Great trip
My family had a great time in Orange Beach. The Phoenix VII had so many amenities, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, gym, racquetball, tennis, and basketball courts. The beach was beautiful! The unit was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful View and Condo
We had a wonderful vacation and love this condo! This is our second time staying at this condo unit, and hope to stay again. The host did a fantastic job making sure everything was ready and our arrival and check-in were smooth. This 1 bedroom 1 bath unit is perfect for my wife and me. The view from the balcony is amazing, we love to sit out and enjoy the view, especially in the early mornings and at night. The condo was very clean and decorated so nice. It is a very relaxing environment. The kitchen had everything we needed. We used the washer and dryer for towels, which was convenient. One very important thing to us is comfortable sleeping, and we found this king-size bed super comfortable, and we slept so well. The pool is really large, with a separate kiddie pool next to it. Once you pass the pool, you are headed down a boardwalk toward the beach. You can rent chairs and umbrellas, but we opted to take our own and locate them wherever we wanted to. We also like the location of this condo; it is within minutes of some of the best restaurants in the area, some of which you could walk to if you wanted to. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in this condo and look forward to many trips back to Orange Beach!

Short and sweet trip!
Owner was great to work with! It was just my daughter and I and this was a perfect place to stay. Easy to get in and out, close to restaurants and shops. Very clean and great right on the beach. We had an awesome time.

Great view
I was really impressed with the view and cleanliness. The listing was exactly as stated and the view was amazing from both directions. There was plenty of room for 3 of us in the condo. There is hardly any waiting for the elevators and you are close to everything. If you need ice go to the basement and get it at the machine. There are also places to buy ice at machines for $2. I wouldn’t use ice from the person before me anyways so why bother with ice maker? The pool was plenty big for the size of this place. Plus the indoor pool was great when the weather was not. Kathy was great to respond when I had questions. This was the first condo I have stayed in that you only have to take out the trash. That was really awesome even though we still cleaned up our mess and washed dishes. All condos only supply you with starter paper items so pack accordingly. We will stay again.

Great stay. Place is as advertised!!
I read a lot of the reviews about this property. I feel this condo is most appropriate for a smaller group. We are 2 adults. We did not use the pull out couch, but the couch itself was nice and comfortable. The king bed is very comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and had all we needed. The unobstructed view of the Gulf is amazing and the beach access is very easy to use, with rinse stations.

Perfect For A Girl's Beach Trip
This condo had everything we needed for our Annual Girl's Beach trip, beautifully decorated, awesome beach location and very clean. This was our first trip to Orange Beach and Kathy's condo was absolutely perfect. We hope to make this our permanent destination.

The room was cute and had a beach feel. It had a convenient walkway right to the beach. I wish I had known to bring our own toilet paper and washing detergent. The dryer was loud and the tub drained slowly but everything else was great.

Over priced
To be honest it was a nice condo, just not really worth the price per night. I’ve stayed at hotels for less money with better amenities. It sounds petty but staying there for 4 nights and having 1 roll of toilet paper? I know the property owners want to minimize costs but really? I spend one night at a hotel and at least they have 2 rolls. We needed to wash the dishes before we left, which is fine but don’t try to watch TV while you’re doing it because the dishwasher is old and very noisy. We also washed some clothes and the dryer is as old if not older. There is a bearing out that makes the drum extremely loud. It needs repairs at the very least and more likely replacement. There was a review about the ice maker not working. Well after some looking behind the refrigerator I found out why the ice maker doesn’t work. It’s because there is no water line running to the freezer. I guess not a deal breaker but to be charged those prices it’d be nice to have. If the owner doesn’t want to run a water line then why not take the ice maker out of the freezer? There was also only one blanket in the condo., that was on the bed. We pulled out the sofa bed to try and use it because my wife has a snoring problem….me. We didn’t find any other blankets in the condo other than 2 flimsy 4x5 thin “blankets” Ali g with the miss-matched sheets for the sofa bed. I’d be careful if you rent the condo and plan to use that to “sleep 4” because that was one of the most uncomfortable sofa sleepers I’ve ever slept on. There is a bar across it that makes it extremely uncomfortable. You’d be better off not using it at all. Please don’t get me wrong, it was a nice condo, just not worth the price per night we paid for it. Would I rent it again? Yes, but not at those prices and it probably wouldn’t be available to me after this truthful review.

Wow..All condos provide 1 roll of TP and paper towels. Every tenant that I know of makes a trip to the grocery??? All sleeper sofas have a bar across them, the sleeets are not mismatched and there are 2 blankets in the chest of drawers. There is another king blanket in the closet. The line to the ice maker is intentionally disconnected as "tenants" have pulled it out repeatedly--can't figure that one out! I don't know who told you to wash the dishes, as that is not in any of my info, nor is it required. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay and will take your comments into consideration.

Amazing View from and Amazing Condo!
We had an absolutely amazing experience in Orange Beach! Kathy was a great host and soooo patient with me, when I had difficulty booking. The pictures do not do the condo justice, so cute and charming! I've stayed at Phoenix properties before but what I love about Kathy's place is her attention to detail. Like she leaves soap for her guests - pump soap - not a cheap little bar. She even leaves soap and bodywash for guests, in case you forget. Those little things make her property 1 step above the rest in my book, because she remembers what you may forget! We also checked in around 11pm our first night and it was soooo easy! Got our parking pass from the front desk and went straight to the room. No delay, no problems and no getting up early with worries about that parking pass or getting towed. The views of course are spectacular and the unit was spotless clean. Can't say enough, will definitely be back. Thanks Kathy!

spring break
The only complaint was the weather so nothing Vrbo could do anything about. People definitely need to bring beach towels, extra toilet paper, and not enough bath towels for us to shower each day.

There are 4 bath towels, 4 hand towels and 4 washclothes along with a washer and dryer in the condo. All amenities are listed in the condo info page on VRBO so that you can plan your packing. I'm sorry that the weather didn't cooperate but please come back!!

Stayed on the 10th floor facing the beach so the view was great. Condo was clean, building was nice, and restaurants within a short drive. The parking was steep, $55 for two nights. I'm not sure how they price it for longer stays, but check into it if you're on a budget. It was very nice though, and I would stay again for a weekend or 3 days.

Our hosts condo is great, but……
To summarize the 4 stars. Kathy is a great host! Condo and views are great! The checkin and code to enter was flawless and worked each time. There are smokers on balconies which is frustrating to sit on balcony but smell smoke especially as non/ex smokers and it just plain stinks, literally! I took a star off because of Phoenix VII landscaping crew damaged a 21 Jeep Grand paint job and no one seems to care it was scratched badly and debris was thrown all over the side and inside (windows were down a little for ventilation), it’s a southern thing! My host told me to contact Brett Robinson since it’s his property he refuses to acknowledge or tell me who the landscaper is so I can get insurance information. If it doesn’t buff out I’ll be out several grand for a new paint job. If you book and stay on a Thursday do not park near any vegetation if you care about your vehicles paint job. Kathy this isn’t your fault but hopefully he sees this and does the right thing!

My wife and I loved this condominium and had a wonderful vacation at Orange Beach! Everything was perfect, just as advertised online. We relaxed at both the beautiful beach and the huge pool. The location was perfect to access the restaurants we had on our list. We have already been talking about returning and we hope to rent this condo again!

Very clean and great location!
We enjoyed a 5 night stay here, as everyone said the pictures really don’t do the condo justice. Very clean, pretty decor, comfortable bed and a great view. We also enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool options and easy access to the beach

Property is guarded. Large pool and short walk to the beach. Condo was very clean. Fully equipped with everything you need. Carts at location for easy loading and unloading. Exactly what was advertised, is exactly what you get.

me and my wife took a much needed vacation together before our kids were born and found this place on verbo. it was well priced, clean and in a convenient location, not too far from many of the reseraunts. couldnt have stayed in a better room. definetly will be rebooking this in the future.

Adorable condo
The pics don't do this condo justice. It's adorable. Has pretty much everything you need, plus a great view. My two friends and I drove to Orange Beach for only 2 nights after a visit in Fort Walton. The building is a bit run down, but it's a beach town. Pool was decent and you can get extra supplies at the bottom floor. We were there a short time and my only complaint is we weren't able to check in until nearly 5pm and checkout was 10 am. Was a bit inconvenient. Also, if you're looking for a kid-free location, this isn't it!

Small, but very nice and great location
Upon arriving, the rental was very clean and tastefully decorated. It’s a smaller condo, but was plenty of room for our family (husband, myself, 4yr old, 7month old). The furniture & layout gave us plenty of room to set up 2 portable cribs & a baby swing with plenty of room to move around. Bed was comfortable & view was great! Location was also great. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was great! The location is amazing, the condo itself was clean and comfortable, and the balcony made the whole trip. The amenities, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags are minimal but there’s a grocery store right up the street.

Great place to get away
I needed a few days to get away from a stressful job and this was perfect. The condo is the perfect size for a couple or a single. It was very clean upon arrival. The bedroom and living area were wonderfully decorated. The kitchen is a little dated but works fine. The balcony and the view are fabulous. Access to the beach and the pool was very easy. I will definitely come back if given the opportunity.

Beachfront Condo
Perfect beachfront condo for myself and fiancé, one bedroom, ample living room space and stocked kitchen. Balcony with outdoor furniture overlooking the Gulf. On the 10th floor and even with distancing, we didn’t have to wait long for any elevators. The walk to the beach is down a pretty long pier but is doable. Great experience and Kathy was very accommodating even after we needed to reschedule due to COVID. Thanks again!

Quick weekend trip
Condo was fine. Was a little surprised at the lack of supplies. I know that condos furnish just starter supplies, but when you check in at 4:00pm on Friday and check out at 10:00am on Sunday you don't want to have to make a grocery store run. 2 single serving coffees would have been nice. I had shampoo and bathroom supplies but really how much do those little bottles of shampoo cost. When I stay at condos for longer than pretty much 28 hours I take more supplies. This was a quick trip didn't think I needed to do that. Location is great and condo nice just a little disappointed in supplies. Oh an fix the ice maker, who wants to deal with ice trays.

As with all condos, we supply one set of supplies; toilet paper, paper towels, soap and garbage bags. It is not common policy to supply more. There is an ice dispenser downstairs that has 20 lb bags of ice for purchase.. I think that small bottles of shampoo would be great!!

This condo is spotless! The views are amazing!!! I had my coffee and wine on the balcony and just watched the waves roll in! The location was close to everything we needed. Any questions I had for the owner I got a response in under 30 minutes! I will definitely be staying here next time!
