AC/Heater (great white noise fan). Exceptionally good quality appliances in the kitchen. Pans need spray to keep from sticking. Olive oil just wouldn't do it. We would be very happy staying here again.

Palm Springs Hideaway
This place was perfect for what we needed on our trip! Because it was chilly and rainy for half of our trip, we didn't get to enjoy the pool and patio, but the guest house was very clean and comfortable!

The guest house is clean, beautiful and cozy - just like the pictures.
The guest house has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Robert is very accommodating and responsive to emails and questions, and provided helpful information. Definitely recommend Robert’s guest house as a place to stay in Palm Springs.

Absolutely amazing!
I have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals across the world, and I have to say this was the best one yet! Robert was so accommodating and messaged me back right away with any questions I had. We were able to check in very early which was so helpful! When we walked into our vacation home, it was absolutely immaculate. Not only that, the fridge was stocked with drinks and fruit. The home is the perfect getaway for a couple or friends. I had the best time and the location is also absolutely prime. Less than a 5 minute drive to the downtown core. Would recommend this vacation rental to anyone travelling to Palm Springs!

Charming, clean, quiet — just what we needed
This was our first trip to Palm Springs, so we wanted to stay away from, but convenient to the downtown area. This cottage worked perfectly for us. Clean, spacious and well-equipped; we had everything we needed. We loved the private patio and yard area, too.

Perfect Getaway
Although my wife and I came out for a music festival, we are NOT partiers. We really prefer to have a nice, quiet place to stay, away from all the craziness. This Casita was the perfect place for us. It has everything you need. Also, the owner is very easy to work with and everything was super easy and straightforward. We are very thankful to have found such a great, quiet, and relaxing place.

Beautiful property with all the charm of Palm Springs.
The guest house is charming with awesome architectural flair. The setting is beautiful,tranquil and relaxing. The cleanest house we have ever stayed in with everything one needs. Robert is the perfect host and his beautiful dogs a bonus!

COMFORTABLE, CLEAN AND GREAT AMENITIES
The Casita was very comfortable and was as expected. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were plenty of towels and linens. The bed was extremely comfortable and there was plenty of living space. The patio tables and lounge chairs gave you great coffee/dining options and the pool was also a very nice option. The location is very close to the airport so there is some plane traffic but it ends early evening and does not start too early in the morning. Downtown is only a few minutes away and there is easy access to all main corridors. Robert was a great host and was always only a text away. He was more than happy to provide any answers and/or recommendations. Thank you Robert.

spacious --roomy--- comfy --all the amenities and close enough to downtown to Uber/Lyft it anywhere you want -- Robert was a great host ---very well decorated and special touches ----definitely a rental you will enjoy ----comfy King size bed---lots of storage---roomy living room and lots of light ---separate kitchen with everything you need ----great host---yes it is .close to the airport but plane traffic didn't bother us ---definitely would recommend---think this is a find!

Peaceful little oasis
Beautiful spot. Quiet and very peaceful.Several areas to lounge in to have your morning coffee, lie in the sun or sit by the fire pit. The private pool was one of our favourite parts. You won’t get this at many places. A real bonus. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels and bedding. Comfortable king bed and large living area. Robert was an amazing host. Very accommodating and always ensured we had everything you needed. Thank you Robert for a wonderful stay.
