We know that you are working very hard to upgrade this motel. We appreciate the dedication to service while you are in the middle of deconstruction. However, you need to do the following to secure guest approval and reason to return:
A) Prior to making a reservation at your motel, you need to let people know it is under renovation (which will prepare guests and will enter knowing what is happening),
B) That the detour to get to your motel is not appearing on Google maps,
C) You need to clean up as you renovate: mow the grass in the courtyard, pick up dog poop, and all the demolishing garbage that hasn't made it into a dumpster, and
D) Make double sure that the rooms you do use for guests be the very best they can be: our room had laundered towels that looked dirty, the tub needed to be cleaned, the remote didn't work on the television and the light didn't work on one side of the bed.
We want to applaud your hard working crew, who worked until about 10pm, probably after they had worked at another job all day long. They were polite and wanted to be helpful.
