Hotel bonito e bem localizado
Hotel bonito e bem localizado, pequeno-almoço variado e quarto grande e calmo com vista para a piscina. Este hotel apesar de ser grande, tem uma linda decoração marroquina. Zona da piscina muito agradável.

I really want to thank the staff, they were amazing, helpful, welcoming, the hotel was very clean all the time, my room was spacious, spotless, cleaned every day, comfy, sheets were changed daily w/o asking, breakfast was top, the pool was clean, thank you Grand Mogader Menara for making my vacation a success. Although the check-in was a bit rocky and the initial room was noisy due to AC issues, they were willing but I think they had no choice to give me a better room. They told me they upgraded me, when in fact they had no choice as the hotel was full. The upgraded room was 10 times better. Maybe I will book their deluxe rooms and forget the superior ones :)

The spa, weight room, and rooms were very nice. The service was just ok. took a long time to get requests completed and the food isn't very good. It isn't 5 star. stayed at a 5 star Hilton the day before and it blew this away.

NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. NE JAMAIS RÉSERVER CET HÔTEL. ILS VOUS ARNAQUERONT VOTRE L’ARGENT. This is NOT a five start hotel, to start off. Bad customer service and rude to guests. This is BEFORE we had any issues. Apart from that, we were stuck in the earthquake and they would not give us access our room for the rest of my group’s stay. Understandably for safety, so we had to check out early to find new accommodations. They refused to give us a refund for the rest of our stay until I talked to the director/president of the hotel who personally approved our group of 8 rooms’ refunds for the nights we could not use. Fast forward to 3 weeks later, after having to follow up by multiple e-mail and calls, they said they will processes them next day. Now, almost 3 weeks later and hundreds of dollars in international call fees, they HANG UP on me every time I call and refuse to let me speak with the Director/President. This is so disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Little do they know, I enjoy putting my law degree to good use. Wish them luck.

Without a doubt the staff and property were outstanding. Rooms were kept very clean and staff were above and beyond helpful. We were on-site during the recent earthquake and every effort was made to ensure that guests were well taken care of! Everyone from the manager to service staff were calm, efficient, kind and helpful! I highly recommend this location for your next visit to Marrekech! Gold stars to all!

Déçus pour un hôtel de ce standing
Pour commencer presque deux heures d’attentes pour avoir nos clés. La femme qui nous a pris en charge à l’accueil pas vraiment aimable. La seule qui ne porte pas son nom sur son vêtement bizarrement, elle a peut être déjà eu des retours sur sa façon de travailler qui sait ? Ensuite le ménage dans les chambres est fait à des heures improbables. Il faut parfois rappeler à la personne qui s’en occupe de le faire. Des fois nous avons droit aux petites serviettes, des fois aux grandes, des fois à toutes les serviettes avec un peu de chance. Ne pas prendre les chambres coter route car les fenêtre sont tellement fines et le bruit des voitures + Klaxons peut vite devenir énervant. Travaux juste en face de la piscine avec le bruit que cela implique le matin et aux environs de midi la musique commence et pour ma part je trouve que le volume était vraiment fort. Je tiens à souligner que la personne qui s’occupe des transat essaye de satisfaire tout le monde. Petit déjeuner assez bien fournis. La chambre de luxe est assez bien en soit mais dommage que le service de chambre ne sois pas terrible. En résumer bof pour un hôtel qui se dis 5 étoiles.

Décevant pour un 5 étoiles.
Séjour rythmé de déceptions de la part du service d’accueil. Lorsqu’il y a un problème dans la chambre (la clim ne fonctionnait pas pour notre part, à plus de 40 degré à l’extérieur), cela prend du temps à être réglé et nous étions obligées de rappeler la réception pendant 3 jours afin d’envoyer un technicien faire le nécessaire. Concernant la literie, lit parfaitement propre et confortable. Femmes de chambre très professionnelles et efficace. Le personnel de restauration très efficace également. Petit dej très complet. Dans l’ensemble cela aurait pu être un séjour sympa mais beaucoup de petits soucis qui gâchent le séjour, c’est dommage !

Very bad
this hotel cannot be 5 star. I have had the worst experience of my life at that hotel. the hotel is old and needs a makeover. I woke up the first morning in a bed full of ants. I spoke to the front desk who said it was normal. I insisted on changing rooms. I have been given a change to a room on the 5th floor. the room did not have air conditioning which does not work. I will never book this hotel again
