We don't see any notes in your reservation alerting us to any concerns about safety or room conditions so we are a bit surprised. Please note that by dialing "0" from the room phone would have connected to our Front Desk Agent who would have absolutely moved you to a new room had we known what you experienced. Additionally, we have regular security patrols on site just as an added amenity here. We had no notes from security about any issues occuring during your stay dates. Hi Jade,Thanks for taking some time to provide a review. We are interested in all guest feedback. We do see that you booked a non-refundable 3rd party reservation which is why you were on our arrival list and our Front Desk Agent was prepared to book you in. Since you did not follow through with checking in since you mentioned "you did not even go in" is why the audit shift marked you as a no show as you did not check in by 3am. Refunds are not possible when guests book 3rd party non-refundable reservations. That policy is listed on all 3rd party websites prior to you paying the 3rd party for a reservation so that potential guests understand that if you book a non-refundable reservation for the low price they offered it for, you won't be refunded should you decide to not follow through with the reservation or for any reason you don't check in. As far as safety, we've not had any issues with safety and have on site security as an additional measure to ensure guests have a wonderful time here. We hope this provides some clarification to you for any concerns you expressed with booking or safety.Best,Melbourne All Suites Inn

We are sorry to hear about your misfortune. I do believe maybe you went to the wrong hotel. We had you assigned to a room and since noone checked in by 1 am and it was a non refundable we had to check it in. Noone took 20.00 from you nor do we have your card information or a Peter that works here. In our system it shows as a NO Show.

We apologize that you had this experience with us. However you were traveling with a pet that exceeded the weight limit that we aloow at the hotel. We would never want to be adversarial or unhelpful we just were not able to accomodate your pet. I suggest checking with any hotel you choose to stya with in the future to make sure they will be able to accomodate a pet of that size

We had no previous requests for ground floor rooms with either of your reservations and the hotel was already fully booked. You had not brought this to our front desk staff's attention after you checked in or called us by dialing "0" from your room phone to let us know. We did see, however, that you posted this review while still staying on our property and our front desk staff messaged you to ask if everything was OK and asked you to come up front as they were prepared to move you to a new room, however you did not respond. There was no mention to the front office regarding your concerns or we would hae addressed them immediately.
