Adedotun,We have 24/7 tea and coffee in the lounge and lobby of the hotel, we have cups in the bathrooms in sealed hygienic bags and cups, crockery and glass ware in the lounge to use as you wish. I am sorry you found the hotel too basic for your needs.

Mohammed,You booked a standard room for two adults and a child, you arrived with two adults and two children. We could not add an extra bed into a standard room.You refused to pay for a room that could accommodate an extra bed. We would only charge you an extra 25.00 for a superior room and an extra bed as a compromise to the issue.We accommodated the booking that you made via Expedia. We do not have tea and coffee in the rooms, this is our brand standard, we do have unlimited tea and freshly ground coffee 24/7 in our lounge and bar area. Poor review and not the fault of the hotel that you booked for the wrong number of persons, wrong size of room and not at the time of booking for asked for an extra bed.

We love our breakfast, other reviews do not agree with your assessment. Perhaps you could expand on wat was terrible for you?

This is for the main purpose of curbing our environmental impact. We also offer guests a free drink on the days they don't want their room cleaned. This is a total fabrication of a review and has not been made by the family in crisis that was sent to the hotel.This review was posted by the social worker, name we have held for privacy. The council have tried to book persons in crisis, with mental issues, into the hotel with no contact details, leaving the vulnerable with no support while young staff on reception desk and in housekeeping are left to try and help these people with no support when they are not trained to do so. The social workers are not risk assessing the situation, they are not assessing the hotels workers vulnerability to persons they are housing and they are not taking responsibility for the damage that some, not all, persons have made in recent week to the hotels bedroom due to the persons they are housing have no ability to look after themselves.I have make an official complaint to social services Manchester and they are conducting an investigation into this matter and the actions of the social worker that has posted this review.

Sharim Karim,Thank you so much for taking the time to write a comment, it is such a pity that you have not been accurate on this matter and missed actually writing in full the facts including my communications with you and the actions the hotel made immediately after your allegations. You came to reception stating that your wife had been bitten by bed bugs, you took photographs of the bites and send them to the team at the hotel.We immediately changed your room to allow us to investigate fully. I then replied to your email with my findings: See below my reply to you. Dear Mohammed,Thank you bringing to our attention the fact that your wife has been bitten. I have seen the images supplied and I do not think that these are bed bug bites. After the state of bed bugs reported this summer in France and the UK , we at this hotel, have all been trained on the detection and prevention of bed bugs and the removal if any have been found.The head housekeeper the room division manager and myself have today checked the entire room, removing the furniture, the bed board and stripping the bed back to the bed base and I can find no evidence of bed bugs at all and I am well skilled in the finding of these creatures.Thank you for moving rooms to allow us to check the room so that if evidence was found we could act quickly and efficiently, your new room is available to you until 11am tomorrow the 29th December 2023. We shall be taking no further action in this matter.You then replied to my email stating that your wife bitten at the hotel regardless and I am responsible, I replied as follows:Dear Mohammed,I cannot say that a fly or a mosquito that was flying around the hotel was not the cause of the alleged bites to your wife. You cannot state that the hotel is responsible for the alleged bites to your wife, unless you are suggesting that a fly or a mosquito is the hotels responsibility to eradicate, this is simply ridiculous. What I can say for certainty that the alleged bites to your wife were not caused, by your allegation you have made in public, by bed bugs while at the hotel. As I sated yesterday once we had moved you and your wife from the room we stripped the entire room including the fitted furniture and found no evidence of beds bugs being present in the room, alive or dead. To be clear the room you originally occupied has never had any report of bed bugs prior to your stay in any of the days since the hotel opened. I hope that whatever has affected your wife is not uncomfortable and if it is then I suggest you visit a local doctor for advice and treatment. Hope you have a great year ahead for 2024 and beyond.I have not been rude to you but I was stating the facts. I was not going to offer the compensation that you were seeking for something that the hotel was not accountable for. Thank you
