Excelente!
O apartamento é muito bom, tem varios eletrodomésticos como geladeira grande, torradeira, maquina de lavar louças, maquina de kavar e secar roupas, secador de cabelos. As instalações são otimas e a comunicação para entrar também foi bem assertiva! Está localizado perto do centro de Mineapolis. A única reclamação que tenho é que não tem garagem e tive que deixar na rua. No inverno isto iria complicar. Em resumo, indicaria este apto!

I love my stay at Modi . Very good apartment. So confortable, quiet place . Considering that it is located next to a grocery store, that is a very helpful in a snowing day. They only thing that I will suggest is to place a blackout on bedroom curtain, because the building has a light outside of the bedroom and this could be a little difficult to sleep. But graded as 10 in a rate 0-10.

Loved the area, literally next door to a little grocery store. Kitchen was lovely, and the room was very spacious; A full one bed/one bath apartment. The "bedroom" was a bit strange though. It had a sliding door that couldn't be locked, and a wall that was a foot lower than the ceiling, making light get in from the city street. This made the bedroom feel very exposed. Not sure why the rooms were set up this way. Other than that, I loved the hotel.

Dried pooh and blood on pillows
Dried bodily fluids on three out of five pillows. Mattress was hard as a rock - actually a rock would be softer."Blinds" were so cheap, the lights poured in all night from the parking lot. NO parking within three blocks. Right next to a bar, so loads of cigarette smell all night. The room reaked of rotten garbage. Worse part - asked for the second day of a two night stay to be refunded, which they said they would, and the only gave a partial refund on the second night. Im going to call my credit card and get the place refunded. If you like sleeping on pillows covered in dried blood and feces,

First visit to the city where my daughter moved
This was a good place to stay for short getaway. Very easy checkin and out. Plus the customer service is fabulous. There is a local food store right beside the building with great options. With a few updates this would be excellent. Overall, its a great find in an easy to use location.

Comfortable and well-located
The apartment was as pictured, but less than clean when I arrived. All of the silverware was dirty, and the remote and counters were also dirty. It would've been nice to have some wipes provided. Otherwise, the apartment was comfortable. The location was very good for public transit and walking throughout the city.

Great value for $
The place was great. Lovely location close to alot of nice smaller communal shops and stores, very nice building in general and the facilities were great. Room was good size, windows bring in so much natural light. 1000% better than any hotel room you can get at that price by a mile. Will be staying here again if I return to Minneapolis. Only problem is parking, but if you park on the side/back street its only a 2 min walk to the door.

Great location, very spacious room! Great light and appreciated all the amenities in the apartment - had everything I needed from closet space to linen, towels, hair dryer, iron, full kitchen supplies, coffee maker, hot water kettle. The living room area and some part of the kitchen cabinets seemed a little worn, but generally fine. I could hear/feel the next door or upstairs neighbors walking around and it was distracting/unnerving. Other than that it was pretty easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay there again!

Kit.chen sufficiently furnished for a comfortable stay. Street parking was a bit challenging, but not a pain. Snow emergency caused a lot of uncertainty, but resulted in no problems

No parking couldn't stay there.
There is no parking! The Sonder rep told me there was a garage to pay for parking 1/4 mile away. The walk would have been under overpasses and no sidewalk. The on site manage had no advice but warned that the city would tow cars not legally parked. I had high end equipment and I couldn't stay there with no decent parking possibilities. There was also a breakin the night before I arrived.

Expedia’s website said there is was partaking 3 mins away , there was not . No ramp just limited street parking for one hour. The neighborhood was dirty and felt unsafe . There was a drunk man outside the building trying to sell us condoms and had liquid. The apartment hallways were smelly and the elevator was messed up . Then you get inside the apartment and the chairs and sofa has stains, bathroom door is cheap and has a hole in it . The shower was super small , uncomfortable, unclean , and when you shower it gets everywhere . There is no where to put your soap, hang your towel , or wash cloth, and floors unclean. Besides the bedroom, everything felt unclean/unsanitary.

Overall, we enjoyed staying here. Great location, easy to access with codes, clean. But the bed was not comfortable, it was very hard and the sheets were literal hospital sheets, the most insightful sheets I’ve ever felt. If they improved the quality of the bed linens it would be MUCH better. I would stay there again though for the price and location!

The space itself was large and spacious. The water pressure was very weak, it made taking a shower a bit of a challenge. Some of the appliances, like the disposal, didn't work or needed repairs. The air conditioner worked very well. There were pots in the kitchen, but no frying pan. The street was very busy and loud.

Overall it was a decent. The room itself was extremely clean and very comfortable, and access to the building was both secure and easy to set up. In terms of the checking in functionality, everything went smoothly for me. I had two significant complaints about the stay: 1. If you are a light sleeper or value quiet in the evening, I would not recommend this place. It is right next to a bar that also offers a venue for live music. Noise did not stop until 2 a.m. from the bar most nights, and beyond that the area was a noisy thoroughfare. Drivers there would drive extremely loud/fast and honk their horns, even at very late hours. The position of our room was such that we could even feel vibrations from the bar's music. It was less than ideal for me, and for this reason alone I would not stay here again. 2. There was an indescribably foul smell in the hallway every single day of our stay. Every. Single. Day. The smell was so unfathomably bad that I nearly vomited from the scent alone while just trying to make it back to my room from the elevator. It smelled like an animal carcass with a ton of spices thrown on it was set in garbage and then put in the hot sun. Thankfully the smell did not seep into the room because it would have been unbearable. The walk in the hallways made my eyes water each time from just how ghastly the smell was and it did not go away the entire time we were there (5 days). I don't even have a strong sense of smell by the way.

The apartment was clean, well decorated and had everything that we needed. We were also able to walk to the Walker Museum of Art and the sculpture garden.

Schöne Unterkunft. Das eine Treppenhaus zur dachterasse hat ganz schön gestunken. Es gibt aber auch andere Wege zur dachterasse die ordentlich waren.

At Home in Minneapolis
The apartment was large, clean and well-equipped. No services are provided, hence the neutral rating. You check yourself in and no keys are required. There is a number if needed. I had a wall of windows that allowed for plenty of light. There is the Wedge market next door for food and morning coffee. It was well below zero, so not a lot of walking, but the neighborhood had restaurants and shops. Very comfortable and I would stay again.

The property itself is very nice. The furnishings are brand-spanking new. Think "living in an Ikea showroom" and you get the idea. If one is interested in a kitchen that you can cook in, it appears that this room has that. But even for just a few night's stay when you're not actually cooking, the silverware, cups, full-sized coffee maker, etc. are nice. It's also nice to have a washer/dryer in your "room". This is definitely a place I'd choose if my stay were more than 2 days...much more comfortable - and economical - than a conventional hotel room. The location is OK. The neighborhood this Sonder is in seems to be up and coming revitalized. There's a large food coop next door (it's a former Whole Foods and seems to be very much a WF clone w/o the Amazonians), and a very comfortable dive bar at the corner. There don't seem to be many restaurants within easy walking distance, which is a down-side. Another down-side is that it's not exactly in downtown. Rideshare costs about $8 to get into Minneapolis center. You could walk (it's about 1 - 1.5 miles) if the weather is good. Otherwise, I think the city bus stops right at the corner. All in all though, my experience at this Sonder will make me look for them in other cities...especially when my stay is more than a couple of nights.
