Dear Claudia, thank you fr your comments. Old monastery are always located in peaceful place calm and quiet, to relax your mind from busy days. Staff is locacate where guests are: so at the reception and along the swimming pool where we have bar and restauarant service from 9 am to 5 pm, then we open the restuarant and bar on the 4th floor from 5pm to midnight. Along the swimming pool we have the lifeguard in charge of towels and sunbeds and the bar with one person always present, on the other side of the terrace we have the restaurant with other 2/3 waiters. The hotel only have 45 rooms so not so big to require hudreds of staff. The rules of the pool are always explained in all websites and are reminded to all guests at the moment of your reservation and automatic confirmation you receive. To reach places of interest is not necessary to take a taxi each time, only 500 meters right and left to the hotel you have the stop of the cable car (a sort of underground along the hillside) and in 5 minutes you reach via Toledo istitutional center or Piazza Dante historical center where you have shops and restaurants.

Dear Heather, thank you for your reccommandation. To visit Pompeii from our hotel and from other hotel in Naples is easy. Just use the circumvesuviana trains (a sort of undergroud) that depart from central station and in 30 minutes you stop in pompei ruins, no car is necessary. We have two restaurants in summer period, for lunch the Vigneto along the swimming pool and for dinner La Terrazza dei Barbanti on the 4th floor. Both are active also when we have weddings. Wedding are only late afternoon at 6pm when the swimming pool is closed. Best regards
