Nice property with gated parking. The thing I felt uncomfortable with, was check in. There was no one there and i had to give out my visa number over a speaker and hope nobody else was listening.

Hi Robert, We had sent several messages to the phone provided as we tried to arrange payment & bond prior to the arrival time. We would have then been able to send you the late arrival instructions. We hope you enjoyed your weekend in Mackay.

Sah deutlich besser auf den Fotos aus. Leider bereits sehr abgewohnt. Möbel und Teppiche müssen dringend erneuert werden.

Comfort at a price - since we last stayed, they have implemented a car parking charge probably to pay for the cost of the new door locks that the receptionist took pains to tell us had been out in recently,
We were even told that although the tea and coffee were complimentary, we would t be able to get any more !
Should have been wonderful quality for that but only mediocre.
Good standard of cleanliness except for the rusty very very small pedal bins to service the room - they obviously only have us enough teabags so that we didn’t overflow the bins!!

Hello Anonymous, We advise guests of the upgrade to door locks & access panels as they are different from previous hardware. Additional amenities & services can be purchased from Reception during staffed hours. We are in progress of changing over the pedal bins to larger bins in the kitchens. Thank you for your patrionage.

Nikki was very generous sorting out possibilities for our stay for mums birthday . We were very comfortable on the higher floors in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Thank you - see you again.
