When I got to where you check in they sent us to a motel we didn't have reservations for Roxanne towers which was not what I reserved.the code would not work.man said I think you are at the wrong motel.we went back to where you check in and they didn't have us in the system.we spent 6 hours trying to get a room the you.we got sent to another motel and waited in line an hour for them to tell us we needed an email from you to get a code we never ever got a code.we had to go fine a room and pay for two night and I never stayed at your property I had paid for I want a refund...you will be hearing from me I promise
