Relaxing getaway
Property was clean, and complex was well maintained. The property owner was easy to get a hold of and answered any questions or concerns that came up. Family had a great time I highly recommend this property. This has been the 3rd time my family and I have visited, and we always keep returning.

Nice view but…
TV in living room did not work they sent someone and it worked for a while but then out again after five when I could get no one bring your own shampoo, Kleenex, coffee, sugar, etc. shower very difficult to turn off the view, however was great from the patio in the sunset beautiful The grounds are also lovely

This is a great family beach area. This property is just behind the building/units on the beach so you get a great view and the beach is an easy walk downstairs. Great vacation!

Great Location
This area is very well maintained. The actual condominium was also very clean. We brought our own items to cook and clean with but, this place was literally equipped with all household items and appliances you may need except for food. Check-in and check-out was super easy and the staff were very friendly. The beach, restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. We loved staying here and would definitely return!

Excellent Property
Property is nicely situated, has a great view of the beach/ocean and of the harbor/marina area too. Unit was very clean, kitchen was well appointed, king bed very comfortable, looks like the unit has recently been remodeled, beach chairs, and cooler included. Quiet part of town on this side of the complex. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Will return to this unit again. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful property!
Everything was great. Condo was in great shape, and area VERY well maintained. Easy and safe are to walk, dine, etc... Only thing that was annoying was the upstairs neighbor seemingly running from one end of their condo to the other at times, but no one can control that. Would surely recommend this property to others.

Winter Get Away
We enjoyed our stay in this property and have plans to return next year. The whole complex was very well maintained and beautiful. The only issue we had was with a heater but that was promptly fixed. Our balcony faced north so was to cool to enjoy but the view of the ocean, harbor and mountains was gorgeous.

Perfect
Our stay was perfect! The condo was very clean and included plenty of storage for all our items. You can see the ocean from the balcony. The condo is very close to a semi- private beach and includes assigned parking under the condos. Many family games and puzzles were located in a cabinet and kept us very entertained. The common areas of the condo complex (swimming pool, gym, pool room and koi pond) were a highlight that we enjoyed everyday. We highly recommend this condo and will stay here again!

On the beach!!
The house is on the beach. As shown in photos, it’s not full head on ocean view, but there’s a very good ocean view from the balcony/living room even. From the bedroom, the view is limited to the side from the window. The ocean waves are audible though. Overall very decent stay. There are many buildings and each building seems to have a common laundry room with 5 or 6 washer/dryer pairs. The biggest inconvenience was to get the quarters for laundry. (For each load of laundry, 11 quarters are needed).

Great Views
Our unit had wonderful views of harbor and beach from the outside balcony. Kitchen was well equipped and unit had all possible amenities and accessories. We could see surfers, beach goers, and seabirds! We also played in the waves every day possible, enjoying all the sand castles and sand sculptures made by kids such as a giant octopus and whale. NCV is a well kept property with lush landscaping that feels tropical, and safe and secure as well; nice to have 24 hour security guards. I loved the firm bed in our unit because I have back pain issues! Also the the condo was soooo quiet and peaceful due to quality construction. Thank you for the hospitality and hope to return soon!

Fantastic place! Very clean, lovely apartment that had everything we could want. Right on the beach, in a safe and pretty neighborhood. The management was super attentive & helpful, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Love, love, love!

Excellent Place to Stay!
The basics are all taken care of here, the place was spotless, everything worked, the kitchen was adequately stocked and the bed was good, perhaps a little firm for some people. We loved the condo complex and it was fairly quiet considering it’s location. The only flaws we found were minor; the bathroom sink tended to have a water flow to the back right side of the counter which got the Kleenex wet and the deck screen door needs to be cleaned on the bottom track so it opens easier. Other than that, a first rate place and we would LOVE to return some day.

North Coast Villiage Condo
We had a fabulous time in the beach condo!! The condo was very clean, beautiful furniture and décor. It was fully stocked with beautiful kitchenware , beach chairs, umbrella and much more. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. I would give it an A+ and 5 stars!!!! Thank you so much! We are looking forward to coming back.

Great unit
Really enjoyed the unit. Many extras in hand such as toilet paper and paper towels. Was close to Camp Pendleton so was able to see our grandson all week.

Great location; great village; great condo
We stayed four days/nights at Sea Forever. Wishing we could have stayed longer but our schedule didn't work out to do so this trip to the southwest. We did considerable walking - on the beach, to pier, to marina and to the Thursday morning farmers market and Thurs evening Sunset Market. Great to have so many things close-by. Day trip to Balboa Park (had been to San Diego Zoo in previous trips but not Balboa). Plenty of options in area for "day trip" including museums and wineries. The condo itself was everything that pics showed and described. We made a few meals and plenty of options in area for eating out. Great variety of dishes, utensils, baking pans, small appliances (coffee pot, blender, etc.) Only thing we found lacking was a pizza pan & cutter and some containers that could be used for picnics or leftovers (cooler was available but nothing to put sandwiches, etc in). Underground parking, laundry facilities, pool, fitness area - all very close and easily accessed. We hope to return to North Coastal Village & Sea Forever again in the future.

Great place, great location, and great amenities. I have stayed here many times over the years and I especially loved this unit. Very clean, new carpet, very nicely furnished, and a comfortable bed. I'm not sure I should give this really good review because I don't want competition when I want to come back. And I will come back. Thank you!!!

The property the condo is on is beautiful. Koi pond, clean grounds, everything is nice and neat. The condo itself is BEAUTIFUL. It has everything youll need. The view is amazing. LOVE LOVE this place

The apartment and the grounds it was located on were pretty much perfect!!!!
Myself, two daughters (12 & 7) and my nephew (8) stayed here for 4 nights, five days. The location for us was perfect being a short 15 mins away from Legoland, also being close to resturants,shops and the beach! It was extremely clean and had all the essentials! (Which I wish they informed us of, since I packed all of ours) They provided beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, extra pillows and blankets. With all the kitchen essentials and pretty much anything else you might need. They have bored games and cable TV which came in handy with the kids. The beach is a short walk and its kinda like a private beach for the North Coast guest/residents. I did feel tension with residents that lived there, I don't think they cared for the multiple guest or children running around. I had a few questions and even an incident (my youngest locked the bathroom door) someone always answered the phone and someone even came over to unlock the door. The bedroom door does stick when trying to open and close it, and I seemed to always have an issue with the keys and the front door. The view was amazing! Overall our stay was perfect and If/when we return to Oceanside I do not see us staying anywhere else.
