Gemütliches Bauernhaus
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem gemütlichen Bauernhaus sehr genossen. War alles da was man brauchte. Auf dem Grundstück haben sich etliche Tiere ( Eichhörnchen, Streifenhörnchen, Rehe und wilde Truthähne) getummelt, was einen sehr beschaulichen Eindruck machte. Alles war stimmig

Very Generous Owner
Immediately on booking this house, I received a text message from the owner herself. She gave me directions and check in details. She was friendly and professional. As we were traveling from the UK we arrived at the house after mid-night. She had arranged to leave lights on for us. Even at night it was easy to find the house. Once at the house, we found it to be exactly as described: a lovely old turn of the century house. It had the quirks of an old farmhouse, like genuine copper fixtures and antique furniture. Probably the most striking thing is the feeling that we were guests in someone's home, and that host is very generous. We have rented many houses in the US and UK and this was the most generously equipped one. There was a plentiful supply of linens, detergents, toiletries, foil, napkins, spices, condiments and so much more. Also we enjoyed the BEST quality toilet paper (Angel Soft?) not a cheap thin stuff. This rental was so worth the price. It was perfectly located 3 minutes drive from Dennys, and a number of restaurants and a great cinema. We were there to deliver our son to.college and it was one town away.We were entertained by rabbits, peacocks and deer near the house. We had a lovely stay at this old house and we will be staying there again when we return to see our boy at his college.

Here for Family Reunion
The house was adequately equipped. Check in was easy. Rooms are spacious. House is cozy relaxing and enjoyable. There is a big yard and a long driveway. Oineda is a really cute town with lots of nice people living and working there.

Wonderful
We came to the area for our son's masters' graduation from Syracuse. We didnt want to be right in town. Its a very pretty area with wonderful huge old trees. The house was just like the listing said and was clean and homey. I highly recommend it for a family gathering.

Charming country home near Hamilton college!
We enjoyed our stay at this charming country home. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed for our weekend stay. Denise the owner reached out several times during our stay to see if we needed anything and to answer any questions that we had. She was very welcoming and helpful. We also loved that the house was less than a 20 min ride to the Hamilton campus and it was a beautiful ride along a country road, so we didn’t need to get on the highway. Thank you Denise for opening your charming home to us.

We came to NY for a wedding.
We came to NY for my husband's brother's wedding. My husband & his family are originally from NY so we were familiar with most areas. This house is very beautiful. It may be older and not everyone's type of house but it was perfect for just letting our 2 kids (8 months & 2 1/2 years old) roam around & a nice place to sleep. We enjoyed our stay! Denise was very kind & easy to deal with. She checks in with you and the communication was great! We definitely would stay here again!

A lovely stay at a lovely farmhouse!
It’s truly like staying at grandma’s! Cozy, private and all the comforts of home. Will stay again if we are back in the area, and the puzzle was a nice touch!

Great place and friendly manager
Denise was fantastic! We moved here from MD and wanted to avoid a hotel while we waited for our house. She was very flexible and helped accommodate as much as possible.

Charming Farmhouse
The property owner was amazing and the property was delightful. Close to shopping and restaurants but tucked away from the bustle. Definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful farmhouse! Denise was wonderful! Very easy from start to finish. The house was very clean, comfy, and cozy! My family and I felt right at home. Great location, safe, and everything is convenient. Will definitely rent again.

Visit to Oneida to attend wedding
The family stayed here to attend our eldest daughters wedding in Munnsville. Very convenient location to travel to. There are some character quirks in a over 100 year old home but it was very comfortable and relaxing staying here instead of a Hotel. The area is populated by quaint well taken care of early 1900s homes on perhaps an acre each. We want to thank Denise for allowing this home to be rented and enjoyed, it is very much a welcoming Grandma's home.

Cozy, comfortable home away from home
This house had everything we needed and more. It's comfortable, clean and so cozy! The kids loved the big yard for playing in the snow. We don't normally need a place to stay when we visit the area -- but, COVID. We'd definitely choose to stay here again should the need arise!

Very homey place we loved this home
This isn't just a house that you rent on vrbo, it is truly a comfortable"home". I don't know how to describe our experience other than to say that it feels like you're at grandma's house. The place just has a great feel. My family and I were here for Thanksgiving and it was wonderful. The home isn't fancy, but is so comfortable and welcoming we would definitely stay here again.

A Wonderful Stay at the Farm House
My sister and I stayed at the Farm House in Oneida for 8 days. We loved it! It is an older home but full of charm and character Everything was very clean and comfortable. The home owner was very accommodating and helpful. We have immediate family who live in the area so we were able to visit with everyone at length! We will definitely stay at the Farm House on our next trip to Oneida!

Great Family Home in Rural Village
My family stayed at this house for 3 weeks while our home was being renovated. The Oneida house was fantastic. Lots of room in the house. It was clean and comfortable for a family of 4. House is located in rural village setting. Lots of privacy but not isolated. The house is older and has its quirks, but it is well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

Great Home in Rural Village
We loved staying at the Oneida house. It was clean, spacious, well-maintained, and great for a family of 4. It's a 100-year old home with quirks but they add to the charm. Huge yard, tons of privacy, and in a quaint village setting. Overall, it's a great house and we'd love to stay again!!!

Wonderful Oneida Castle Farm House!
My sister and 2 brothers truly enjoyed our 3 night stay (8/16 thru 8/18/19) at Denise's Farm House. The front porch swing was enjoyable. Very convenient to Sherrill where we lived 50 years ago and were able to visit with friends. Denise's sister, Lisa, who lived next door was super friendly and a joy to visit with.
