Great house and neighborhood!
We all really enjoyed the house and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. It was a great place to come home to after working all day! Thank you and looking forward to possibly staying here again on our next trip!

Family Vegas Trip: Raiders v. Chiefs
We enjoyed our stay in Vegas at this property. It is really great for adult gatherings or multiple family members because all the rooms are separated in that gives privacy if you want to sleep late while others are gathering in the backyard, kitchen or game room. We were surprised the next morning after we arrived to see beautiful mountain views from the front yard. Great place, especially if you want a little distance from the strip. Enjoyed our stay and the host was great.

Wife turned 40 and Son turned 21
We really enjoyed the stay. The house was good and met most of our needs. Our only issue is that we had a larger group we intended on celebrating with. The listing showed it slept 11 or 12. But we learned right before our arrival that only 8 people could be at house at a time. This really made our plans a bit hard to accommodate everyone we invited. The cameras on all 4 corners of the home also felt a bit invasive. But the home was nice and we enjoyed our stay,

It was OK
The house had a few roaches that climbed in my food he called me twice in one day I just got there it wasn’t a very good experience for me for that property just waiting for my refund I’m gonna run another one this might but I don’t think it would be that one they need to exterminate thank you Alisha Compton

Stayed here with my employees during the CES show. I would stay here again. The pool and poker table provided some evening fun.

Great family stay
Very spacious home, pool table and card table, nice area, close groceries, etc. It was nice each room had a TV. Hot tub was also great. Be prepared: there are no toiletries or extra bedding. Good communication with the property owner who was prompt to resolve an issue with hearing the hot tub. Easy check in and check out.

Nice Home in residential neiborhood (but strict rules)
clean and well equiped with cooking pots and pans. Does not allow any food, even dry goods or condements of any type to be left over so need to buy salt and pepper, oil... No biggie. Close to Grocery store. Nice hot tub and pool. - But then alot of warnings: *No pool after 10PM, *no more than the registered # of guests can be in the home at any time... "unlawful... blah blah blah..." Kind of strange since not clearly mentioned beforehand. Management was helpful.

What a great place!
Our group had 4 couples and we had a wonderful time in this upscale Las Vegas home. Even though it was late April, the ladies all used the pool and the heated hot tub while the guys spent a lot of hours around the poker and pool tables. In short, the home is plenty big enough that no one felt cramped. All the appliances worked great and saved us plenty of money not having to eat at restaurants all week. It's about a 20 minute average drive to get to the strip - depending of course on when you go and what end of the strip you want to get to. Its also a very quiet neighborhood - I don't recall even hearing any of our neighbors speaking outside of the backyard. I'm sure we were the loudest people around the week we were there..... but no one complained! In short, we would have no hesitation at all going back or recommending this property.

Less than average.
The house was not horrible but had a lot if wear and tear for the price. The outside areas need some cleaning. Trash, cigarette butts, etc. need to be cleaned up. Too much clutter in the garage whuch had to be rearranged to accommodate vehicles. A jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom is only fun if it works. I will be looking for a different property to stay at when i come back in march.

Plenty of room for our group
House fit our needs. Bedrooms were spacious. Nice pool and common area. The kitchen could use a bit of inventory. The silverware was mismatched and incomplete service for eight. The only kitchen supplies were coffee filters and a cork screw. Not even salt and pepper. I wasn’t expecting a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, but i had to go out and buy a can opener. I read reviews of minimally stocked toilet paper and cleaners, so brought my own. Location was excellent, and it was so nice to walk into awesome a/c during the hot Vegas summer. This is definitely a full time rental home, and i was channeling my inner HGTV skills into how i would remodel.

Great property!
The house Made our family trip better. It was nice to have everyone under one roof and not spread out in a motel. Being able to do a “family” breakfast gave us many new memories. Only downside we had were a couple small inconvenience like there was no can opener, only small skillets and the ac seemed to be on a timer we had to adjust frequently to stay cool. Would recommend this house

Great place. Has it all.
We had such a good experience last year that we chose this home again. The place has it all and had plenty to keep us entertained. My only nit-pick criticism is the living room audio. The sound from the TV echos throughout the house and is difficult to understand sometimes. Adding any sort of home audio equipment would quickly solve this problem. Otherwise the home was clean and the property managers were very helpful. We will be looking to stay here again.

Majestic
Our stay at this property was wonderful. We needed to find a place close to the Softball Complex that we were going to be spending most of our time at. This property was only 4 minutes from the softball fields, and it provided everything that we needed for our stay. Rooms were comfy and large enough for each family that stayed. Great home. We absolutely loved it and will be coming back next year for our next tournament. wasn't too far from the strip...The house was beautifuly decorated with each room a different city. only downfall was the dish soap... lol funny thing to be disappointed with... but the soap you had was horrible... had to go out and buy something that really cleaned the dishes. :) Overall great place to stay! Great area!!!

Great size home for a large group.
The home was very good size for our large group, we were there for our daughters wedding. The location was great it was close to the venue and far enough away from the vegas hussle and bustle. The home is in need of a little TLC, the carpets were stained and very dirty, there was a hole in the wall of one of the bedrooms, and a leg of a bed was on a rock for support since it was broken. The backyard had trash in it and pool dirty, I know there was a wind storm a few nights before we checked in. I think they probably could of cleaned before we arrived. I think it needs some painting and better cleaning . But we were not at the house that much. I like the layout of the house it is perfect for large group and entertaining.

Exactly what we were looking for
I was looking for an alternative to hotel rooms for a larger group. This home fit the bill. It had everything. Even a closet full of exra towels and bedding to last us our whole stay. Will be renting again next time we are in Vegas.

Good, but some lacking amenities
Very clean and big enough for our party, but did we really have to buy dish soap and paper towels? Not to mention the pots and pans were worse than what I could get at a thrift store. I understand the TP situation, and we bought extra, but we paid a lot of money to stay here. We were promised a blow up mattress, which was provided, but it was missing the screw cap to keep the air in, so one guy had to sleep on the couch, not cool. Also the propane grill did not work, which was disappointing. Lastly, to have to pay an extra $100 just to warm the spa seemed a bit excessive, not to mention the pool was quite dirty (the walls need to be cleaned and it was slightly green). The house was spotless, The beds were comfortable, the linens were clean, and there were plenty of towels.

Great house to stay for a weekend, holiday or vacation.
This house is very nice. Everything is as it looks from the website and pictures. The location is very nice and a bit scenic. Its approximately a 20 minutes drive from the strip. It fits up to 14 people. There are 7 beds total. The master bedroom is everything. The only downside is that the water can get a bit cold if most you get in the showers at the same time. We went here to have fun and celebrate my birthday. There were only 8 of us girls and we had a blast. Grilled some meat and swam in the pool all weekend.

My overall experience on this property was amazing. I am so particular about where I lay my head and I can not say one thing bad about this home. It was clean, spacious, the beds were comfy, and everything is up to date. I wanted to take it home with me if that were even possible. I felt the only problem was the distance to the strip...it cost me approximately $45 every time I took a UBER to the strip, it's about 20 minutes away. But I wasn't the to only hit the strip so it worked out well for me. Great price for a beautiful home!!!

Great Stay!!!!
We had a wonderful time in this home. It was used for a wedding stay while we were there. The Jacuzzi was really nice but did not work anymore after the 1st day. We noticed it began to turn green the second day which was sad we stayed a week. Overall very spacious, nice, and would definitely stay again!!!!

Thank you for the review we are so glad you had a good stay. Please make sure when you have problems like spas turning green you notify the office and we can send someone out to address the issue and make your stay more comfortable.

Amazing, Spacious,
This was my 2nd time staying in this home! It is very spacious, clean, and beautiful. It's not far from the strip or the Airport. pool and hot tub is amazing. it was a group of 12 with me and perfect to celebrate my birthday!

Great Vegas Birthday!
Stayed at this residence last week in January to celebrate my birthday. There were five of us that stayed and an additional 5-7 who stopped by at various times, and there was plenty of space for all! The pictures were very accurate and the beds for very comfortable. The one miss was that the shower water was not hot (luke warm at best), in any of the bathrooms during the length of the stay. Please note, it is a good 40 minute drive to the strip/airport area. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend this particular property.

It's nice enough
It was very clean. So that is nice to come to. If you are taller people like we are, the beds don't have box springs so it feels very awkward to get in and out of the beds. One pillow per person (two per bed) I know some people like to sleep with two pillows like myself. We turned heat on but didn't seem to keep the house very warm. It was freezing. We made it through. Pool table is hilarious. There isn't one thing that is level on it. It's truly the worst table I've ever played on. We aren't awesome so it didn't bother us. If you are a good pool player, then you would be upset I suppose. The water heater is in need of replacement so once you get somebody in the shower for the first 5 minutes...they get the hot water. The rest of the time everyone else gets luke warm water and bursts of hot water here and there. It is the original unit. It's 20 years old, when they are meant to last 7-10 years. I wouldn't buy anything for the grill until you know it works. We waited till the last day to grill and we were in kind of a hurry to get to a show. The grill didn't work. I got it up to about 110 degrees after 30 minutes of trying. It ruined about $80 worth of food. This one thing ticked me off more than any of the other things on the house. It sucks to be wasteful for one, but we didn't get to eat till 9 cause it put us so far behind schedule. I would rate it higher but the cold water and the grill were what brought it down for me. Overall the house is nice. It's about 30-40 minutes from the strip as well. For some reason I thought it was closer but that actually didn't bother me too much.
