Floor to ceiling windows in the great room and lofty beamed ceilings provide plenty of natural light and doors from the living and dining area which open out on to an expansive deck provide the perfect balance of indoor/outdoor living. Everything in the home is updated and of the finest quality including the pillows, blankets, linens and down alternative comforters. 4 cozy bedrooms are downstairs; 2 master bedrooms with queen beds each have a Jack & Jill bathroom which is shared by the guest rooms. The floor plan is ideal for families traveling together. The kitchen is superb with top of the line appliances, oversized kitchen island, gas cook top, microwave, range, Keurig and drip coffee makers. The deck offers two grills; gas & charcoal.
Our neighborhood "Lower Tyrolia" is reminiscent of a Bavarian village. All chalets and homes are surrounded by wildlife and Sierra pines, the neighborhood is peaceful and lovely and just minutes from all there is to see and do in North Lake Tahoe! This is one of Incline's most lovely neighborhoods which has 2 private tennis courts, hot tub and heated pool (these amenities are summer only) within walking distance of the house. This is not a party house, it is located in a quiet neighborhood. Our local Airbnb Superhost lives is available throughout your stay if you need any information about the area or assistance with your accommodations.
Our home is your home while you are with us. This is our second home as well so the only thing we ask is that you please treat the home as if it were your own. Everything is there for your enjoyment!
Summertime amenity access (pool, hot tub, and tennis courts) is subject to change due to external factors such as fire danger or other health and safety reasons like COVID-19. Please note there is no air-conditioning in this unit, although there are ceiling fans in the master bedrooms and portable fans in the home.
Incline's private beaches are open to the general public for the late fall/winter months. In late spring/summer, due to COVID, only local residents with picture passes are allowed to enter. If/when this restriction is lifted, beach access passes will be provided to our guests. Your host will be upfront about summer beach access possibilities upon your inquiry.
Given the uncertainties related to the pandemic and weather events, travel insurance can be a way to cover any disruptions to your trip.
The house can accommodate 9 guests total, including infants, per Washoe County's short-term rental permit. The Fire and Building life-safety codes do not allow distinction on age, or when occupancy occurs (daytime or night-time). All persons are counted towards occupancy.
