Close to Xcel Energy Arena
If you need a spot to house many people and be a short uber drive to Xcel arena or downtown St Paul this is the place. Highly recommend Brunson's Pub and Caydence Records and Coffee. If you want to venture a little farther Surly Brewing is a awesome place

Comfortable stay

Excellent Property and Great Location
This neighborhood was awesome, easy access to getting anywhere and location to store items were close. People were friendly. About the property it was very clean and felt "home-like" I definately would stay here again. Plenty of beds and amenities were just like a hotel. The welcome book to tell you about the property was helpful in getting to know the area. Plenty of bedding and tolietries and liked the shower on the first floor. Thank you Rachel.

Had everything we needed for a weekend in the twin cities with 2 toddlers!
There was plenty of room for all of us, and we appreciated the games and extra fun things at the house. It was very clean and quiet.

Clean and affordable
Expect lots of beds, great communication and a clean apartment. This is a great value for big groups looking for plenty of beds and street parking in a safe neighborhood.

Family Vacay
Location was with in 15-30 minutes of St Paul and Minneapolis. In a quiet neighborhood with a coffee shop and pub within walking distance.

Excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Clean, excellent communication, nicely remodeled, very spacious. We do an annual family trip every year and this is the best one we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend. The only downside is the wifi was sometimes a bit spotty. Kitchen is limited if you plan on prepping food, but it was perfect for us! We will be back!

Good Times
We were a group of 17 for a bachelorette party. We loved how close it was to great cafes, breweries, and food options. It was a hot weekend, so we relied on the fans to stay cool. Overall, we had a great stay.

Location was good
It was nice. The listing could have been a bit more specific about how ac was window units and there was one bedroom without one so it got very warm. And I agree that the windows upstairs are alittle nervous to have little kids around.

Graduation Celebration
This was an excellent stay for us. We had enough space to hang out in large and small groups to celebrated graduation. Loved visiting Caydence Coffee and Albums three blocks away. Really wish the windows all had screens. We could maintain a comfortable temperature but worried about letting bugs or bats in the house.

Not safe for children
I would not recommend anybody with children stay at this property. The windows in the upstairs bedrooms (3rd floor of 3 story building) did not have screens or guards in the windows. The windows literally went all the way to the floor. Any small child could easily crawl or walk right out the windows. Because there wasn't any duel level thermostat, we had to have windows open the whole night while sleeping (March in MN). This is what drew our attention to the safety issue as we are all mothers. We could not find the first aid kit (possibly stolen?) from under the kitchen sink and there was not a fire extinguisher, not that we needed one. There could have been more kitchen supplies (measuring cups, mixing bowls) but that really was not a big deal at all for my group. My main concern is the lack of required safety measures (no fire extinguishers, unguarded windows, first aid kit).

Hi Patti! We do have a first aid kit in the storage closet and under the kitchen sink, perhaps it is tucked far away. We are required to have a fire extinguisher and have 2 at the property, one under the kitchen sink and one at the base of the back stairs. I’ve double checked that these were in the correct places for future guests, thank you. The windows do not have screens but they are double paned and locked. I’m glad the house was warm for you but sounds like it was too warm! The thermostat on the main floor can control the heat both upstairs and downstairs. Thank you very much for the review! Lovely Neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was lovely and it was like having a home away from home. Rachel was very quick to respond to any issues we had and she got them resolved quickly.

Grooms party for wedding

Comfortable, with caveats
Cute neighborhood, comfortable beds, clean linen. Great location, too, and easy check in and out. Perfect for fall/winter visits. Small gripes: The property was as advertised, but I would not advise visiting during a heat wave. The AC units are inadequate for the upstairs, especially if the dryer has been run recently.

Great Place for a Large Group
We had a great experience renting this VRBO property. It’s really big and had plenty of space and beds for our eight people. We had a few issues with the heater, which Andy came to remedy within 30 minutes. We also had a WiFi router go down, but they thankfully had a backup. Andy and Rachael were great hosts and communicated quickly. Our only suggestions would be to have more silverware since the house sleeps so many people - we were often lacking spoons and forks, and also replace the shower head upstairs, which only works OK. The shower liner upstairs has also seen better days, and most of the dishes in the kitchen needed to be washed before using since they had dust or other residue in them. None of those issues were big deals, and we had a wonderful stay. Thanks very much.

Spacious and Homey
We had a slight issue getting into the property, but Rachel was amazing and exceeded expectations to make it right. The bedrooms are all nicely sized and had plenty of towels for the whole family. There are narrow stairs to get to the apt and also inside so keep that in mind if that’s an issue.

Comfortable house for your Saint Paul Visit
A work associate and I stayed here and the stay went smoothly. It was nice to change things up and stay at a house instead of a hotel. There were plenty of beds to choose from and everything else was sufficient. If an issue arose, the owners were very quick in their responses. I appreciated that the house was in a safe neighborhood and I didn't feel like I needed to worry about our vehicles. Thank you all for the wonderful stay!

Space for all!
Five of us enjoyed our time together for a Daughter's Retreat. Everyone want s their own bed so this place fit the bill. It was centrally located for restaurants and thrift stores. Nice having two bathrooms.

Charming & Clean
We were not able to stay here due to a small mechanical issue, but the owner had another house which we found delightful and suited our needs perfectly. Family members staying there loved it. Thanks so much!

Beautiful and clean space, will be back!
What a wonderful host, and her home was absolutely perfect for my family trip. Fast wifi, cable tv, good coffee :) The beds were extremely comfortable, sparkling clean, and the place felt just like home! The kitchen was also very well appointed.
