Two days after making my reservation I received an email indicating different hours for the breakfast buffet than indicated on Expedia, housekeeping only upon request and other changes in services. It was an omen. When I checked in I was informed that there was a $10 parking fee per day, something I had never heard of and should have been made aware of. The morning, we went to check out we decided to go to the breakfast buffet. No signage or directions could be found. After 10 minutes we found it on the second-floor way in the back of the hotel again with no signage. However, the topping occurred when we were checking out. We had prepaid so the only charges were the parking fee and the cost of the buffet. We were told that they usually posted the buffet charges in the afternoon so the hotel would have to bill separately later, BUT there was the charge for the IN ROOM BOTTLED WATER. I told the person that the room had a couple of bottles of water in it but we had not used them. Also, as it was 7:30 AM, even if they had housekeeping, how would they have known if we had used the waters? I can only assume that they charge all of the guests for the water and only if there is a protest do they remove the charge. The appear to try to get every dime they can from their guests. I advise you not to stay at this hotel.
