Highly recommended
This is a very nice accommodation. Situated by the beautiful park and water. You can find shopping facilities within walking distance. The landlord was very reliable in making sure that our stay was very nice.

This place was absolutely perfect for my family. We spent 10 days in New York and this house accommodated everybody perfectly. I will rent this property every time I travel back to New York if it’s available. Loved it!

A New Rochelle Gem
A New Rochelle Gem… A historic home on the marina in New Rochelle…the unique artistry gracing the facade of this historic home is only the beginning, as you enter the portal which will tantalize your senses and appreciation of architecture … archways and French doors paneled with stained glass , decor choices and details that leave each guest with an experience of sheer contentment. Well stocked kitchen for the culinary artists, cozy comfy beds, scenic inlet views steps away. A few older home glitches that were promptly addressed by management… this lovely home is a New Rochelle gem for sure!

Lots of space
We stayed her for 3 days for my cousins wedding. It was a beautiful home with lots of space, in a nice neighborhood. It was close to our venue but a little far from Manhattan. Other than that, we loved staying here, and it was easy to communicate with the hosts

Great stay
Nice home of a good size for our party of 5 (easily accommodates 4 couples). Nice kitchen , access to washer/dryer, pretty neighborhood across from a park and marina. Clean home.

Excellent Rental
Our experience from day one renting this property through VRBO was outstanding. The listing was accurate and descriptive, the property management company was knowledgeable, sent clear and helpful communications and was very responsive to inquiries. The house is in excellent condition, clean and well supplied. Sleeping accomodations we're plentiful and comfortable. The location is very pretty at a marina on the sound. We would highly recommend it.

Neat house
Really cool finish selection and design choices. Made the home feel more unique. There is an abundance of beds, so even though the description is a bit tough to figure out the configuration, there were plenty of beds. Great location and the nearby park was beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent VRBO and location
This home and location facilitated a great family reunion for us! It had very nice amenities, like the quality Ninja blender, large toaster, abundant toiletries, coffee, tea and snacks, an abundance of nice dishware (along with plastic cups, plates and bowls for children) all neatly organized! Additionally, all appliances, furnishings and housewares were brand new! When we suggested a vacuum cleaner would be helpful for us to keep the floor clean, two of them arrived the next day! The eating area is a bit tight, so we found sitting in the front room overlooking the marina more comfortable for meals of larger groups. The Wifi was fast (200+), and the TV subscription provided a wide range of channels to watch. All the beds are new and very comfortable. The A/C units on the main floor and top floor did a good job keeping us cool on the hot days. The two basement bedrooms have lower ceilings and were equipped with dehumidifiers that helped the comfort. The adjacent park has beautiful views of Long Island Sound along with playgrounds, benches and picnic tables. Groceries and restaurants are all within walking distance.
