Caro João, Muito obrigado pela sua avaliação, que lamentavelmente não corresponde de todo ao serviço que nos propomos aos nossos clientes. Pensamos que se deve ter equivocado no hotel, pois não temos qualquer móvel do IKEA... de qualquer forma registamos com agrado que sentiu que estava num hotel, apesar de estar num Bed & Breakfast. Em relação à Taxa Turística a mesma é sempre cobrada no Chek Out, pois em caso de no show, a mesma não é devida , logo nunca é cobrada nas reservas "non refundable". De qualquer forma, lamentamos que não tenhamos atingido o nível que esperava. Mas felizmente temos tido avaliações completamente distintas da sua e que nos fazem sentir que estamos a fazer um bom trabalho.
