The door locks are being replaced in March, 2024 with the smart locks which will allow our guests easy entry and additional security. We did run out of tissue paper and the order was delayed because of cold weather; however our staff did offer you different napkins. Sorry, it was not your satisfactory. In terms of the breakfast items, we only pull out limited items because of space constraints and staff supposed to refill it. Again, our apology if that did not happen. We appreciate your feedback. As this is an older property, insulation is not as good as it should be; however we will certainly look into what can be done to reduce noise. In terms of your comments about breakfast, we do provide coffee, tea, juices, hot chocolate, fruits, pastries, cereal, instant oats, milk and yogurts as advertised on our website.
