Great house with lovely view, but a few issues
The pros: Lovely home with a beautiful view. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The deck and pool were wonderful to lounge around by. There is a cistern, which was so appreciated this trip as the entire French side of the island was having water cut-offs due to working on updating the pipes. The kitchen was well stocked for everything you might need. Lots of towels and beach towels. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The cons: The main bedroom bathroom was not clean when we arrived. Toothpaste on the mirror, etc. The shower curtains in both bathrooms are just gross. So much mold on them. Also the floors throughout were not swept - there was long, dark hair everywhere (and our party of three all had short hair). This was very surprising for a house at this price. The beds are very firm. And I mean VERY firm. So if you like soft beds, this is not the place for you. The air conditioning in the bedrooms were great, but the main room air conditioning never got very cold. But this didn't really bother us as we didn't spend too much time inside. Overall, we had a lovely stay (after I cleaned the bathroom and the floors).

Overall pleased with our stay
The property location was good the description of the property was accurate if I had to suggest one problem with the rental would be to upgrade the plumbing in the bathroom in the main bedroom. Overall pleased with our stay and would go back again

Great location great house
Visiting Saint Martin for the first time I really picked this location by chance, but it’s just lovely. It’s up on a hill overlooking Orient Bay, which you can see from the deck. It’s kind of a gated community and is clean, fully repaired since Irma, and feels very safe. It’s also very well situated just 10 or so minutes drive from Grand case, and maybe a 20 minute drive to Marigot and just a few minutes down to Orient Bay which you could also walk to. We weren’t particularly interested in going south to Phillipsburg. The house is lovely, though I would wish for windows with screens I don’t think that’s very common in villas like this. The pool is very small but we enjoyed floating around in it. The water is cold because it does not get sun all day. The view from the deck is pretty sweeping, with the hills to the left, and Orient Bay to the right. And it is very well furnished. It was really lovely to spend time out there. The beds were comfortable, the air-conditioning worked well, the water system (showers) were good enough, but bring your own for drinking, and we were not assaulted by mosquitoes or other insects when we sat outside. We did have trouble getting most of our devices on the Wi-Fi so kind of gave up on that. The concierge was a pleasure to work with and everything went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this villa and location and I would stay here again.

Super séjour pour un week end a saint Martin
Villa bien situé à Orient bay A proximité de tout Bon accueil et flexibilité du propriétaire Chambre et salon tres jolies propre et bien entretenues Mais salle de bain un peu vieillot et mauvaise odeur des canalisations A notre arrivée des iguane a l’intérieur du logement pas très agréable mais pb vite résolu mais du coup logement a laisser fermer

Bonjour Les salles de bains vont être rénovées en septembre C est la première fois qu un iguane rentre dans la villa ... Surprenant et bizarre ... Contente que vous ayez passés un bon séjour Au plaisir de vous revoir Mme le jeune

Fantastic stay in Orient Bay
We stayed 3 weeks in the unit, it was an excellent size for 2 couples. The “dip pool” was the perfect size for when we returned from the beach, which is an easy walk. And the little walk made our dinners out in the village a little less guilty. The kitchen is equipped with what’s needed, it was nice to have a charcoal grill for fish and chicken and even a nice steak.

Awesome vacation home!
Great location; only a few minutes walk into The Village at Orient Bay and Orient Beach. The house is really beautiful and has a great view of The Bay. It’s very spacious and can easily accommodate 3couples or multi-family. And has every amenity you could ask for on vacation. I would highly recommend staying here and we’re looking forward to booking again next year!!
