Excelente hotel com quarto contendo geladeira, fogão, pia, máquina de lavar louça. Eles precisam melhorar o sinal da internet no quarto.

The staff is extremely nice, the hotel is fine, I missed the breakfast, there is only a complimentary one. Otherwise very OK. Outside it looks really sort of abandoned, but maybe that town is more or less like this.

Great place to stay and very reasonably priced. We loved the idea of having a little kitchen in the room. And all the items available downstairs for your stay. Makes it so much cheaper and flexible if you can sort your own breakfasts out. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. And all the staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. They let us check in early as we'd got there sooner than expected. Which was great as we had elderly parents with us. I'd definitely recommend this for a stay. So close to everything in the town centre too. We were seeing a show at the theatre and it was just a couple of minutes walk away. Highly recommend

Fabulous property. Nice to have the fridge, microwave, somewhere to sit and proper glasses, plates etc. Lighting made it feel classy and the beds were comfortable. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely look to stay again.

Modern, well equipped kitchen area, everything needed for cooking and dining, including dishwasher. Comfy bed, modern bathroom. Bus service very close, rail station within walking distance for anyone reasonably fit. Helpful, available staff and room service. I'd stay here again.

Great Hotel
Upon arriving to Nottingham early and grabbing a quick breakfast at a local restaurant, we decided to give the hotel a call and ask if early check in was possible as we were rather tired offer the trip. It was a pleasant surprise to find the hotel was able to accommodate that request. Upon arrival to hotel we were greeted by a very friendly lady and a younger gentleman who made the check in process very quick and seamless. Hotel has Coffee station in the lobby. Spacious room, with a kitchen and utensils required for cooking at the ready for your convenience. Toaster, kettle. Exactly what we needed. I’m sure I’ll be coming back soon.

The property was okay apart from the noisy door opening in the communal area which sent noise reverberating around room 401 all night long. Had this not been an issue then I would have scored the stay higher. Front desk staff seemed miserable and customer service was poor as a consequence. The complimentary breakfast was a joke, a dry croissant (no butter or jam) and a coffee from a vending machine. The stay didn’t represent value for money, I don’t mind paying for a luxurious stay, this was far from luxurious and average at best.

We booked here as it was my birthday...we travelled from a different location..we have stayed here before it was lovely ...but after this visit we will not return ..both days we were there we saw people being moved out ...it was only wen we was on our way home and started reading reviews we found out there letting homeless people stay there ...nothing against homeless people ..but would of been nice to have been told ...we will not return again

Best Value for money stay I’ve ever had
One of the best value for money stays I’ve ever had! Never had a full kitchen including microwave and dishwasher. Room was superbly laid out and extremely comfortable bed. Staff where all friendly as well. Would 100% stay again

Cracking City centre hotel
Smack bang in the middle of the city. Close to Rock City, this hotel is very convenient, nicely styled and very comfortable. Breakfast is non existent unless you pay extra but beneath building parking for a tenner make this great for a night away

Very good if you can adapt.
We stayed in a studio apartment. The kitchenette was just enough for us, the bed was comfy and the shower was spacious. The only pitfalls were the noise from nearby Rock City (we could still sleep but I understand that some people wouldn’t be able to) we were aware of this before we booked but it was more than we had thought. Also, a room for two only had one chair by the ‘table’ so you can’t sit together at the table to eat… Hubby sat on the sofa and ate off of his lap which was t massively comfortable.

A curate's egg?
For the price it was OK. Comfortable bed and sofa. Microwave and cooking facilities a bonus. Car park close by and we received a discount. Shower was poor. Air conditioning loud and intrusive. Unable to turn off air conditioning in kitchen area, so found it difficult to sleep, as it was like having a washing machine spinning constantly next to you. Overall disappointing.

Nice enough
Comfy bed, large room, good air-con. Could be a little bit cleaner, especially the bathroom. Secure underground car-park. 15 min walk to town centre.
