wonderful treasure
We were pleasantly surprised to find that this property was even more than we expected! The host was so extra caring and helpful when contacted at check in and everything was so welcoming. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever found while traveling and the home was so spotless it was the cleanest ever seen on a stay. We plan to visit again next year and have already told friends about our wonderful accommodations, now they plan to stay there as well! Thank you again, we especially appreciated your kind note and surprise to make our visit relaxing.

The Perfect Spot
Nice house and great location to access all the local attractions. Lots of supplies are provided and the check in process was simple and smooth. The house has some great design choices and feels welcoming. Also it’s in a great neighborhood. Highly recommended!

Wedding guest getaway
Love the location of this property. Great neighborhood and centrally located between Eustis and Mt Dora. Older property, but very well maintained. The ONLY negative we came across was that our family came to get ready for the wedding and the only mirrors were in the bathroom and behind the door of the guest room. Master bedroom didn't have a mirror.

Cute little place
This house is just so cute! Its well stocked and the hosts provided bottled water in the fridge prior to our arrival. They also left a bottle of wine for our enjoyment. The place is super clean. We would definitely stay here again, if we're in the area.

Wonderful!
We were in town for a wedding in Mt Dora. The location was great. Convenient to downtown Mt Dora as well as a shopping center. The house was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was stocked with soap, shampoo and fresh towels. The kitchen was well stocked too! The bed and bedding was so comfortable. I loved the soft sheets! I enjoyed hooking up my Bluetooth to the provided speaker and taking it out to the patio in the morning to enjoy my coffee (which was also provided!).

Another Great Stay

Perfect Stay
The house was clean and inviting. The neighborhood is amazing, great for the morning run/walk or evening run/walk. It was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook or just make coffee. It was fun to relax in the evening with a game of pool. The outside Tiki bar was nice to have a coffee and catch up on w-mails in the cool am. I hope to stay here again and again as I visit Mount Dora often. Thank you for sharing this home.

Our stay there was beyond expectations. Communication was great. The house was great. We especially liked sitting outside at the Tiki Bar. It was close to town. If we are ever in that area again, we will definitely stay here. We couldn't have asked for a better place. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place to stay
We loved staying in this little home while visiting some family. Its spacious living room was able to accommodate our family of 7 well. We loved using the pool table as well as hanging it on the back patio. The property was very clean and the owners were so kind. We will definitely be back here.

Great little gem! We will recommend to others.
From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed. It started with a note for us in the kitchen from the owners along with a bottle of wine. Snacks and coffee, fresh new cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, shower supplies..even a bag of ice ready in the freezer. The back lounge area was so quiet and serene. We loved having our own little retreat! A bar, lounge, reading area, TV area, game room, bedrooms and a hotel feel in the bathroom. We also loved the walk around the neighborhood. Charming home in peaceful neighborhood close to Mt. Dora
Absolutely lovely! It was clean and comfortable with plenty of space and fitting decor. We enjoyed coffee, drinks and breakfast on the back patio, cooking, playing pool, walking to the park and lake, chilling to movies at night, sleeping in comfy bedrooms. Only a 5 minute drive to downtown Mt. Dora. Many thanks to Anna & Rafal for offering your home to us! We are already planning to return!

Went with my sisters to celebrate a birthday.
The house had everything we needed. Perfect location and very close to downtown Mount Dora. The hosts were very pleasant to deal with and very accommodating. I will definitely go back and would highly recommend it.

The stay at this very cozy and incredibly comfortable home was pristine! The Host were above and beyond accommodating and prompt with any and all questions we had. Check in and out were flawless. I am referring multiple family members and friends that frequent the area as a must stay with these wonderful property owners.

Property was exactly as described, worked out perfectly for our girls weekend in Mt Dora. Lovely neighborhood to take a stroll through. Close to downtown, hosts responded immediately when we had a question. Would be happy to stay here again!

Peaceful Quite Neighborhood
I enjoyed every aspect of my stay. Close to Mount Dora restaurants. Home tucked away on a side street surrounded by flowers and lush landscaping. The house includes so many thoughtful details to guarantee all your needs are met. I plan on returning again.

Great location to Downtown. Amenities are so so.
Master bedroom fan is too loud as well as a motor just outside the window. Pool table is not in balanced. Pool sticks NEED to be REPLACED. Young children would be better served to using it. Kitchen is well stocked. Had problem getting regular programming on TV. No instructions to operate.

Property was very clean problem we had was with tv. Three devices and had to contact to find out how to use them probably a younger couple would have been fine but for us we left a day early because we realized we would have sat around trying to find something to watch. Otherwise everything was good. Bed clean and comfortable. Not as close to town as I hoped but not a big problem. Very nice hosts.

This rental was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, well-stocked, and we so appreciated that it was pet-friendly! The immediate area was so very pleasant to walk ( city walking path 2 blocks from house)! Five-minute ride to center of Mount Dora. Truly enjoyed the outside tiki bar; found the washer - dryer incredibly convenient. A joy to rent!! Owners readily accessible and very accommodating!!

Great House, Great Location
My wife, our two dogs and I really enjoyed our stay at Sunshine Paradise. The location, alongside Lake Gertrude, is great for walks and the proximity to downtown Mt. Dora and Eustis was perfect for us. The house was clean and had everything we needed, including nice sheets and soft towels (something a lot of rentals skimp on). Would definitely stay there next time we're in the area.

Property area was ok, quiet and what we were looking for. The bathroom and master bedroom were very nice! The staging on the living room felt awkward and I did not find the couch to be very comfortable to sit on. There was lots of hot air entering the livingroom through the front door and at times I found it uncomfortable. There was also a hole in the master bedroom window where outside air was entering the room too. The note left for us was first class and we really liked that! Overall experience a 4 out of 5.

very cutely decorated. Nice quiet neighborhood. Anna and Rafael provided some very nice treats for us. I loved the back patio, it was nice sitting out in the morning and having coffee and in the evening it is a great place to have supper.

great weekend getaway
We loved our weekend at Sunshine Paradise (although we only saw about an hour of actual sunshine!!) The house had everything we needed, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas and we would have spent a lot of time at the adorable tiki bar but the weather was not cooperating. We towed our Harley behind our truck and the circular driveway made parking a breeze and we were able to unload the bike and keep it in the carport.... a real bonus! We will definitely be back MJ and Kev

Wonderful stay at Sunshine Paradise
My husband and I stayed here for 4 days over Memorial Day weekend and had an excellent stay. The home is clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We loved all the extras, especially the coffee, and the outdoor area was really a great bonus as well. We loved the location and the park provides a beautiful setting for an evening walk. This was our first time visiting Mt Dora and its charming downtown area reminded us of weekends we used to spend in NH. I highly recommend both Sunshine Paradise and Lake County to vacation and hope to visit both again in the future.

All the comforts of home! They thought of everything!
This was our first time to Mount Dora. First time renting a home instead of staying at a hotel. The experience was wonderful! We had everything we could possibly need. I felt like we were the first family to stay in this house. Everything was clean, all the kitchen essentials were there. They provided drinks in the fridge (at no additional cost) more appliance than I have in my own home beautiful table settings and the towels, omg they were not thread bare, they were numerous and so thick and cozy. I just cannot say enough great things about the place. I would say the only draw back would be the shower, VERY small. Otherwise wonderful place to stay!

Home Away from Home
From the moment we walked in this home we felt very comfortable. Rafal and Anna go above and beyond. We've stayed at many home away places and many of them don't even supply a roll of toilet paper. We got in very late and everything was there for our convenience. Special touches mean the world and they certainly know how to be hostess'. I would recommend this home to anyone. We saw the pool table and thought we won't play the pool but we had so much fun we laughed and had great family time there. I have already told my large family and a few friends about how nice the place was. It is an older home but the special touches that they've made have modernized the home. Try it out it's a great little place.

Home away from home
Amazing hospitality and perfect central location. We're already planning a return trip. From quaint downtown Mt Dora to the fish-filled local lakes, we couldn't have made a better choice for a winter fishing expedition. Hosts communicated frequently and all instructions were clear and designed for our ultimate ease and convenience. Thanks for a memorable week.

Very Inviting
The location is ideal. Although the house is old, important updates have been made. The welcoming set up made settling in easy. Every amenity was available. I recommended the location to some friends and I hope to come back next year. With the fenced yard area and a park a block away, it was great for the dogs. Very comfortable.
