i very seldom answer reviews, but this one I had to put in a reply. The women they speak about is 78 years old and walks up and down those steps many times a day. she does not run up the steps, she takes her time walking up. It dose not matter if you are younger or older sometimes steps can be a challenge to every age. Did you read that they found a parking space for their car and then they carried their luggage to the building. Did it ever occur to them to park in front of the building and drop off their luggage and then proceed to find parking. I spoke to the women who works for me and she proceeded to tell a different story. It seem like the work that was being done on the building created a lot of sand and dirt on the lock box. So when the two guest arrived loaded down with suite cases, pillows, metal fan and more, she was there to let them in. She ask them to try opening up the door with the keys , because our keys are computerize chip keys, and what she was trying to do was be helpful , by asking them try the keys.and also showing them what key was for what door. Second our check in time is 4:PM and they came early, They were just suppose to drop off their bags, but the lady ask to go to the ladies room , need I say more about that. They decided to stay, so she left. Next they keep the fan and lights going all day which sounded like an airplane The lady that work for me ask them why did they bring a fan and they told her that they needed the noise of the fan to go to sleep. Lets address the door bell . The work men who I must admit rang the door bell to get in twice even through we told him we would meet him down stair at 10;AM. The door bell is not working good enough to ring incessantly.. There are only 4 buzzer, only one buzzer work apt 3 they are in apt 4. We would not rent to them again, because they need the airplane fan going all night to sleep and then they left it going all day never cutting it off.

Great young couple. Quiet, and left on time , also left the place in great shape, no surprises. Good guest to rent to, would love to have them come back.

Great guest, stayed for a short trip. Follow all the rules, was very quiet, Left on time, and left apt very neat. Would love to have them back again . Apt to small for washer and dryer, but you might be able to wash your cloths if one of the larger apt in empty. Mary
