Cozy spot in an incredible location!

Great Location!!
The condo was perfect for myself and my daughter. Easy walking distance to Eagle Lodge, enough space for the 2 of us and the lodge amenities were great. The reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because the bed was so uncomfortable both my daughter and I slept horrible. It's 2 twin beds put together which is fine but there is a memory foam on top of the mattress and it was hard as a rock!! once you found your spot it would very slowly sink but every time you moved throughout the night your new spot would still be so hard. A new mattress or softer foam top is absolutely necessary.

Great stay!
Came up for the long weekend and to be able to hike as Mammoth was still covered in snow above 8000 feet in June when we came up with family. Hubby and I had a great time and thought the condo met all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Came to get a break from the heat - but no air conditioning
The property itself looks nothing like the lovely pictures. The building is tired inside and out. The pool was over-chlorinated and due to the heat was too warm. On the other hand the jacuzzi was not hot enough. We came to get out of the heat in L.A. and Mammoth was generally somewhat cooler, but still warm. The, communal spaces and the room in particular were poorly ventilated and did not have air conditioning. When I spoke to property manager, and said that this fact should be disclosed for summer listings, he acted surprised that anyone would make such a complaint, stating that it is a ski resort and only the Westin has air conditioning. This is false. Mammoth has long been hot in the summer, and has long been a summer destination. Second, even the Shilo Inn has air conditioning. He did offer to refund our last two nights, but we opted to stick it out. No matter where you book in Mammoth in the summer, especially now that the climate is warmer, be sure to ask about air conditioning. Don't be fooled, Mammoth Vacation Rentals Inc, is not a "premier host." We still had fun in Mammoth but Mammoth Vacation Rentals Inc contributed little to our experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this unit at the Juniper Springs Lodge. It is literally steps from the ski lift. Everything was great! I definitely recommend this property for a couple of a small family.

Beautiful location, clean & upgraded property
The location first of all is beautiful situated next to a ski lift and the mountains, the unit we stayed in was very clean, lots of upgrades, great amenities, located close to the lakes, shops, village. Swimming at the pool and jacuzzi was delightful each night, would stay here again and recommend my friends. Thank you :)

Small cozy condo near amenities
This is a small condo with limited view of the mountains. Well located with ski in ski out, biking and hiking trails out the front or back door, nice pool area, and close to town. Comfortable king bed. If you are a big person you may want to stay elsewhere as all the spaces are very small. I am tiny and it was tight.

Wonderful Ski-in/Ski-out location.
Well-equipped, cozy unit on the Eagle Lodge side of Mammoth Mountain. Loved the soaker tub after a full day of skiing! Easy check-in process and very friendly staff at the Juniper Springs Resort. Definitely staying there again!

Lovely condo in great location
This is a small, but comfortable unit. The kitchen is stocked well enough to make a simple meal. The bed is very comfortable and the wifi works reliably (often a problem in Mammoth). Ventilation is a problem in the summer, but it's solved with the fans in each room.

Wonderful Condo
Lovely condo in Juniper. Appliances are new and clean and the place is overall charming. Two smart TVs for your viewing pleasure. The location is off Eagle. There is a ski locker feet from the slopes, making everything easy. My only complaint is lousy water pressure. Hey, I get water conservation, and I am used to properties having restricted shower heads, but this was really too weak. Manageable nonetheless. Note: Juniper has multiple Tesla chargers. Very nice having that. Some people left there cars there for a couple of days though. Please ask the Juniper staff to put up signs to "Please move your vehicle after charge is complete." I would certainly stay here again.

Perfect Place for boarding
We’re a family of 4 with 2 teenage kids. We booked this place last minute. Celebrated our son’s birthday. We were looking for a condo near the lifts. This place is literally a 2 min walk to Eagle Lodge. We loved it! The condo itself was cozy. Lauren, the owner was super responsive and granted us an early check in at 2pm. Although we didn’t arrive until 7pm, that was a nice touch. Also gave us a late check out at 1pm. This gave us the morning to hit the slopes again the day of departure. We were also welcomed with a nice bottle of wine. The condo was stocked pretty well with extra towels and sheets. Pots and pans were new as well as the other kitchen utensils. Kids slept in the living room with a Queen size pull out bed. This is more comfortable than any other pull out beds we’ve experienced. We will definitely be back here again. Thank you, Lauren!

Slope side fun and convenience.
Condo was a perfect fit for family of three. Walk to Eagle lifts was a breeze. Still close to town for dinner and other activities. Property management team was quick to answer questions too!

Great location, shuttle and lift access close, underground parking what more could you ask for
The whole process was super easy to move check in. Underground parking was a huge plus, location had direct access to a lift and the around town and main lodge shuttle service. Property manager was easily available to communicate with and helpful. Property was super clean and felt like it was home. Would rent this location time and time again and have recommended it to friends and family and will try and rent this year and year over!

We would give it 5 stars except for the fact that there is smell that is offensive in the unit. It seems that someone has use cleaner to cover up pet smells. We tried opening the windows to air it out but it was still there when we closed the windows. Otherwise the unit has everything to make our stay enjoyable.

Clean and Close
We were thoroughly pleased with the accommodations and location of the Condo. There was plenty of cookware to make meals easily. The bed was comfortable, which is something a lot of rentals cut corners on. Having ski lockers downstairs and so close to the ski lifts made skiing even that much more enjoyable. The shuttle service was supper handy, we called and the driver and he was out front within 10 minutes .. We plan to return again .

The Best Condo and Owner
This is the best condo I have stayed at in mammoth. Lauren was so thoughtful to ensure we had everything we needed and even reached out the first morning to check in with us. She let us know ahead of time about changes in ski lift conditions, had small little touches in her condo like bubble bath, spa bathrobes, hot cocoa, etc. The bathroom was updated with marble and the kitchen had all new appliances. Lauren had all new pans, dishes and luxury vinyl flooring purchased from this decade unlike most rental properties. She even had real full size wine glasses (as a wine connoisseur I very much appreciate). The property is ten yards from the Eagle lift and a mile and a half or so from the Village and grocery stores. My only wish (and maybe she does) is that she had larger places to rent because I would only stay at her rentals for all our mammoth trips.
