とても静かでお部屋も広く素敵なホテルでした。 プールは冷たく入れませんでしたが、ジャグジーが暖かく気持ちよかったです。 朝食に自分で作るワッフルがあり、いちごジャムやホイップクリームのトッピングなど種類も豊富で、とても美味しかったです。 ホテルのスタッフの方もみなさん親切でした。

Room was not cleaned during stay. Some breakfast food options were depleted during morning meal time. Obvioulsy did not plan for two tour groups staying at the hotel while we were there. Volume of visitors aso caused chaos at the front desk. Systems problems, and staff overwhelmed. Poor planning again by management.

The property and the actual accommodations were fine. One of the staff members at the reception desk I believe her name was Shannon was very rude and condescending. She set the tone for the 2 days we were there. We actually considered checking out a day early but it was too much hassle to cancel reservations there and make new reservations at our next destination so we stayed but she was very rude. Other than her, it was good.

The staff were the best I have ever encountered at a Best Western. Super friendly and helpful on check in. Also the others we encountered around the property were also friendly and polite. The hotel was in a great location for Page and easily walkable to Page's many restaurants. The pool area was excellent.

Very clean and had a pleasant smell. We walked to several nearby restaurants for dinner and enjoyed the free breakfast. Friendly staff and helpful.

Quiet and clean rooms, delicious breakfast with dining area The Check In process was horrible. It took 45 minutes to serve 5 guests. Had some system issues caused double booking, guests were continuously coming back and forth as the allocated rooms were already occupied by some other guests. I had to adjust in a small room for one day in my two nights stay ( instead of the Jr suite) and they changed the room for another night

The sheets had stains, we had to get new ones and change them ourselves. The A/C unit sounded like a train was coming, couldn't sleep all night. Breakfast was nothing special.

Once again I was surprised and very disappointed that Best Western does not seem to care about the environment. No recycling options in the room and single use plastic cutlery at breakfast. In fact, everything a breakfast was just disposable. This is the second Best Western Plus we stayed at on this trip and we will not be choosing you again unless this changes. I will check the website information in the future for signs you are taking some positive actions.

Amazing hotel! The breakfast was INCREDIBLE. So many options to choose from. The hotel is very modern and clean. They cleaned our room as we were checking in which made us feel much better having a little one with us that our room was clean. Pool is heated and so relaxing. Bathroom is huge. Beautiful hardwood floors in hotel room. Bed is extremely comfortable. Staff was kind and willing to help. definitely amazed at the breakfast because it was better than the average hotel breakfast. Overall 10/10 hotel!
