This is a two bedroom- both bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom has AC! Other one has a fan ( floor fan). Both bedrooms have king size bed! We stayed for a night! About a mile or so to the downtown! Overall nice for a family!

Clean.Easy check in. Longer walk to get to downtown area of Leavenworth. Nice to have fans but more extensive air conditioning would have been better as it was quite hot during our visit. Window a/c unit in one of upstairs bedrooms. One bathroom upstairs and one downstairs.

Warm!
The entrance code for the door was to be the last four digits of my phone number, but apparently they entered it incorrectly. I tried for half an hour sitting on the front stoop to reach the owner. Finally I called VRBO's customer service number. They were able to reach the owner and told them to send me a new code. Unfortunately, they sent it to my incorrect phone number, so another 15 minutes followed until Customer Service gave me an alternate number to reach out to the owner and get the code. 45 minutes in the heat. Then we get inside only to find that the air conditioning was only in one of the second floor bedrooms and did nothing to cool the downstairs and offered very little relief for the second bedroom upstairs. All in all, not a stellar experience.

Great Spot
Great Spot. I do recommend you bring or buy additional toilet paper and if you stay during summer only one bedroom has an air conditioner the other rooms have fans so be sure to open the house up at night to cool it down with the fans. This house is right next to the new adventure park and just far enough away from festivities to also enjoy some quiet time at the river. Great location, And the hosts are super great to communicate with!

Leavenworth stay
Location of the home is very convenient, about a mile from the city center. Two bedrooms upstairs have huge king size beds, however, one bedroom doesn’t have AC and it was very hot. Downstairs also has no AC and with 100•F, it’s unbearable. Carpets are extremely dirty and need to be replaced. Sheets for downstairs sofa had a bunch of little hairs on them. Kitchen is well stocked.

Would not recommend staying here
I had several issues with this stay. I’ve stayed at numerous VRBOs and their competitors so I’m not new to the typical check in process. The app did not have the info regarding the specific unit or the access code. The property manager was responsive and helped me us get into the property after messaging and then talking on the phone. The info was not on the app, but in an email that was unfortunately not easy to find. The “AC” for the property is a window unit in one of the bedrooms upstairs. I can’t imagine being here on a hot day in the summer. The dinning room table had crumbs and was definitely not clean. The email containing the info to access the hot tub was not correct. There was a hand written note with the correct information to access the hot tub. It would have been helpful to have the email updated with the correct information. Finally, when the futon was slid back to the wall after using it at night one of the legs bent backwards very easily. Very flimsy and broke with just gently sliding it back against the wall. Overall very disappointing stay at this VRBO in Leavenworth and would definitely not recommend

Took a five day vacation with my family in Leavenworth WA. Good location with a 5 min walk to the main stripe in town. Great price, easy check in.

Nice place to rest in a Bavarian Village!
This condo was super convenient for our stop in Leavenworth. The furniture was comfy, and the beds were great. You will appreciate the proximity of the condo to the cute village of Leavenworth, and the theater and other events that happen here.

Quiet with everything we needed
It had everything we needed, was well furnished and decorated, though some items were definitely well used. It does have cadet heaters with wall controls for each room. We went in the off season so it was quiet for us. There was some confusion with checking into the house and the code we needed but it was sorted out in five minutes over the phone. The bed we used was comfortable, though a bit creaky. I could actually hear it in the kitchen below when my husband rolled around in it.

Most of what we wanted
The listing didn’t highlight that the property was a condominium and that the Hot Tub was communal. The property and the experience was better than a hotel, but not as good as other properties for a similar price. Specifically, parking and non shared amenities.

Wonderful stay
My 3.5 year old and I stay here for one night. I was having trouble locating the correct unit and called the owner. He answered promptly and was wonderful with helping me get to the correct door and stayed on the phone until I was able to enter. Very clean and cozy property. The only thing that might not keep me coming back is the price of the place and with how uncomfortable the mattresses are. I go camping all the time and sleep on the ground a lot. Normally I wouldn’t complain but this was definitely a pricey one night stay.

Not what was expected
Air conditioner was only in one upstairs bedroom. Air conditioner trim was loose and rattled all night long. Was definitely not within walking distance to town. Hot tub is a communal one and when we wanted to use it, there was maintenance going on and they used that area to stage their tools. Would not be visiting this place again.

Perfect spot
This was a perfect unit and location for us. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed except mixing bowls! The one remote chair does not work and I did not get a reply back about it from the owners until after we left. We used the spa but there were so many bubbles in there it was almost like someone had poured a bottle of Mr. bubbles in it! We kept swishing the bubbles out but they never did go away. We still enjoyed it! We enjoyed our walk into town every day and hikes around the area. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this place to others.

Snow trip
We stayed in Leavenworth and hit stevens pass and went snowmobiling. Lodge was clean, warm with great kitchen and bathrooms. Definitely staying again

We had everything we needed here. Close to everything, town, groceries, gas. The hot tub is not private, it is shared but it is super close to the rental and it was very nice to soak our bones after playing in the snow.

Comfy well appointed condo
Roma‘s cottage is comfortable, well appointed, very conveniently located, and a great place to stay for both cross country and downhill skiing, with Stevens Pass only 40 minutes away. The owners were very responsive when we had a couple of requests. It’s wonderful to stay in a place that has really good kitchen pots that are in good shape and don’t stick. We definitely recommend staying at this condo.

My son and I stayed at Roma’s Cottage after he finished a 7 day backpack on the PCT. It felt like home. Comfortable. Well supplied. Large comfy beds. Will be back.

Relaxing stay
Every thing needed to cook, sleep and relax. Place was clean and tidy. A few notes: the living room rug is bent up at adjacent corners and is a tripping hazard. Rug needs to be replaced. Every night around 8 pm except for one night, a person in the unit opposite began swearing and screaming. It lasted for about 30 minutes each time. We believe a disabled person—not violent but struggling with something — was either living or staying there. It was frightening for 2 nights because we didn’t know where or why. We eventually felt pity and worry for the family. We mention in case someone else asks. We did not use the fans or air conditioning at night since we like it quiet but did use the fans in evening. Thank you for the getaway and for refunding the dog fee... dog was indeed happier and cooler at dog sitter’s!

Like Home
The property was very homey, and comfortable and inviting. It is a short walk to the main part of town. It was quiet and relaxing. I would highly recommend Roma's Cottage.

Comfy apartment in Leavenworth
We had a nice stay here. The place was very clean and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the vast selection of pillows. We all slept comfortably!
