Family vacation
Great condo with all necessities for a stay included. The best feature is huge balcony overlooking courtyard/ pool area. Hostess, Pnina, met us at the entrance and answered all the questions. Whole Foods, Target, Publix nearby. Very memorable and nice vacation. Thank you Pnina!

Comfortable and Clean
Great space for a family of 5. Loved having 2 bathrooms, and the rain shower heads were great. Lots of towels and all of the little necessities were provided and plentiful. The beds were comfortable, but pretty noisy when turning over or moving. Not sure if they’re just older or need some tightening up. The kitchen was well-stocked and clean. The huge balcony is a definite perk and is great for lounging and eating meals. We made use of the provided board games on a couple evenings and enjoyed the complimentary beverages - thanks, Pnina!! The pool was lovely, the water was a nice temp and the grounds are pretty. There are a handful of older residents bent on making sure kids don’t jump in, splash, or play in the pool. It seemed a little obsessive and unnecessary, considering it’s a spacious pool with enough room to spread out. But we enjoyed it anyway. Overall, this was a beautiful rental that we would be happy to rent again. Pnina was very helpful in getting us settled and we enjoyed our stay very much!

We would definitely stay again if we go back to the area.
Pnina was great! She meets you upon arrival for ease of check in. She has stocked the place well. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Kitchen well stocked including some seasonings. Beach chairs. Hair dryer. For kids: crayons and coloring books, some toys, a pack n play if you need that. Also some games for different ages. Very nice place to stay and nice pool. We used the outdoor grill as well. Thank you Pnina!

It was a pleasure to host the Freeman family. Condo was left neat and clean, towels were washed. Refrigerator and garbage were emptied and disposed. From 1-10 they are 10.5. Beautiful family 💕

Beautiful Vacation
Our family had a wonderful time during our stay. The condo was incredible and spacious. The amenities were clean and providing entertainment for all. We were close to so many amazing shops, beaches and restaurants. We will definitely rebook in the future!

Great stay!
Pnina is AMAZING! We travel often, and Pnina hands down is the best host we have ever had! She met us at the condo, gave us a tour, stocked the condo with everything we could possibly need for a week, and was available by text whenever we had a question or needed a restaurant recommendation. We will definitely be back!

Best apartment in superb property
We had a wonderful stay in this truly great apartment. The patio is the crowning glory and it was great to have the extra space and elegance of the patio overlooking the pool and surrounded by palm trees. The apartment feels very private because it is looking out to greenery and palm trees, and is steps to the pool via a simple stair way close by. The apartment itself is beautifully upgraded, with spectacular showers, comfortable beds, and everything we needed in the kitchen. Pnina was a perfect host. We will be back!

Remarkable!
The balcony alone is worth the rental. Our family wanted a quiet, comfortable, relaxing location to call home for our vacation and we were not disappointed. Shopping, beaches, restaurants in the vicinity were above our expectations. There is a wonderful walking trail across the street that my wife and I used every morning and enjoyed a great deal. Well maintained pool, hot tub, and outdoor grill. The hostess was kind, informative, and welcoming. Definitely will stay here again next time we are in the area!

Fabulous host - very best in the area
We have stayed in many places in Miami Beach, Surfside, and Aventura. This was among the very best. The place is fabulous, with the largest and most impressive terrace in the complex, expanding completely over the pool. But the difference is the host. She was extraordinarily accommodating and easy to work with, made Shabbos a breeze for us, and made every provision to make our arrival and departure simple. When we arrived it was pouring - she met us at our car with an umbrella, had key cards waiting for us, and games and books for our kids to enjoy during the rainy days. The beds were plentiful and comfortable, and there was even a paw patrol soap dispenser for my toddler (who is still talking about it). And in the midst of COVID, we could not have felt more comfortable with the cleanliness and abundant cleaning supplies. The condo was great, but the contentiousness of the host makes this the very best place we have ever stayed with our children. Thank you Pnina, we will be back.

Presidential Suite
Excellent property! Excellent host! Well stocked vacation rental. Plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. The Veranda, over-looking the pool was the place to be. Relax, enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. As this host strives to make your stay the best, we have made some additional suggestions to her. Due to the Covid situation, there was some difficulty getting pool times. But it all worked out! We definitely will be back! Thank you Pnina 👍

Wonderful Winter Getaway
This condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was extremely clean and well-stocked. The bathrooms were newly renovated. The balcony overlooking the pool was huge! Aventura Mall is an easy 15-20 walk and there are several beaches that are a short drive away. Pnina was great to work with.

Very nice home away from home!
The property owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. She even went out of her way to stock the condo with games, books, crayons, and coloring books for my children. The only drawback for me was that there are very strict rules enforced at the community pool which prohibited my kids from being able to jump into the water or play with any pool toys or balls. Other than that though, we loved it.

One of the best locations we ever spent our holidays.
The apartment has all facilities, is very large and the terrace is huge with the best view to the pool. Pnina, our host, was taking care of all necessary details and offered us a very warm welcome. Perfect Family Vacation
We could have not been more lucky to come across this property on VRBO. Pnina was an outstanding host! She had all of the essentials stocked and available- and even a pack-and- play for our little guy. The location is a perfect proximity to the beaches and shopping. The area is very easy to navigate. We loved taking family walks on the exercise path across the street. We brought our two little boys who lived in the pool! When it was nap time for them, we enjoyed some relaxation time and sunshine on the terrace! We can’t say enough about the stay! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful!
We stayed here for a week and just loved everything about it. Pnina was absolutely the best! Everything is there that you need. The complex and area have everything needed for a great vacation.

Amazing
We had a wonderful holiday. Our unit was amazing. Clean with all the amenities you need to be comfortable. The Owner was gracious and welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. I would definitely return! Great location.

Great location and apartment
We had a wonderful time in this apartment. It was very well located, super clean and Pnina was a nice and helpful person. She even gave us her adress for some late packages from Amazon. The only thing to have in consideration is an extra fee for ID to enter and for the car that we didn’t knew about! But I surely will return as soon as I can and recommend it to friends and family! First class owner, first class property
Where do I start? Let's begin with the owner Pnina. The nicest, caring person. Who greets a stranger with a warm hug? Pnina does!! After talking with her for 5 minutes it felt as if she was a longtime friend. The unit is breath taking. Inside and out everything is there for you. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Great floor plan with king bedroom on one side, and queen bedroom and twin bedroom on the other. Whole inside has been updated. You won't find a better balcony on the entire property. Easy access to pool area.

Wonderful property
If you and some friends want to spend a week or a month in probably the best located condo in the complex this unit is the one. The owner met us for a quick show around of the condo and the massive deck overlooking the pool. There was water in the fridge, detergent, shampoo, coffee essentials etc. Past trips we've had to buy all these things at Publix or CVS. We would give this a 10 out of 10. Thanks Pnina.
