Only 1 thing I feel needs to be made clear is that the pool in the pictures is not attached to this building. It is at the building next door. You have access to it and it is just a 2 minute walk but renters should be aware of this. Thanks for a great 5 days."

"The location was perfect. It is in walking distance of downtown and great restaurants. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The check in instructions were very clear. The listing implied that we would have a river/city view, but we did not (listing states that the building overlooks the river and city, but does not state that the apartment does not have that view)."

"The condo was beautiful and in a great location. Everything was in walking distance for what we wanted to do. A little scary at night walking back from Broadway. The condo was nice and clean. Everything was great but one thing that was not good was the bed. We only used the king size bed, the mattress was very hard and it felt like you were sleeping on plywood and the bed linen was rough and scratchy. They did not have fitted sheets for the bottom sheets which made it even more uncomfortable."

"Great stay for a quick 36 hours in town! 10 minute walk to Broadway and five minutes to many other great spots off-Broadway. Host provided great instructions in and out and sent a brief visitor guide. As I had to do some work, WiFi was great and appreciated YouTube TV to catch up on news. Saved for future visits back in town."

"The location was great- short walk to restaurants and bars in the Gulch. Another short walk from there to Broadway. The place was very nice. Perfect for 2 couples. We only used bedrooms and bathrooms, not the kitchen as we ate out. There was a little street noise, not bad. The worst noise was in the building- the condo above us was very noisy. Woke us in the middle of the night one time. Another day they sounded like they were moving furniture for an hour. All tolerable but still annoying. And...

"We really liked the property, it was clean and accurately described. The only thing that was irritating was how loud the a/c unit was. It was central air but was located inside of unit. If you would have anyone sleep downstairs it is located next to the couch."

"I made the mistake of digging deep into reading the reviews AFTER booking the home (not my finest moment). Some doubt and concern began to sit in but it was too late to change our minds. All of that to say...we were pleasantly surprised to see that any of the previous complaints regarding this property have been addressed: brand new couch, clean sheets, etc. While they can't do much about the seedy neighborhood, we weren't too worried about it since the fire department was within eye shot of one...

Oferecem gratuitamente cápsulas e café e chá. Os atendentes da portaria são atenciosos e muito simpáticos. A conservação dos quartos pode ter uma pequena melhora. De modo geral muito bom. "

"I think this place is the perfect location within walking distance to most places. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. However the cleanliness of the units could be improved a lot. Bathroom/ shower had dirt and dust on the floor and previous occupants hair on the shower walls. "
