Beach vacation
Convenient location to downtown and boardwalk. Walking distance to ocean. Pool and hot tub at resort. Loved the morning sunrise from the balcony. Would definitely book again.

We absolutely loved our stay!!! The condo was beautiful! The view was amazing!! We really enjoyed the beach! The only complaint I would make about the condo (and this is really just personal preference) is the mattress in the bedroom was way too firm. We ended up sleeping on the pull out sofa bed. Other than that, everything was perfect!!

Great vacation!
This property lived up to its billing. We truly enjoyed it being our home away from home. It was centrally located to everything,easy to navigate the property and the local folks were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this property.

Tiny peace of paradise🌸
This was my first trip as a single mother of two. So I needed nice and affordable place to stay. I came across this gem. This was exactly what we were looking for. Gorgeous on the inside and out. And the price was great!! Had everything we needed. I will definitely rent this beautiful place again.

Spacious and Convenient!
Enjoyed being on the 16th floor - great views! Access to the pool and beach was a very welcome change from previous years at other resorts, and we loved it! Loved having an entire kitchen and a very spacious living area! Location of the resort is NOT on the busy stretch of Ocean Ave (for which we were grateful...made driving in and out quick and easy). My only complaint is the very slow and hot elevator in the parking lot (which is out of the control of the property owner). Otherwise, this rental was absolutely perfect for us!

Very nice condo. Clean, spacious. Close to everything.

Perfect for family
The condo is centrally located. Easy access to pool and beach. The main facility is a little dated but everything works and you can’t beat it for the price. The owner responded very fast with any questions we had. Overall we had a great experience. Only down sides were high traffic times waiting for elevator but that wasn’t even too bad and is to be expected with a high rise. I think a small vacuum would come in handy. I know it’s the beach but I felt like I had to sweep constantly even after rinsing off. The previous guests did not run the dishwasher and had left food in the bottom/on the dishes so we were hit with a weird smell upon entering the room. Once we took care of the dishwasher the rest of our stay was great!! We will definitely keep this condo in mind if we make it back out this way for another vacation.

Great location! Close to everything!
The property is located in a nice part of Myrtle Beach! 15 minutes from everything! The keypad didn't work, but there was a backup key. Parking is right next to the unit, and there is lots of parking! Will definitely stay here again.

Myrtle ❤️
My husband and I came for a honeymoon getaway and we could not have asked for a better experience! The room was beautifully decorated and has an amazing ocean view. We were close to the amenities and were able to walk to a bunch of local stores, gift shops, and attractions! The condo was clean and appliances were all in good working condition. We did not have any issues with our stay. The host was very kind and had some small gifts for us, which is very much appreciated. I could not have asked for a better home away from home! We look forward to many more trips down to this location!

PERFECTION is all I can say about this property!
My wife and I found the diamond in the rough when it came to finding this rental property. Amazing views of the ocean and everything else that Myrtle has in store. Close to everything and anything that you want to get your hands on around MB. The entire suite was clean, beautiful and cozy. Even enjoyed a complimentary bottle of Winking Owl Zinfandel that was waiting for me (my wife is 19 weeks pregnant so I enjoyed it for her as well 🤙🏿). Communication with the property managers Chris and Kim have been quick, concise and enjoyable. Cannot wait to book this again for our next trip down there!

Our 3.5 month "vacation"
What a fabulous condo. Well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The sunrises in the morning were spectacular. Chris and Kim were very helpful with any questions we had and they responded quickly. I would recommend this condo to my friends.

Wonderful piece of Heaven
We came to celebrate my 40th birthday and had an amazing time from start to finish! The condo is super close to the airport which is great for those that would rather Uber while here than rent a car the whole time. Condo was super clean and felt like home! I think I’ll leave a piece of my heart in Myrtle Beach so we have to come back! Was our first time in Myrtle Beach and already planning a return trip with the whole family!!! The Brick Bed
Overall the stay was okay. The building was not maintained well. Two of the three hot tubs, jets did not work. The elevators to the parking garage went out and had to be serviced a couple of times during our stay. The building was outdated and smelled musty. The outdoor shower for rinsing off had a water hose and spray nozzle attached instead of the shower head working. When it busted, they used electrical tape to put it back together. 🤣 The condo was decent and smelled great upon entering. But I did find a used paper towel under the bed… which I left. And an old hotel shampoo bottle down beside the toilet bowl cleaner. Which I also left. I was not expecting top of the line due to the price but I did expect the bed to be nicer. Especially since one of the reviews mentioned it being sooo comfortable. That review had to have come from a friend! The bed was terrible!! It was extremely FIRM and you could hear and feel the springs when you laid on it. I did contact the property manager and asked about getting a mattress topper. To which they replied that “they do not stock those”. The room was not the cleanest. The bed covers had a couple of hairs still on them. There were hand soap and dishwasher tabs provided but no cleaners. Thankfully, I’d brought plenty of cleaner and bedcovers with me to be covid safe! The view was great, it did make up for some of the other mishaps but the balcony could’ve been bigger, they seemed a little sketchy probably because they were so small. If you’re looking to relax, this is not the BED for you! Keep looking!

Thank you for staying at our condo. We are sorry that the mattress was not to your satisfaction. We try to provide a mattress that is comfortable for most people and unfortunately we can not change the mattress for a special requirement. It is regrettable that you did not mentioned anything about any issues during your stay, if they were legit and you would let us know we could correct them immediately. Mentioning them now after your stay is not helpful and less credible. Also your comment that "That review had to have come from a friend!" is very unappropriated, we all know that this is not posible at VRBO, only guests that booked, paid and stay can leave a review.

Absolute wonderful experience
Absolute wonderful experience, I don’t know where to begin. the place was immaculate, I’m a very picky person when it comes to cleaning and this place was up to par! from the kitchen appliances to inside the cabinets to the bathroom the bed linen was wonderful soft bed linen pillows were new and fresh too, nice size TVs .very convenient to everything. Parking was close and super convenient! Thank you Chris, for the bottle of wine and the chocolates ! It had everything, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo conditioner, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, ice!! The decor was beautiful. The towels were super soft and huge I was so surprised how many towels it was . Thank you for one of the best experiences that we have had. I love this place we will be back!!! The Wilmoth’s

Over all after a few touchups in a little cleaning it was all good
When we got there the prior tenants did not do what they were supposed to do in the cleaner didn’t check so the dirty dishes were in the cupboard and put away peanut butter on the knives and the forks and spoons for dirty with food on them in the bedroom there was a dirty washcloth under the bed in an empty box in a tissue the bathtub shower curtain has mold on it I had to sweep the floors because they were full of sand besides having to wash all her dishes and clean the place was great I loved it the Villa was good the location was good and I would probably stay there again the only thing that I would ask is next time you give a name of the place that you’re staying so you can look it up because we had a hard time finding it with just the address because we were lookingOn the northside and that was a North located on the south side

Overall we had a very good vacation experience. The condo was super clean, in a great location, with beautiful ocean views. However, the only negative aspect was it's lack of comfortable furniture including the bed.

Nice place for small family on a budget!
We had a great time at this location! Easy beach access and the pools and hot tubs were great! The Palace (property where room is located) is a bit outdated and not super clean inside, but our room was nice, and the view is fabulous. Only complaints are the balcony was a bit smaller than anticipated, and there were some missing blinds in the bedroom and a lot of light coming in making it hard to sleep - hopefully that can be fixed soon. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay in Myrtle Beach!

Easiest stay
Everything was clean and exactly what we expected. The beach was right outside the resort, and the pools were great too! Not having to check in with the front was great too. We would definitely stay again!:)

Family Getaway
First I will say, over all it was enjoyable. A few things that I would suggest differently if stayed again would be: Atleast one spray cleaner provided for clean up. There was only 1 paper towel and 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 trash bags for a family of 4 for 5 days, which was short. There wasnt enough storage but we made it work. There weren't any sheets or blankets for pull out due an error. We had to leave and purchased some the night we got in at 10pm. Chris reimbursed us for that and apologized. The building was out of date but the room was modern enough and cozy. There are very long lines for the elevators due to there only being 3. The pool and hot tubs were very nice and an easy walk to beach. Unfortunately the dryer for our floor was out of service, so I air dried what had to be washed. What it lacked was made up for in the view and the location. I would reccomend this with just a few minor changes in housekeeping.

Mama needed a getaway
The property was fantastic! It was super clean and the decor was really nice. I loved being able to sit on the balcony and watch the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location!
Location was perfect! The building was a little bit out dated, but unit was updated. Property advertised four people, I didn’t feel it accommodated four comfortably. There was only one small dresser for four and not too many amenities were provided. Overall the pool and beach were wonderful!
