UCLA graduation stay
I had a wonderful experience at this property. The location is unbeatable. The hosts were magnificent and kind. A perfect stay- so nice and easy to fill the fridge and save eating out for just a few Special nights. Thank youvery much.

Cozy in Beverly Hills

Very pleasant place to stay
We were very happy with our stay. The neighborhood is beautiful, the apartment is clean, well laid out and allows privacy. Deborah does a very good job of managing the process and communicating, from start to finish. All in all, we are very pleased and would recommend this property to anyone with up to three people.

Great Stay!
Deborah’s guest house was very comfortable and quiet. Loved the peaceful Beverly Hills location. The interesting history of the property is very interesting.

Historic Beverly Hills house
I have had 8 wonderful days in a nice little studio in the best part of Beverly Hills. The pool is big enough to swim some lanes, which was a a great way to start my day. The Beverly Hills Hotel is nearby, with the Polo Lounge, for a great dinner. Thanks Deborah, and I would like to return some other time. Mads, Denmark

Move Out Stay
This was a lovely and convenient location to stay. Our daughter moved out of UCLA and this was a great home base to get organized before moving her to an apartment. Debbie was responsive and caring to any questions or concerns we had. Highly recommend this location.

Great location in the Flats of Beverly Hills
We had a delightful, relaxing stay in the studio. We walked through the beautiful residential neighborhood to great restaurants, a farmers market and upscale shopping. Our drive to see our family in Westwood was less than 10 minutes. We swam in the pool daily, and had breakfast at the table outside each morning. The host graciously lent us a beach umbrella and cooler for our beach outing, and she was responsive and friendly but not intrusive. All in all, it was a great place for us to stay in the days preceding our daughter’s wedding.

Spacious and comfortable
While it wasn’t a vacation stay, we did really appreciate the clean, cozy, and well equipped suite right in the middle of BH. It was a rare rainy week in LA but we were warm and dry and easily able to order meals and have a very relaxing time. I’m sure the yard and pool are lovely when the sun is shining!

Our first VRBO rental, and it was great!
In the real estate world, it’s all about location, location, location. The Flats was perfectly located for our trip to the Rose Bowl, visit with my family, Disneyland, and six wonderful days in California. Deb was the perfect hostess and made us feel most welcome. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the place was so much nicer than staying at a hotel. The next time we’re in the LA area, The Flats will be our first choice for lodging.

So Welcoming!
Deb & Dale were so welcoming and accommodating. Their studio is in the heart of the lovely Beverly Hills neighborhood within walking distance to Rodeo Drive and the fabulous Beverly Hills Hotel. . The studio is comfortable... the kitchen is well equipped with appliances ... the bathroom/dressing room had plenty of towels ,hangers and supplies.... on site washer/dryer very convenient. Overall our stay was 5 stars ! Thanks !

Perfect location! Clean, bright and oh so comfortable!!
We cannot say enough good things about Deborah and her lovely apartment. We actually were able to stay in the upstairs 1 bedroom apartment and it is PERFECT! I am a clean freak - and this apartment was very clean. It is also so comfortable. From the coach to the bed everything was not only comfortable, but i really enjoyed the sheets and the towels. The windows let in a lot of light and fresh air if you wish to open them. The location is in the most beautiful area of Beverly Hills where you walk the streets lined with gorgeous homes. Thank you Deborah we loved staying at your Rodeo Drive VRBO!

perfect!!
I rented the studio for a week with my daughter and son in law and it was perfect for our needs. I would not hesitate to rent again. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Location was very good! Near everything we wanted to visit. Deborah was very easy to get ahold of if we needed anything or had questions. Hope to rent again in future.

Hidden gem in The Flats
Highly recommended, 10 minutes to major business centers. Who wants a boring,high priced hole in the wall, when you can have clean, quiet, comfy Studio flat right off the pool, and a million miles a way from conventional. Whole Foods, Gelsons, and everyone else will deliver supper, or you can have them deliver your groceries and whip up whatever your heart desires in the convenient studio kitchen, complete with Microwave, frig, 4 burner stove, and oven, and the best breeze floating through the windows...the room is equipped with a/c but you will not need it in the wintertime.... Awesome set up....even better Hosts... I hope to return....

It was a fabulous stay ~ The perfect studio Location / Location / Location We spent 6 nights in this condo and could have easily planned to stay longer! The Perfect getaway in LA ~ The unit was very clean and nicely decorated, with everything we could have wished for. A beautiful stone patio & pool were outside the glass doors. We had the luxury of bringing our "wonderfully behaved dog" who enjoyed meeting Tookie & Jack the resident pups... Debbie could not have been a more gracious hostess we had the pleasure of meeting her the day of our arrival .. she was busy in her garden ~ "Thank you for the bag of coffee" ~ Debbie it was a nice surprise!!! Debbie & Dale you have a wonderful property We are so happy that found it on VRBO Looking forward to a return trip Thank you

Great studio apartment, incredibly convenient!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Debbie is a gracious host, love her dogs! The only items I would address are 1) a full-size coffee pot, and 2) a better shower head. The current shower head is a water-conservation style, and it doesn't give great coverage. Minor complaint, but other than that, we love this bargain on N Rodeo!

Wonderful Beverly Hills Stay
My daughter and I just returned from Beverly Hills where we stayed in this absolutely charming studio guest house. It was perfect for us--So much so that I will try to plan trips to Los Angeles around the availability of this studio. Every day, my daughter or I would comment on how comfy and cozy this getaway was. It has 2 very comfortable beds, a nice tv (which we didn't turn on so I don't know any more about), a kitchen and bath. Just perfect for our needs. We saw the owner a couple of times and she was so very nice. The location is perfect. A quick walk to the shops on Rodeo Drive and less than a block from the Beverly Hills Hotel, where we had breakfast one morning. I could not be more pleased with this Beverly Hills studio. I would recommend very highly. I hope to return soon!! Thank you!

You couldn't find nicer hosts and a more convenient or comfortable place to stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The space was clean, wide open, light, fully equipped, had wonderful linens and an extremely comfortable bed. The access to any LA location was unbeatable. The parking was convenient, the kitchen was lovely...we felt like we were private guest of the hosts...like we had been personally invited and yet, we felt like we had the place to ourselves. We would stay here again in a minute. In fact, we hope we get to come back again and again. We didn't want to go. It was truly lovely.

Property was great and private spacious and very clear.
Stayed with my mother in the downstairs unit very spacious for us both and the owner of the property greeted us as soon as we arrived and readily available if you needed to reach out - sleeps 3 queen and full bed 2 bedroom separated is upstairs also rentable all the things you need to cook and more. - in the heart of Beverly Hills and we would love to come back.

Delightful visit!
We recently spent five days at the studio on Rodeo Drive. It is a charming and simple space, with everything we needed. The neighborhood is lovely, we spent morning walks marveling at the beautiful homes. Some days we walked to the shops and restaurants on Rodeo, but it's also super quick to drive to UCLA on Wilshire or Sunset, and not far at all to the 405 and all that LA offers. Debbie and Dale are super friendly and fantastic hosts. The history of the property is fascinating. We definitely will be back!

Best address in LA! This amazing little gem suited my needs perfectly.
Centrally located, this guest house is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay. It's a 20 minute walk to all the excitement and luxury of Rodeo Drive boutiques and restaurants. The surrounding homes are stunning, making a typical morning walk EXTRAORDINARY. Debbie is a warm and accommodating hostess. Had I not been so busy, I would have loved to talk to her more in person. I will definitely be back, sooner rather than later.

Perfection in every way!
I can't say enough wonderful things about this property and the owners! Location is beautiful and fantastic for exploring on foot or by car. Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance plus the Beverly Hills Hotel is only a block away! The studio is extremely comfortable and has all amenities for a luxury stay. Great decor. Beautiful French doors out to the lovely backyard. It was hot while we were there so the use of the pool was a wonderful treat. The owners are utterly charming and always made sure that we had everything we needed. We live in LA and used this as a couples getaway for my husband and I. It felt like we were in another world! We will return again. We absolutely adore it!

Beautiful, historic home in Beverly Hills
My husband and I enjoyed a 5 day stay at this lovely property. This historic property in the middle of Beverly Hills was very special and the owner was very gracious. Grocery stores, wonderful restaurants, and shopping are all within walking distance. We enjoyed eating outdoors on the patio and swimming in the pool which is large enough for swimming laps. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We will defintely stay here again the next time we are in LA visiting our son.

What a sweet little guest house!

The Perfect Location for a trip to LA!
This Rodeo Drive studio is a clean, well kept, & pleasant carriage house that is privately located within the large corner lot of an historic Beverly Hills mansion. If you want to stay in Beverly Hills and not spend a fortune on a hotel room, this is your place! My daughter and I enjoyed a week here for her Spring Break...the studio was perfect for the two of us with a modernized kitchen, Big flat screen TV, a big closet, and updated bath. We enjoyed breakfast on the brick patio. The next time we visit, there will be room for my full family of four by using the larger 2nd floor space that is available too. There's ample off-street parking right next to the carriage house. The owners are very nice and made us feel very welcome (they will tell you all about the fascinating history of the house and let you know of the famous past & present neighbors). There is a gorgeous pool & sunning patio for full use by the guests. Famous Rodeo Drive shopping & Beverly Hills restaurants are within a few blocks to the south and the legendary Beverly Hills Hotel is a short walk directly north (be sure to enjoy some time at the Polo Lounge for lunch or dinner/drinks and request a patio table...no telling who you might see there). Rodeo Drive studio is a great central location for experiencing all that Hollywood/LA has to offer. We will definitely be back (soon we hope)!

Wonderful property!
We were in Beverly Hills for an entire week for medical appointments, and loved staying at this property. It will be our first choice if/when we come back. The property is user, clean, and comfortable, and the owner is delightful. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The price can't be beat!
