Clean and spacious. We stayed for 3 nights but they I guess they don't clean everyday coz they never did the whole 3 nights stay.

Terrible customer service! We arrived to check in at 10:55 pm. There was a hand written note on the front desk stating “Skyler is on the 3rd floor and would be happy to assist you”. The phones were ringing non stop, and no Skyler to be found. We went to the 3rd floor several times, only to find hotel rooms and no Skyler. After 30 minutes of waiting we ended up leaving. When you’ve been driving over 6 hours and reservations have already been made, this is very frustrating. Terrible customer service! Terrible way to operate a hotel when people are arriving to check in, it doesn’t matter what time of day it is. Travelodge will be marked off the list for sure!!!!!’n

Staff was nice, location leaves a little to be desired (behind a Lowe’s and Shopping Center). A/C and Fridge worked great. Shower water pressure (at least on second floor) was crazy strong. It suited my needs at a reasonable price.

Clean Hotel, Awesome staff, Great stay!
I had a really good stay. The hotel was clean and pretty quiet. The front desk staff were very attentive and quick to assist me every time I needed something. Their credit card reader on the pop machine wasn’t working and I didn’t have cash. One of the front desk ladies ran right over to her purse and grabbed some cash and bought my soda so I didn’t have to go somewhere else. Just all around a great stay. The one thing I didn’t like is the room has a motion sensor and when I quit moving around and fell asleep, the ac shut off and I woke up drenched in sweat one night. But otherwise, it was a great stay.

Was put in a handicap room a/c wouldn’t blow enough to cool the room , shower head wouldn’t stay in place . We booked for 2 nights because we were at a 2 day event only to get a call the next morning telling us we were supposed to check out and when my wife tried to talk to the lady at the front desk about the mix up the lady hung up on her ! This was our second time to stay at this hotel and the first time was great but because of this experience we will never go back !!

The staff there were very helpful and nice! The room was a handicapped and was not in that great of shape the shower was sagging on one side. The room smelled very moldy! There were only sheets on the beds, blankets were in a closet. I would not stay there again but we were safe and it was clean.

Nice place at a great price.
Stayed here for a couple of nights and have no complaints. I leave a lot reviews and always try to find something that might be a negative. The one negative I would have to say is the AC was good but not great. The days were in the upper 90s and our room was ADA so I would attribute that to art of it. I always base my stay on location, hot water, comfortable bed/pillows, price and AC/Heat. This property is tucked away off the service road and behind a Lowes. Even locals weren't aware of the tucked away location; we definitely felt safe. We had plenty of hot water, the beds/pillows were comfortable and it was a great price. The AC was the only thing I could come up that was anything close to being negative. Definitely a property I will look up again when I am back in town.
