This beachfront property was clean and roomy enough for our party of three. The kitchen contained granite countertops and nice appliances. It was stocked with everything we needed for cooking and dining. The dining table seats 6 and there are 2 bar stools for additional seating. The living room furniture will comfortably seat 5 or 6 people. Air circulation was a problem. There is no air conditioning and only one ceiling fan located in the small bedroom at the rear of the condo. In order to be comfortable we had to use the provided floor fans and the opening of doors and windows to prevent the main living areas and master bedroom from being "stuffy". The beds were comfortable. The master bathroom has a sunken shower. This was not much of a problem for us but, because it's a bit tricky stepping in and out of it, it would not be suitable for someone with mobility issues. Thankfully, the second bathroom has a conventional, walk-in shower, which was utilized by the very elderly person in our group. We appreciated that the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with extra supplies such as coffee filters, dishwasher pods, paper towels, bath soap and bath tissue. The laundry closet is integrated into the kitchen and both the washer and dryer worked well. By far, the most attractive feature is the ocean view and ocean breeze. Although there is no direct beach access from this property, the private beach area is a great place to enjoy the scenery and fresh ocean air. The covered deck is large and offers plenty of shade in the hottest times of the day. We used the propane BBQ grill, which worked well. This condo is the bottom unit with two more units above. You WILL hear the guests directly above you if they are not concerned about how their activity may be heard below. During part of our stay, the occupants of the property next door were using their BBQ grill and the ocean breeze brought the smoke directly into our unit, so that is something to be aware of if you are sensitive to smoke. We had an equipment issue and an unwelcome rodent. Property management was immediately responsive and both problems were resolved quickly.
