It's important to remember we can and do accommodate up to twelve people who, when looking to get comfortable in the living area seating with pillows are grateful those pieces of decor are there for their comfort. Should you decide to come again with the same size party, we'll remove some of the pieces to accommodate you. Glad you enjoyed your stay.

Every owner of a vacation property has guests they suspect may be a problem and Kris was one of ours. Her visit began the day our previous guests who gave a five star review were leaving after using both main and guest house for a week. We suspected Kris was going to be a difficult reservation before she and her party arrived as she created an issue about the number of people in her party which was actually not an issue. She said she had eight in her party which our four king bedrooms and two additional twins would easily accommodate. We also have two queen sofa beds. Sure enough, on the first day of her arrival Kris declared "We can't stay here!" and things went downhill from there. The air conditioning was leaking due to the guests going against the house rules and lowering the thermostat below temperatures which we knew from experience as well as from the air conditioning manufacturer would cause issues which can cause the equipment to malfunction. Because the upholstery on one of our living room sofas was beginning to flake, we covered the sofa with a temporary cover until the replacement sofa which has been ordered arrives. In fact, we also got matching covers for the other sofas to coordinate them. A guest who is so angry at the host they will urinate in a bathroom drawer is one no host will want to rent to. It appears that Kris was looking for a free vacation and we can only wonder how many other hosts she has attempted to pull this on.

Amy's party were the kind of guests any owner would like staying in their home and hope they took plenty of pics to remember what sounds like a great time!

First, this is the most unusual review we have had. First, while the home is not on the sand of the beach itself, we have a better view of the water than the house in front of us , which does advertise "beachfront". Which place would you rather stay in? The Bahamas is a third world country and Exuma's popularity is putting a strain on its utilities where everyone has to deal with its shortcomings like interrupted power and sketchy wifi, which neither we or any other property owner has control over, so why this is worthy of mention in a property evaluation is curious and suggests vindictiveness. At least it shows a lack of awareness that that proximity to a first world country somehow means there will be the same reliability of utilities. The number of people we have accommodated in the past was as many as fourteen (without complaint), but found that number was too hard on the house as well as our housekeepers who often have to do a same day turnaround where guests leave and new guests arrive on the same day. The home has four king size beds, two twin beds, and two queen sofa beds accommodating a total of fourteen. It's clear the guest is upset with being charged an extra $100 for an extra guest for seven days, despite of our limit of nine shown on our VRBO listing. Glad the guest "LOVED" the house and property.

This guest was aware of the fact that we are having a pool built on the property and booked at the last minute. We stopped construction for their stay but insisted we have the crew continue with the build as they would spend time elsewhere. We scheduled them during those periods only as directed by the guest. All homes are beachfront in the neighborhood and are a minute walk to the sand. What a misleading statement she makes!! Sad as others will believe her untrue story. And we were welcoming! The air conditioners were being replaced in the guesthouse and did not interfere with her stay by planned schedule.
