We had the AC company out there the first day and there was nothing wrong with the AC. This was user error using the AC. Our AC tech tried to explain had to use the AC and they just didn't want to understand it. They just wanted a refund. We don't do refunds for issues we address same day. This guest was a nightmare and I hope see never rents from us again. Could not have a conversation with her. Please see our other reviews.

Thanks for the comments. I can tell you that this past winter the lazy river, hot tub and pool were refinished. Some of the stains that looked like dirt were not and just needed a refinishing so the pools are are much better shape now. The parking lot is a block away but it is secure. This building is downtown and buildings in this area tend to have the parking garages across the street or a short distance away given the proximity to downtown and space being a premium. With the boardwalk right out front of this building there is much to do that are a short walk and do not require a car.
