We will be back!!!
Fantastic location. Super easy check-in and check-out. Loved the secured parking. Beautiful grounds. Had a bit of trouble with trying to do laundry at the on grounds location, having to get a laundry card, which may have been our own fault for not reading directions completely beforehand. But excellent location, was like a main drag to the beach. Condo was clean and well stocked with any supplies you might need.

Great location but needs updating
We have stayed in quite a few condos at north coast, and really enjoy every one we have been in. This place was no exception except I have to mention the fact that the bed was so bad that I could barely sleep for five nights. It seriously needs to be replaced as there are big hollows in it, as well as trenches and plateaus! Very uncomfortable for two people. A few other things need updating including rugs, but the major problem was the bed. Check-in process was great, and as I stated before the location couldn’t be better.

Race vacation
Great location. Furnishings were ok. Not high end but satisfactory. Horrible super soft bed. Definitely need to change that. Otherwise very pleasant.

It was okay, but made Right.
Our stay was okay, we did have an ant problem and due to health concern and allergic reactions we could not stay there but the hosts made sure to make it right for us and we’re very understanding of our situation.

Close to beach
If you want a close beach location and walking distance to restaurants, the pier and the harbor, this is the place. I found it to be as described. Very clean, very nice. There were a few ants as indicated but not a problem. The only complaint I have is that it was very hot! There is no AC, however; two fans were provided. I arrived at night and the condo had been closed up for hours. I was unable to cool it off with open windows until 24 hours later. The bedroom was insufferable. There is no breeze at all. My guests that slept in the living room were cooler but had to sleep with the curtains open in order to get a cooling breeze. We left the windows and doors open all day and night!! I do not know how this can be remedied but I will look for a different condo location at North Coast Village in the future. One that gets a better breeze. My family and I have stayed in the C building before and not had any of these issues. I really liked being close to the beach.

Lovely location to the strand O-side
Loved the location and easy access to street for loading & unloading our car. Very close to the strand/beach and view of ocean from patio drinking morning coffee. Bed was comfortable & linens/supplies were great! We wanted to extended our stay an extra night and host was very accommodating :0) Had a lovely stay & would recommend this place to others! Summer at Oceanside
The unit was well appointed and in a great location. Was reasonably clean, but if you moved any furniture, not so much. Drying rack for towels and swimsuits would be awesome as they don’t want u hanging them outside. Street noise can be a bit much but that’s not NCV’s fault. Parking garage is awesome as this can be an issue near the beach.

By The Beach
We were pleased with the extra amenities such as pool, spa rec room as well as a spot to park our rental car. I was worried about not having A/C but the breeze from the ocean really did keep the place nice and cool. We definitely liked being within walking or biking distance to the beach and popular downtown area.

Quick family getaway to the beach.
Property was clean, convenient, safe, and overall very nice. Very close to the beach and the docks for access to whale watching. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance.

Great place for family vacay
Awesome well-stocked condo. Location of the development is a little weird between harbor and pier, be prepared to drive or walk far for food and shopping. We had a toddler with us so it wasn’t easy to walk places. Condo is just steps from the beach though so that made up for it!

Beautiful property!
We loved our stay! Our small family of 4 had plenty of space, the unit was very clean and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The location and proximity to the beach was very convenient. We loved the pool and never had an issue finding a spot. There was some construction going on during our stay so it made it difficult to sleep in and have quiet time but we understand it’s inevitable. I highly recommend booking this spot for your next trip!

Excellent location
This unit is a great location and NCV complex had fun amenities for young kids (ping pong, mini golf, pool). The kitchen is in need of more plates/bowls and the mattress is ready to be updated. Despite those minor changes, we would definitely stay here again.

Great location and easy access
Great place and easy to check in/out. Super close to the beach and since the back patio accessed the street we could bring our bikes in and out easily. Only reason it wasn’t a 5 star was the patio screen door was broken, both the screen and the rollers so it was kind of useless and our key didn’t work in the patio door so if you wanted to access this way you either had to leave the door unlocked or go around through the parking garage. We notified the management company and they sent someone over right away but they couldn’t fix the door or the key issue. Overall a really great spot, we would rent this same unit again without hesitation.

Beautiful Views
The property was fantastic. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds my fiancée and I have ever slept in, the views at sunset were perfect and we spent a ton of time on the porch. The only issue we had was that there was construction going on right across the street and if we were home during the day, we couldn’t enjoy the fresh air unless we wanted to listen to the jackhammering and trucks backing up and beeping all day. Luckily, the construction ended well before sunset, so it was annoying but didn’t break our trip. MakeMyVacation was great and gave us a discount because of the construction. Overall, fantastic place and fantastic vacation!

Great ground floor cottage
The Sandpiper Cottage was great! It was perfect for our family. We have 2 teen boys that are tall so the 2 full size couches with pull out beds were perfect. The unit square footage was more than the other units we have stayed in a North Coast Village. It was great to have a little more space. Our first night was a little warm and we didn't feel comfortable leaving the sliding door open being on the street level. The next morning I put a call in for an extra fan and it was delivered a couple of hours later. It was helpful to have a fan in each room we were sleeping. We did see a few ants after a raining evening but there was Raid under the sink and the company dropped off a couple of traps when they dropped off the fan. The patio table was great to drink my coffee and enjoy lunch at. The area would get busy during the day, especially on the weekends, but quiet down at night. We would stay here again.

A pretty sweet stay!
The condo was really a nice lay out. The walk to the beach was literally less than 5 minutes. The beach close to us was pretty amazing I must say as well. However, there was one issue with the ants in the condo. Overall it was a great stay. P.S. the swimming pool on the premises is awesome!

Ants, ants, ants. The view says ocean view but the bushes block your view. May I suggest a bar table so you can see the ocean over the bushes. We couldn’t have an umbrella for the patio when requested. The sun hits the patio all day.

The best getaway ever.
This is my second time at N. Coast village and I'm definitely coming back. It feels like Hawaii but without the 5 hr flight. Loved it!

Clean Condo Close to the Beach
Clean property with all the amenities, half a block from the beach. Everything in the condo was comfortable and functioning. Friendly community and lovely location. Surprisingly quiet at night, even with the windows open.

Perfect in every way !
This place really was perfect in every way. Everything was perfectly clean. Extra bedding, lots of towels, kitchen fully equipped. Very roomy, large comfy furniture. The staff on the property were all very helpful and friendly. The location of this unit is probably the best one on entire property. Super close to garage, laundry and all amenities. And of course the best part, the beach is right gut off the patio ! Will definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay and it’s kid friendly. A short walk to the beach was so convenient. The only thing I suggest bring extra blankets the extra ones there look very used.

NCV is a fantastic property- fabulous landscaping, meticulous upkeep, first-rate service. This unit is within easy walking distance of the beach and having the ground level cottage was a plus. The only negative was the noise from the street at night. We had to leave door and window open on street side because the weather was unusually warm and that exposed us to a parade of vehicles using the short street as a racetrack. If we could have kept doors and windows closed, it would have been much more tolerable. Train noise did not really bother us- it was the cars and motorcycles!

Perfect getaway
This unit is in the perfect location, you can walk in and out of your unit from the patio to the beach. You can watch the sunset from your patio and enjoy the nice breeze. It is conveniently location for guests and deliveries. The unit was clean and had tons of space! The bed was huge and comfortable and they provided everything from spices to linens and beach accessories! Would 100% stay here again! Management was very accommodating and great at communicating!

Location is steps from the BEACH!
Negative: our biggest negative was the comfort of the beds. The pull out couch our kids slept on was very uncomfortable for them. The sheets in the master bedroom felt very used. There was light coming into the room all night from the lights on the walkway. Due to COVID we did not get to enjoy the facility so that was a huge bummer that we didn’t get to check out the pool area in the 4 days we were there. With that said we have so many positives! Positive: Location! It took us less than 2 minutes to walk to the beach! Huge plus! The beach access we had was also right by restrooms and showers so that was nice to be able to rinse all the sand off when we were done at the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to do some at home cooking. Unit had beach umbrellas, 2 chairs, 2 boogie boards and beach towels. There is a lot of closet space and hangers provided. We brought our bikes so it was a nice luxury to have a patio to easily keep our bikes safe.
