Sucina stay
Place was wonderful. Very clean, all amenities we needed and accessible parking right outside our door. Located right on a golf course too. We enjoyed our stay here.

Excelente elección
Buena experiencia, apartamento confortable y buena ubicación. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con el acceso a las piscinas y el dueño lo solucionó enseguida.

Nice and safe resort

Bel appartement confortable et bien entretenu
Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cet appartement bien gardé dans un golf. À mon goût un peu éloigné...mais l'appartement est très propre bien entretenu et très bien équipé. Il se situe à 10m de la piscine la terrasse est agréable avec un barbecue fonctionnel et un joli mobilier de jardin. Vraiment c'était parfait pour nous 4...! La procédure pour arriver est très simple. La piscine est très agréable. Un vrai plaisir!

Lovely location, really nice apartment
We stayed hear for over 3 weeks and loved it. Really close to pool. Lovely views over golf course. Apartment was really clean and has everything you need.

A wonderful place to stay
We were very happy staying here. The apartment has everything that is needed, and the short walk to the communal (but never busy) pool was perfect. We were also only a ten minute walk from the small (but well-stocked) shop, bar and restaurant. If you stay here and want to explore the area, or go to the beach, you will need a car. We hired one at the airport which made getting to the resort very straightforward. The host responded to questions immediately and was very accommodating.

Lovely apartment
Lovely apartment with everything you’d need for a holiday abroad. Very close to a lovely big pool and short walk to the main clubhouse and spar shop. Spent every morning in the sun on the terrace then afternoons to cool down by the pool. Air conditioning a very welcome relief! Would happily rent this apartment again & enjoyed my stay

A mejorar en la limpieza
El complejo está bien y nosotros hemos disfrutado de la estancia. El apartamento está equipado de todo, pero la limpieza dejaba que desear. A la entrada, las toallas del anterior inquilino estaban colgadas en el tendedor, y el apartamento tenía cierto olor a humedad, algo que mejoró algo ventilando la casa todo el día. No habían productos de limpieza para fregar el suelo y cambiar el olor de la casa. Lo peor fué que en la salida, llegaron a echarnos antes de la hora acordada en la reserva (una hora antes) , y de malas formas. Para los próximos alquileres, espero que se pongan de acuerdo en la hora y lo especifiquen en la reserva en condiciones.

Good holiday
Place is very nice and quiet. Nice trees and plants. 24h security. There is one shop - well stocked and one restaurant also good. Big clean swimming pool. We really like the place. Andy is very nice and helpful person 5* Owner of the flat where we stay should do some updates. Dishwasher and oven didn’t work. Barbecue wasn’t there and some small things was not wright. But generally place we really like it and recommend it. You also need a car to explore the area.

Thanks for your review the new dishwasher was on order but unfortunately was delivered just after you left. The oven has been fixed there was a problem with the timer... sorry for any inconveience... we try to rectify any such issues as soon as they are reported.

Smelly and Dirty
So disappointing. There was a horrid smell, which we believe was coming from the dirty and stained curtains and cushions, we had this the hole time we were there. The dining room chairs were completely worn and torn, as were the garden coffee table and broken sun loungers. An outside dining table would have been useful which meant we had to eat all our meals inside, also there was no mop to clean the tiled floor. We sent photos of the condition to the owner, via the agent with a request for a price reduction, BUT we had no response at all, not even a refusal of our request. The property SHOULD NEVER have been let out in such a condition.

I can only apologise that the apartment was not satisfactorily cleaned. My keyholder was instructed to perform a deep clean of the apartment including a professional clean of all cushions and curtains. The sun loungers and chairs have been repaired this was something that I had not been made aware of.

Uitstekende plek om tot rust te komen.
We hebben genoten van onze reis, leuke omgeving en zwembad letterlijk in de achtertuin. Het contact met de verhuurder was goed, reageerde vrijwel direct. Een aanrader voor jong en oud.

Beim Buchen werden nicht Aktuelle info geteilt wie die Lage vor Ort ist. Fand ich es nicht ok
Die Wohnung war nicht sauber überall Spinnweben. Vor unser Wohnung war der Pool was wir 9 Tage nicht benutzen durften ob wohl ich so gebucht habe, mußten immer zum Nachbarn poll schwimmen gehen. Mann hat Vorort kein Ansprechpartner,

Value for money
The apartment was lovely. The weather was not great the first week but the apartment had a great heating system. It was greatly appreciated in the evening. The second week we had the sun which was great. The only thing to remember that is you only get a few hours of sunshine in December. So if you want the sun you will need to stay in until noon and then go out. That is not a complaint just some advise. As the terrace was lovely as was the furniture. But you do know this before you go. I would consider the apartment was great value for money. And it would be very handy in the summer for pool and it had a great view over the golf course. Also had underground parking which was very handy. Also La Zena was not far away for retail and grocery shopping. A couple of nice restaurants in Sucina which were very nice. Played golf a few times. A little bit expensive but it was worth it. Also not far from the beach due to it being motorway most of the way which was great. Never had to pay for parking which is unusual. All in all a lovely holiday and a lovely golf complex with very nice security staff.

Lovely
Very pleasant holiday home, perfectly located for easy access to the pool Just a few metres away. We loved relaxing on the sun beds every morning, and when the sun went off the terrace at about 3pm we forced ourselves to get out and about to the beaches, an easy 20 min drive away. Everything necessary was provided, apartment was clean and tidy, and the best bit is staying on this lovely peaceful complex. It is so relaxing, you can watch the golfers while sipping your G&T, what more could you want! Then when it gets too hot just wander to the gorgeous clean pool for a few lengths. Spar shop and restaurant are an easy 10 min stroll away. Absolutely no negatives!

Nice relaxing holiday
The apartment was nicely furnished, bright and clean. Lovely views from the terrace across the fairway. Just seconds from a lovely large pool which we had mainly to ourselves. The shop on the compkex had everything we needed at reasonable prices. The restaurant bar had a good food and drinks menu. The apartment was just the right size for 4 adults and was so peaceful which was just what we wanted.

FANTASTIC
We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was clean and spacious and had everything in it that you could possibly need, we would recommend hiring a car, however it is in close driving distance to many surrounding towns and cities, so much to see, the Golf Resort has a well stocked Supermarket and a lovely restaurant, We were very very happy with everything and would definitely recommend to everyone...thank you

Lovely apartment in a great location
We stayed for 8 days in August and enjoyed the apartment. It is in a great spot, the pool just a few steps away. Sadly we experienced a few days torrential rain which is not usual for the time of year. Very relaxing holiday, would recommend!

estancia en Riquelme Golf Resort
El propietario dice que hay barbacoa (es de gas) pero te la deja con la bombona vacía. Al llamar a sus asistentes al inquilino en la zona para ver qué se podía hacer pasan de mi y me dicen que me busque una gasolinera. Así que ya me ves a las 10 de la noche buscando una para comprar una bombona. El anuncio dice que los gastos de gas y electricidad están incluidos pero parece ser que lo de la barbacoa no, porque los asistentes al inquilino no comprueban que todo esté en orden y cuando le envío un mensaje al propietario diciéndole lo que ha sucedido, pasa de mi. Tampoco ha querido devolverme lo que me costó la bombona de gas, que por cierto, utilicé 2 veces y dejé allí completamente llena.

Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort
A lovely apartment, well maintained and modern. Excellent facilities on site with a lovely restaurant and what looked like a first class golf course. Unfortunately I was unable to play it. The location means that a car would be recommended. Very pleased with our week spent in this apartment. Will recommend to anyone who asks about our holiday.
