the property is under needed renovation. the owner were very polite and accommodating.

Manager was very nice. Property was in terrible condition. Construction everywhere! Sawing and pounding right next door to my room. Door lock did not work. Furniture very stained. Was watched by people in other rooms every time I went in or out. Did not feel safe and left early even though the room was non-refundable. I don't feel the place should be rented out in that condition. Very disappointing!

Unit next store to 1015, door not completely closed, broken window, apparently school aged children living there with adults during the week loud in the morning, after school starts, quieter, once school let out loud again.
Extended stay on building when we got there the decking seems to need repairs uneven walking surface. ash trays everywhere people smoking cigarettes and marijuana 24 hours a day.

Staff was great, late check in not a problem, so nice, and chairs outside the room to take in the lake.

Bob &Grace are awesome! They are doing tremendous work on this property! Rooms were clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. We will definitely be back.
