We did notify the owner of the building about the elevator because the elevator situation is out of our hands.We don't provide the following items hair dryer , tissues paper,paper towels or laundry detergent. Also it is not listed on our descriptions. We're sorry that the kitchen was not well equipped we will make sure that our kitchen supplies are up to our guest standards .

We reached out to you once we heard your concerns and asked a few times, if you needed anything else to make your stay more comfortable. We are more than happy to bring over any extras you need. You only stated about the cooking ware, which we brought right away, and since you never said specifically what you wanted when we asked, we generalized and gave you extras of whatever we feel you might have needed. If we would have known about the pillows we would have brought some over. We don't state we provide wash rags, unfortunately but we do have bath and hand towels. We also had the staff audit and take pictures of the kitchen ware you had, so we do know that it is stocked with a rice cooker, pots, pans, dishes, etc. If there was anything specific you needed, we are sorry if it was not provided to you. We aim for customer service and tried to communicate with you as best as we can and were responsive with the concerns you gave. Thank you.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback we appreciate it! Because it is a self check-in process we need an ID. It is a private property you are entering and for security reasons we need to know who is entering the property. We send you a message as soon as you book with us stating we need your ID and if we do not have it by the time we need to send your check in instructions (1 day prior to arrival) then we reach out to you as a reminder, we are sorry if that made you feel uncomfortable. We did not mean to make it seem like you were a bother, we respect all guests and are always happy to help! We provide 3 towels and 2 hand towels per restroom as standard. Also I am sorry if you wanted extra sheets we would have been happy to provide them for you, if requested. Kitchen linens we do not state we provide however we do provide all necessity kitchen wear (pots, pans, spatula, utensils, plates, cups, etc.) Parking is something we provide free of charge and yes they do state that it is compact, we apologize about that but are happy that you were at least able to have space! We wish we could have met your expectations as for customer service is something that we strive for and work very hard for. Thank you again for your statements, we will work on what we can to improve and hope to better accommodate you next time!

Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it. We would have been more than happy to fix any issues had they been brought to our attention at the time of your stay! We are sorry we weren't able to help make your stay more comfortable. We would have brought extra towels, a mattress pad cover for comfort, our handy man to fix any electrical/lamp issues in a matter of minutes. The AC will get damage if lower than 72 degrees unfortunately that's just how it operates, it gets too overworked and could potentially give no air at all. We apologize for any inconvenience and will work on these issues you stated. Thank you Courtney!
