Muito bacana
Gostamos muito de nos hospedar lá, só alguns "senão"como o ar condicionado no lobby que é de tricar de gelado, tinha que colocar casaco para sair do quarto, nós dois gripamos. O colchão precisa ser trocado, já afundado no meio, e os travesseiros muito moles, que acabam afundando e nano servem para nada.. mas gostamos do atendimento do pessoal do estacionamento em especial do Roberto. A vista é bem linda.

Apesar de ser um prédio antigo, o hotel está em excelente estado de conservação. Os restaurantes do hotel (Donna Mare e Bungalow) são ótimos e o staff é muito amável e a localização é muito boa (vizinhança tranquila, ótimo acesso à praia e próximo das principais atrações da cidade, tais como Winwood Walls, MIami Design District, Downtown Miami, Brickell City Center, etc).

Uma boa opçao em Miami Beach
A estadia correu muito bem.Os serviços do hotel ( recepção, quartos, conciergerie, restaurante piscina e praia) corresponderam sempre muito bem às solicitacões. A localizaçao sobre a praia é excelente. O staff muito simpatico e atencioso.

Bonito, mas serviço péssimo
O hotel é recém reformado, o que é bastante bom. A decoração, em geral, é bonita. O problema realmente reside no serviço do hotel. Vou citar algumas experiências: 1) Tomamos café da manhã 3 vezes no hotel. Todas as vezes pedimos a la carte. Fomos avisados, todas as vezes, de que uma espera de 15 minutos seria necessária. Tudo bem. Na primeira vez, esperamos os 15 minutos e recebemos nossa comida. Tudo correu bem. Infelizmente, na segunda vez que pedimos, a espera foi maior e a comida chegou morna. Quando minha esposa pediu torradas sem gluten, passaram-se mais de 15 minutos sem recebermos, foi quando tive que procurar outro atendente. Na terceira vez que tomamos café da manhã, esperamos mais de 35 minutos pra comida chegar, e esta chegou gelada. 2) Na praia há atendimento, onde se pode comer e beber. Contudo, obter atendimento é extremamente difícil. Há poucos atendentes e você simplesmente não os encontra. Quando finalmente os vê, prepare-se pra ficar agitando os braços tentando ser percebido. E quando finalmente você é atendido, prepare-se para esperar longos períodos. Pedimos dois drinks no primeiro dia de praia, dois Moscow Mules. Chegaram em levas separadas, o primeiro levando uns 20 minutos pra chegar e o segundo, mais 25 minutos depois do primeiro. Em outro dia de praia, pedimos um balde com cinco cervejas. O balde levou mais de 40 minutos para chegar. Inviável. Resumo: o serviço é sofrível

Loud air conditioning
This is a nice property, nicely decorated, well furbished, however the air conditioning is extremely loud. Our room, 1210, had a partial view to the beach. However, as we tried to open the window, the cooling system of the other Cadillac tower was extremely noise as well. Hard to tell which was the most noisy, our air conditioning or the colling system of the other tower. Very hard to have a full night sleep in this room.

It is not what I expected to be
It’s a nice hotel, however the room is really small. The professionals that work in the front desk need to be better trained, they are rude most of the time. They charged you 20% of resort tax, but the only thing they have is a swimming pool, I thought that abusive.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is great. We paid for an upgrade to a suite with a great view. The food in the restaurants is incredible. However, given how much we paid there were a few things that were disappointing. First our room key lock wasn't working and we had to go ask for help to the lobby 5 times, they kept saying it was the key but clearly it wasn't, finally a tech came to check and changed the battery on the door. The housekeeping was also disappointing, they kept forgetting to leave us the complementary water bottles, they never took the trash, and they only left us slippers and robes the last day of our stay (we were there 4 days) given than we paid for a suite I expected more. Lastly we did see 3 small roaches in the room which was not pleasant.

Overall a wonderful stay! The amenities were perfect. Our room was rather small, so be prepared if you have another guest with you to either get two beds or book a large space. We didn’t have many options for storing our items for a longer stay. Staff is friendly and you will always get prompt service. One thing I didn’t realize with room service is that they enter the room. Last time, they left it outside the door so it was a good thing we were not dressing. The only true downside is our sheets didn’t look super clean, which might be a side effect of busy times of the year. There were some old stains when we arrived, but we changed the sheets and had no other issues all trip long. Same with the towels in the room and at the beach. Overall - would book again but we are definitely curious about the value of other stays in this price range. Thank you for the nice stay!

We stayed for our trip to Miami, and it was extremely disappointing. We requested an early check in, but didn't get into our room until after the original check in time. The food in the restaurants were mediocre at best and very overpriced for the quality of food. When we finally got checked in to our room, it was not clean, sliding door to the patio barely opened and appeared to have mold growing along the edges. The worst of it all was the fact that we saw giant cockroaches in our room. Absolutely disgusting! We called the front desk to complain, and they apologized and said they were sending a manager from housekeeping right away. A housekeeper showed up with a broom and can of Raid. He cleaned it up without saying anything to us. We decided to check out early instead of staying for another meal. We again complained to the front desk, and he said he is sending a note to the hotel manager, and they would contact us right away to resolve the issue. We have yet to hear from them two weeks later. We since have sent an email to Marriott corporate to let them know our experience, and again, they said we would have a response within 5 days and nothing. Do not waste your time and money on this joke of a hotel!!

Where do I even begin? The Cadillac hotel was absolutely amazing. I celebrated my 30th three birthday weekend and I had the best time service factory. Everything was just amazing. I am so grateful and I had so much fun. Literally everything is right on the resort the beach, the pool, the restaurants, the people, great time and good food.

We stayed here for a quick getaway for my husband’s birthday. The balcony room with the ocean view was definitely worth it. The property is very clean and the staff go above and beyond. There’s an adult only pool, and direct access to the beach which comes with complimentary beach chairs, towels, and umbrella. The hotel bar and restaurants are also very nice, with many walkable restaurants if you want different options. We will definitely be back!

The Cadillac is a great location on mid Miami beach. The hotel is nice and the staff was friendly. I think the grounds around the hotel could be cleaner. The Cadillac staff could clean up litter better, there were items (napkins, caps, drink/skewers)in the bushes, etc. The maids were very friendly. Our room was supposed to be a partial view, we were facing the front street above the AC/HVAC unit for the hotel. Pro: it was constant white noise. Con: it was an awful view. I would stay again but in a different room. Overall: B- rating.

Beautiful ArtDeco building and great aesthetics inside and out however some particular details let the place down. A room was booked for four persons and there were not enough towels, etc. for the occupancy. The bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom which was cute but there was nowhere to hang a hand towel. The allocation of only two beach or poolside lounge chairs per room is ridiculous if there are more than two persons occupying a room. A fee is applicable for more than two chairs! On a positive note, all the staff were especially helpful and supportive which was really appreciated.

Had a really nice time here with a few exceptions. Stayed with my husband for four nights and we're in our mid-thirties and we look "young." The general population of other guests was a bit older, which was no problem. We frequented the indoor lobby bar, the connected coffee shop, the beach service, and the outdoor tiki bar. Not ONCE in FIVE days were we asked to charge our bill to our room, and it was always assumed we were not guests and would need to pay via credit card immediately. Every other guest we were ever next to was asked what their room number was with the immediate assumption that they were guests at the hotel. We left with the feeling that we "didn't fit in" given our experience with the staff. We were also told no to a late checkout due to not being "members" yet we weren't told how to become a member. Location was decent but not close to a huge variety of restaurants within walking distance. Beach was clean. Room was very small/tight. Hotel lobby smells of an incredibly overpowering air freshener at all times. It was an expensive stay and we likely wouldn't return due to staff experience of feeling.. unwelcome.
