Great location, great amenities, great hosts
House is in a convenient location and nice neighborhood, easy to get to as well, and close to almost anything you'd need. House is well taken care of and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Nice pool and spa, games in the finished garage, and spacious rooms. Hosts were super responsive and both the check in and check out process were great. More property owners could take notes. :) We'll be back!

Very nice!
The house was exactly as described and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans, utensils, and silverware and had a generous supply of pantry staples.

Frye vacation
Overall the house was fine. We dealt with a bit of an ant problem that I understand can happen. Had a bit of a problem with the hot tub but it was corrected quickly. Would recommend the house.

75th Birthday
We came to Vegas for my fathers 75th birthday. The accommodations were perfect!! Close enough to be in the action in 10 mins, but far enough away to be able to enjoy quite evenings in the pool/ hot tub. It was perfect for our family, 6 adults in all with plenty of room for all! I Really couldn’t recommend this place more.

Property worked well for large family stay
We enjoyed the stay, and using the pool and hot tub. For my large extended family the 4 bedrooms and decent amount of space worked well. Only a couple little things, like there was zero ice in the freezer or trays to make ice. Had to go to the store to get ice. The other was a lack of reasonable response from the property management on several occasions. On the day of arrival, we had no instructions for the group on how to enter the property. After 2 phone calls and voice messages left over a 4 hour period, as well as text messages with zero response, after we landed in Las Vegas they finally answered the phone about 90 minutes before we were going to check into the house. He said they were supposed to automatically send the instructions earlier in the day, but that never happened. Was nervous we weren't going to be able to get into the house! Finally after that call he emailed and texted instructions. Not sure why none of the other messages were answered? Also there were no instruction binders at the house. We had no information on what if anything needed to be done when we left? I also left a VM about that that and again had no response. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, but of all the rentals I have stayed at in the past this was the biggest lack of communication we have had. That would be my only reservation about staying here again.

I enjoyed my stay at this property. My only recommendation would be to add tvs to bedrooms. Only 1 out of 4 bedrooms had a tv.

Good experience
House was perfect for our Vegas get-together. Clean and owner was responsive when we asked for extra sheets, sending them right over. Good overall experience. We didn't use the outside because the heat was too much so can't comment on the pool / jacuzzi but they looked clean and nice as well. Only thing is, as others have mentioned, watch the step at the living room / base of stairs. Easy to trip.

Overall great place
Inside was clean and well stocked with towels. Pool was fantastic! Could not get the hot tub to work though. All in all, my family and I would stay here again.

Private Retreat from busy Las Vegas
Nice home quiet neighborhood with pool. Older travelers should know however, that master bedroom is up stairs and the enter level has a step down into the den (living area) and a step up into dining area and the step into and out of stair area caught us all off guard. Travelers 74, 44 and 43.

Great stay!
Loved the hot tub. Very pleasant to sit out on the back patio. Quiet neighborhood. Host was great, very responsive to an inquiry I had. Overall a nice relaxing getaway for my wife and me.

This place is amazing.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and were so pleased with the communication that we had with the owners. Everything was very nice and clean and very well furnished. I’ve been to other places that didn’t have some of the essentials, but this place was not that way. They had everything there that we could possibly need. I highly recommend staying here. We enjoyed the family gathering rooms, the bedrooms were very nice and of course we loved the pool and spa.

Family getaway
We needed to get out of the snow and this was the perfect place. Close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. We had a little issue with the pool heater when we arrived, but the owner was over fast and fixed it. The kids loved the pool and even though it was cooler outside (55 degrees) the pool was the perfect temperature for hours of swimming. It was well worth a little extra to heat the pool. We will book this house every time we come to Vegas.

Family Reunion
My family of 7 stayed here. Good location. House was super clean. One thing I will mention. There is a sunken living room right off the entryway which proved to be an accident waiting to happen. My sister in law feel and broke her arm. And we just kept my 92 year old dad away from it Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Just what we needed
Came in for a conference with two employees. House was great. There was a minor problem and the host solved it that day. We didn’t try the pool or hot tub, basically only slept there.

Great home for family and friends
Smooth 2-family vacation! Zero issues with check in and check out. The home was very clean and stocked with essential items. The kiddos loved the pool and ping pong table. Lots of space for everyone to find quite time and multiple places to sit, eat, play games or just chill. The home was comfortable and the area felt family friendly.

Incredible home

Great place not to far from downtown and the strip!!!

Family vacation

Perfect Getaway House!!
The property was exactly as listed. VERY clean. Owner was quick to respond on any inquiries and even made a trip out when we needed directions on the pool pump. Family friendly house that we will absolutely look to use if we are in the area again! The ping pong table and useable garage space were a huge hit. Nightly ping pong games! Highly recommend.

Fabulous stay with the family
This house and location was great! It had more than we knew we needed but it was so appreciated to have it when the kids asked ‘what’s next?’ The whole family enjoyed the pool, hot tub, ping pong table and pool table. The house was easy to get to/from the strip and downtown and I always appreciate it when homes have plenty of blankets and towels. The kitchen was stocked with what I’d consider luxuries….pressure cooker, air fryer, etc. Owner was easily accessible and I could not have asked for anything more. I wIsh we would have been able to stay longer but will definitely be back……and pick this house again if available.

Great Family Spot!
Very impressed with everything for this property, owner was very responsive, we had everything we needed there to use, to prepare food, extra towels, extra beds, it worked out great! Thanksgiving visit

Loved our stay!
The home is exactly as pictured. We really enjoyed our stay. The home was huge, very clean, and the amenities available were like being at home. They had everything anyone would need and more on vacation. The home is located in a really nice quiet neighborhood near a community park. The pool and hot tub were nice and cleanand the hot tub heats really quickly. We'd definitely love to come back and stay again. We would also recommend it to anyone with kids that like to swim and want some extra space.

Great stay

Great place
Excellent location; close to the expressway, close to golf courses, walking distance to several great kids’ parks and a municipal pool, and not too far from the strip. A great place for a large family or several smaller families. Property manager was excellent; timely, helpful and knowledgeable.

Awesome House
Very big, spacious, and cozy home. My kids loved it, including my autistic child. They enjoyed hanging around the big pool, and big backyard. Sadly the trampoline was not there. Its about 15 min to the strip. Came across a couple things but Omar was quick to respond and made it right. We will definitely come back!!!
