I feel ROBBED! I booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms was cancelled following cancellation policy, and the money was not refunded. I feel that I was robbed! I am still waiting for the money, but every time I contact the person in charge: Rita, she says that the my money will be refunded soon. I am still waiting for that.
Alba, Johnny and Cion at the hotel are very nice and polite. Room was clean and the property is nice. But I feel disappointed with this experience. Unfortunately Expedia is not recognized for a good Customer Service, I hope they can do something about this PROBLEM!
