A perfect location
The condo is great and bigger than what the pics portray. Ample room for storage. Great deck. Property manager was very responsive and checked in throughout or stay. The condo patrol folks were great too. Would love to stay here again!

Another great stay at NCV
My husband and I stay at NCV every Summer and this condo was great. Clean and had a lovely view. We decided to stay an extra night and called and spoke to someone with the management company that was a big help! Made it easy and enjoyable.

We'll be back.
The place is cared for, and that's how we felt there. Just right supply of things, great kitchen, secure location, the lanai was our favorite place the whole time, nice pool. Good walking area. Did really well for the 3 of us. The mgmt was perfect - available but unobtrusive.

Flawed Stay
We were disappointed because there was banging and concrete drilling like a jackhammer also our water was turned off during our stay! Location is great
This is our 2nd time at North Coast Village. The location is great - on the north (quiet) end of the Strand. The unit was nice, but the bed was too firm for my husband’s taste & the whole unit needed a more thorough cleaning (used soap & shampoo left in shower, something (booger?) on kitchen cabinet - ew). I brought my own Clorox wipes & gave it a once over, but it wasn’t as clean as I’d liked - especially with COVID concerns.

Cute, comfy, and spacious
I really enjoyed my stay here. In the midst of the pandemic, I appreciated that everything was clean. There was even a fresh bottle of hand sanitizer available for me.

Perfect place
This property was exactly as advertised. We were looking for something reasonably priced and close to the beach. It was within walking distance. Perfect!!! Condo had everything we needed. Very clean, comfortable bed, beautiful landscape. I would recommend this to anyone. We will be staying here again.

Awesome Vacation Spot
The unit itself was nice. Our family of four felt comfortable staying there and it seemed just like the pictures reflected. The complex was beautiful and the garage was easy to get in and out of. It was so close to the beach and there were sidewalks all the way to the spot we went to. The beach was nice and the waves were fun. There were a few people, but not too crowded. Our unit had free beach chairs to use and that was helpful. They were nice chairs, we plan to buy some just like it. We had a great vacation and it was fun from beginning to end. Loved Oceanside and loved our condo.

Amazing
Morning walks along the strand and the harbor were awesome. Great location for food too! We walked to dinner several time to enjoy the sunset while eating delicious food and cocktails! A true California experience!

Perfect location!
Perfect location for our stay. Easy to check in and out. Nice to have the beach so close. Bed was extremely comfortable. Great water pressure. All and all a great first stay at North Coast Village. We can’t wait to return someday!

Strong Musty odor and dense air in bedroom
The information about the property was not accurate. I was looking forward to a “great view of the beach”. Also the strong musty odor in the bedroom prevented me from sleeping there. It caused an asthma exacerbated. So sad to say I had to sleep on the very uncomfortable couch. I will not rent this unit next year

Well maintained condo, clean, great location across from the beach, bldg A, right next to the pool and hot tub. Bed was comfortable.locatiom if condo allows for access to Oceanside and the San Deigo region

Beach Getaway
We very much liked the proximity to the harbor and beach at oceanside. We had a beautiful view of the sunsets. The property was very nice and had everything we needed. The bedroom seemed a little musty but we aren't sure if that is the proximity to the beach? The living room was very nice and so was the kitchen. Our only real issue was probably the parking.It was a nice underground parking garage but the space itself was very tight for our car. Overall it was a great few days at the beach!

Great place to relax
With a slight view of the ocean from the balcony we fell asleep to the ocean waves crashing each night. This was a great place to stay for our family. With a pull out couch/bed we all had a place to sleep. I recommend going across the street to use the pool as it is much bigger though the hot tub on this side may be used less. There are 2 bbq grills that are shared right above the pool. Everything was super relaxing. The parking spots in the garage are tight but parking is included. We bought our food for many meals and cooked on the grill or the oven in our place. That was nice option. Also close to handles ice cream!! (Black raspberry chunk is the best) and lots of dining places and fun things to do.

Perfect condo! Clean & comfortable. Located in A-it has a smaller pool area. You can see a little bit of the ocean from the balcony & can hear it when you are sleeping. So lovely! There may be noise from upstairs neighbors but that is to be expected. Also, some people are bothered by the train noise that comes through. Not a big deal to us. Pretty close to the pool and bbq area. We found both hard to use since there were so many people using both. At one point we were in the hot tub with another guest and -17 other people all from the same family came into the hot tub with us! First they sent their little ones in there unsupervised and then the rest showed up. Staying at NCV you will sometimes have to deal with crowded areas and people letting their kids roam around by themselves. The day we arrived there were teenagers who got into a fist fight and were screaming profanities across the complex. I never once saw security in Building A so I am not sure if the other buildings are better. It would be nice if the list of amenities & kitchen items was updated since the listing says there were no boogie boards or sand toys we ended up lugging a bunch of stuff from Colorado that we didn’t need which was a pain fyi- there’s a couple boogie boards, sand toys, tons of board games, DVDs and beach games, chairs and even fishing rods that are in the condo for you to use. Overall, beautiful and conveniently located place to stay. P.S.- bring your own coffee filters!

Great property
We have been going to Oceanside for 13 years now. Our last two stays have been at this property. It is always clean and well-maintained. The location it's very convenient to the beach and the grills and the pool.

Great Place to Stay

Easy Access to the Beach
I greatly enjoyed the short walk to the beach and close proximity to restaurants in the Harbor area. The condo is very well maintained and clean, as well as, having all of the amenities of home. I found everything I needed in the kitchen to prepare meals, including a few basic spices. The bed and furniture was comfortable, and there were plenty of towels for my 2 week stay. The condo complex is beautifully landscaped, and nicely maintained. I found the pool area to be very relaxing and peaceful for reading. Another great perk was having a secure reserved space for parking the car. I will recommend this location to friends and family looking to stay in Oceanside.
