apartamento impecável e proprietários muito prestativos e gentis
Estivemos em Milão para uma viagem de visita a nossos parentes. Escolhemos o apartamento pela proximidade de estradas que nos levariam até nossa família. Já tínhamos visto a qualidade do imóvel através das fotos. O apartamento ultrapassou nossas expectativas, é muito mais bonito e bem cuidado do que pudemos ver pelas fotos. Extremamente limpo e bem cuidado, montado com muito cuidado nos detalhes. Os proprietários foram extremamente gentis e atenciosos, antes e durante a nossa estadia. Recomendamos.

Milano in einer Woche
Wir waren als Familie mit 3 Teenagern für eine Woche im schönen Mailand. Allen hat es sehr gut gefallen (was bei Teenagern erstaunlich ist)! Die Wohnung von Maria und Aldo ist topp, blitzsauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sie liegt im 5. Stock von Turm 9. Die Umgebung ist sicherlich nicht die schönste, aber in Corsico (so heißt der Vorort) ist das Standard. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke ebenso wie die Haltestelle der Straßenbahn, mit der man in 25 Minuten am Dom ist. Zu Fuß läuft man etwa 40 Minuten zu den Navigli, dem Kanalviertel mit tollen Ristoranti und Osterien. Maria und ihr Mann sind supernett, sehr flexibel und zuvorkommend. Klare Empfehlung!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Un grand merci au propriétaires Maria et Aldo pour leur accueil chaleureux et les petites attentions à l'arrivée (café, boissons fraiches, petit déjeuner...). L'appartement est spacieux, moderne et d'une propreté irréprochable. Il est situé à 2 mn à pieds du tram pour le centre ville, dans un quartier calme. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement (situé hors ZTL) pour visiter la belle ville de Milan.

Best place we’ve stayed in Italy!
This was a wonderful place to stay in Milan. The apartment complex is safe, beautiful, and easy to access from the highway, and is a short walk (less than 2 min) to the tram stop and grocery store. The owners are fantastic and exceptionally kind and helpful. Communication was first rate and we would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone travelling to the area. We would definitely stay there again when we return to the area.

Très bien
Situé hors zone ZTL cet appartement "état neuf" est à 3 minutes du tram 14 pour le centre ville de Milan. Maria et Aldo, les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont donné toutes les indications nécessaires pour notre court séjour (1 week-end) se déroule le mieux possible. Les produits d'accueil et la propreté irréprochable nous ont ravis. Merci Maria et Aldo de la part de toute la famille. Si vous devez venir à Milan n'hésitez pas "Stay like home" !

Like home, away from home
Let me start by saying how wonderful our hosts were. The property was very welcoming, had all the comfort we needed for our stay, including some refreshments and beverages upon our arrival. Comfortable stay with all the amenities. The only thing that I'd add for awareness for others - the location is somewhat far from the city center (It is in the border outside Milano). It takes about 40 mins by train (line 14, last stop), which is not the fastest train, and frequency is not always reliable. We had to rely on Uber mostly, especially on a Sunday morning, when the trains decided not to show up.

As for your difficulties with public transport, as you may have noticed, the city of Milan is affected by the works for the construction of Line 4 of the Metro which will arrive in the immediate proximity of our apartment, located in a green residential complex on the outskirts of the city of Milan. The regular route of tram 14, which usually runs every 8-10 minutes and reaches the city center in 20-30 minutes, was affected by these works during your stay creating your own delays. We are truly sorry for this temporary event and for your inconvenience. Hope to meet you again in future!

Perfect for a family stay
Ideal apartment for a family stay to check out Milan. The apartment is clean, stylish and perfect for a family. 2 min walk to a super market and 2 min walk to a tram directly into Milan (about 30mins). Our hosts were very accommodating to our changing arrival time and were on hand to meet us and give us the keys. A nice welcome package (complete with an Irish flag!) there for us too.. Overall a fantastic short stay for our family... would certainly reccomend.

Für einen Aufenthalt in Mailand eine tolle Wohnung. Ruhig, gute Lage und vor allem herzliche, auf jedes Detail achtende Gastgeber, die den Aufenthalt in Mailand von der 1. Des hôtes plus que parfait !
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette appartement , l’emplacement Est idéal pas loin du centre ville 20 min jusqu’au centre en tram direct. 3 supermarchés près de la résidence. l’appartement est très bien entretenu et au calme ! Les hôtes sont très gentils et serviables et a l’écoute. Les produits d’accueil sont très appréciables ! Le café, eau, jus de fruits , confiture etc et les shampoings et gel douche. Bref au top !!! Je vous le recommande vivement.

Un tout grand merci à Maria et Aldo pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur générosité (boissons fraiches et nourriture pour le petit déjeuner). L'appartement moderne, lumineux, propre est situé à un emplacement idéal pour visiter le centre de Milan. Le bus se trouve à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location qui fait partie de nos rares coups de cœur. Si nous devons revenir à Milan, sans aucune hésitation, nous louerons à nouveau cet appartement.

Tolles Appartement im Grünen
Wer in Mailand in einer ruhigen Gegend wohnen und trotzdem in ca. einer halben Stunde mit der Straßenbahn im Zentrum sein möchte, ist hier richtig. Großes Appartement, tolle Ausstattung, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Bewachter Parkplatz und Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Perfekt!!!

Appartement très spacieux, agréable
Cet appartement est très agréable et possède tous les équipements nécessaires pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Son parking gratuit est très appréciable et la ligne de Tram passe tout à côté. Lovely, well maintained and well provisioned apartment only 5 minute walk to tram.
Can’t say enough about how clean and comfortable the apartment was. Hosts provided us with coffee, milk, juices, water, bread and jam as I believe there was not a supermarket nearby (although only in Milan 2 nights so did not have time or inclination to locate food store). Hosts also provided soap, shampoo and conditioner as well as information on Milan. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Even though we had a vehicle (parking space provided) it was only a 5 minute walk to tram, then 30 minute ride to city center so no need to drive.

One of the best apartments we have stayed in
We travel to Europe on an annual basis & as a result have stayed in many HomeAway apartments. This one is without a doubt one of the best that we have stayed in. It’s large & modern situated in a gated complex only a 30 minute tram ride to the city. We had a car & it took only minutes to drive to the city’s Tangenziale road & from there the Autostrada. Also across the road from the apartment complex is the Tram stop to take you into the city centre & a reasonably large 7 day a week supermarket. We were met at the apartment by Maria’s husband, Aldo, who is a delightful guy. He showed us around the complex & the apartment itself. What surprised us was the effort Maria had gone to, in preparing the apartment. There was a little Australian flag to greet us Aussies & an amazing amount of goodies for us. A bottle of sparking, a red wine, breakfast items, coffee pods & the list goes on. Even the bathroom had all sorts of things that you would normally expect in a 4 Star hotel. Maria & Aldo live in the apartment next door, so any questions or missing items were immediately attended to. A highly recommended apartment.

Great apartment convenient to central city and the Assiago Forum
We loved the location and the easy access to the tram and then all of the Metro. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. Our hosts were great.

From being picked up at the airport by Aldo, Maria's husband, to the BEAUTIFUL apartment with absolutely everything we needed, to having transportation very close by - this was a great experience. Maria and her husband live on the same floor and are readily available for any needs. A wonderful couple that I thank very much for opening their flat to us.

Great find in Milan!
Very nice property, clean, quiet and has all you need. The owner is very courteous and attentaive. The location is nice and good for people with their own transportation or prefer to use public transportation. In short, the property is highly recommended.

A nice, modern and fully furnished apartment
The apartment was clean, modern and fully furnished. Everything looked brand new and the sheets smelled fresh. The landlords (wife and husdband) were very kind. We had contact via Whatsapp and replied pretty imidiately. Furthermore, they helped us with all out questions and request. I can recommand this apartment to everyone that is visiting Milaan.

GREAT 😍
Very nice and confortable flat very near from the tram and metro. We were there with our 2 children (6 years old daughter and 5 month baby boy), and visiting Milano was quite easy thanks to the facilities nearby (the supermarket is at the foot of the flat). We enjoyed everything at Maria's place. Maria and Aldo are very kind. Thanks and see you😊

Beautiful apartment in Milan
Maria and Aldo were truly amazing hosts. They were always available when we needed and they were willing to recommend some restaurants for special occasions. They also provided some provisions for our stay that were included in the price! Their home is conveniently located just on the outskirts of Milan, so you have a quiet neighborhood for rest and relaxation, but they are directly across the street from a tram station that takes you quickly into the heart of Milan to see all the attractions and restaurants. The apartment is also huge for one couple. We had so much space, it felt like living at home. There is no reason to get a hotel in Milan...just stay with Maria and Aldo!

Excellent location and extremely comfortable!
Maria was very responsive to all inquiries prior to our stay, as well as during it. My family and I were welcomed and provided with all the information we needed. The apartment was ready for us with some start up supplies, which was very nice. Beautiful apartment - spacious, comfortable, well decorated, and really nice balconies to sit out. Great location with grocery stores close by, a path to walk along the canal to the Navigli area. Felt like a community, people were kind, and helpful. Even when we left something behind at the apartment, it was sent to our next location in Italy - thank you so much. We would definitely rent again when we return to Milano. Thank you Maria, Aldo and sons.

Sehr schöne Wohnung!
Die Wohnung ist sehr modern ausgestattet und gepflegt. Zu sechst haben wir komfortabel gewohnt! Außerdem ist es sehr ruhig dort. Maria und ihr Mann Aldo sind sehr, sehr nett und helfen sofort, wenn es Probleme gibt. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir Getränke und Frühstück für den nächsten Tag. Verabschiedet wurden wir mit einem leckeren Osterkuchen! Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten von der Tram entfernt, mit der man in einer halben Stunde den Dom erreicht. An der Haltestelle befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt, in dem man alles Notwendige einkaufen kann.Vielen Dank, unser Aufenthalt war sehr gelungen!

If I could give it 10 stars, I would!
This is an absolutely beautiful apartment whose owners go out of their way to make you feel at home. From the moment we were picked up from the train station we knew we would be well taken care of. Maria and Aldo have gone out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable stay - even providing some basic groceries to get you started! They are a wealth of information and they are happy to share what they know. The apartment is just outside the center of Milan and is very accessible using the public transport system. I wish I could go back today!!!

alles wunderbar!
Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und sehr schön eingerichtet, außerdem sehr geräumig (wir sind eine Familie mit drei Jugendlichen) und mit 2 Balkonen. Frau Lucarelli und ihr Mann sind sehr nette Vermieter und wir haben uns dort richtig wohlgefühlt. Lage ist auch gut: Straßenbahn in der Nähe, Supermarkt ebenfalls, trotzdem ruhige Gegend.

SEHR EMPFEHLENSWERTE FERIENWOHNUNG AM RANDE VON MAILAND
Uns hat eine bestens ansprechend möblierte großzügig geschnittene Ferienwohnung erwartet mit äußerst freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern, die bei Fragen auch während unseres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung standen. Da wir an einem Feiertag anreisten, waren wir froh, dass wir im Kühlschrank Getränke vorfanden. Ideal sind der Supermarkt auf der anderen Straßenseite sowie die nahgelegene Trambahnhaltestelle. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Danke an Maria und ihren Mann!

We can recommend this appartement to 100% !
The Appartment was very clean and comfortable and Maria and Aldo were very friendly. We spent there 5 days with our 3 nearly adult children, and there was enough space for everybody. We had 5 seats in the kitchen and also a big table and seats in the living room. Although there was enough space for each of us to watch a film, as there is also a DVD player connected to the TV. Having two bathrooms is quite helpful to 5 people. The kitchen was very well equipped for having breakfast and cooking. Our car had a save parking place inside the residence and the Tram to the city center starts right across the road. We recommend the appartment to our friends, who want to visit Milano.
