"Definitely recommend staying in this place. It is close to everything--restaurants, shops, Vanderbilt U, Broadway. It was comfortable and spacious. Very clean and up to dateParking was good too. Easy to access the apartment and the management was very responsive to any question or concern we had. Only comment would be that we wish there was more plates, cutlery and glasses. But, other than that, would highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Nashville. "

"We could not get in the front door of the building, along with other people. Someone coming out let us in the building. It was very cute and only a 5 Lyft ride to Broadway. Our bedroom door would not close. The sliding glass enough door did not lock, I think it was getting not "

"Traveled to Nashville for a girls trip and Kurt's place was excellent. Exactly as pictured, no surprises. Gorgeous view, everything was clean and comfortable. Also one of the easiest vrbo checkouts I have ever had with very little clean up to be done. We didn't know the area at all and were a little bit worried about potential safety issues. However, we shouldn't have been. We walked everywhere including later in the evenings and never felt unsafe. "

"What a cute little apartment with the perfect location! It was steps away from Printer's Alley and just two blocks from Broadway. Right near all the action but with none of the noise!"

"Location is great. Right now the whole area seems to be under construction, but it is walking distance to almost everything, view of the river was also great. The condo is perfect for 2 and would still be good for 3 people. Free covered parking is a big plus."
