Disappointed
The house was nice but the cleaning was not. There was no dining table as advertised - which was disappointing as we want to do a family meal. Also I would definitely not describe the kitchen as well stocked.

Nice area
The area that the house is in appears affluent and we felt safe to walk around there. The house itself is lovely and a great size for a family, however, we did encounter some cleanliness/maintenance issues.

Really great stay
Communication was great and check in was super easy and accessible. The house had really good facilities and it was in a very clean, quiet and friendly neighbourhood. I had my dog with me too and it was very dog friendly. My only comment would be the fence in the back of the garden was broken, so I had to keep my dog on a lead whenever she went out, because she could have gone through the fence and shrub area at the back of the house and then out on to the street begund it. The furniture was all very comfy and usable. Fit 5 people very well and was spacious. Thank you for having us! :)

Several things to address
Unfortunately during our stay we had to point a number of issues out to the property owner by email. They have sent the list of items to their cleaners/ maintenance person as there were several cracks and marks on walls/ ceilings that should have been looked at prior to guests staying and carpets were dirty in several places including the main bedroom. There is also a small hole in the bathroom window they are now having fixed and a window is being secured by shoe laces as there is no latch. It is unfortunate these items were not reported by the previous guest the week before we arrived as it may have given the owners time to address the issues prior to our stay.

The property was exactly as described
Very easy check in ,check out process & attentive communication via email throughout . Our dog enjoyed his stay too , particularly the secure garden & cool tiled floors on the hottest day of the year Would recommend .
