Perfect Adirondack lodge escape

Amazing luxury property
I am absolutely in love with Whiteface Lodge. The lodge was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff was helpful and the food at the restaurant was amazing. There were lots of family friendly activities from ice skating to gingerbread house decorating. Just phenomenal. Will be back!

Love Whiteface
Had a great stay at Whiteface. Loved this unit…plenty of space for 6 adults. The property is beautiful with lots of amenities. Close to town and Olympic attractions. Would definitely rent this unit again! Booking process and check in seamless.

Brings family together!!
This resort is fabulous and close to everything! The kids loved the games, playing tennis and going to the pool! We went into town everyday, my husband and I walked to town most days. Olympic attractions are also close. We went in the summer and the teenagers loved the mountain coaster. Resort rooms are spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay!!! Perfect family getaway
Great stay over July 4th weekend! Will definitely visit again. Unit was wonderful and amenities were great for our party of 7. Plenty of everyone to do between the pool, hot tubs, game room and theater. The short ride to lake was also so relaxing. Highly recommend! Tim DiLeo at Last Hoorah whom we booked with was very helpful and responsive!

Beautiful lodge and accommodations
Our family of six really enjoyed the lodge, accommodations and the town of Lake Placid. The rooms and living area were spacious and very nice. The lodge offered a lovely pool, hot tubs, s’mores and included a great breakfast. Only issue was my daughter fell ill from what we believe was the salmon at the more casual restaurant on premise. We shared with the front desk and the hotel comp’d the meal. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Amenities and Scenery in family friendly resort
The 3 bedroom unit was spacious, well appointed, and beautiful. The Jacuzzi tub in the master suite and heated floors in each bathroom were a luxurious touch. We comfortably fit 8 people by using the queen size pull out couch. Even with covid-related staffing shortages impacting both the lodge and town of lake placid, everyone was kind and responsive. We had great meals, loved the swimming pool and hot tubs, enjoyed s'mores before bed every night, and had fun sightseeing. We would absolutely come back. Thanks Tim for an incredible family vacation!

Great trip to Lake Placid
My wife and I with our college freshman and high school junior really enjoyed our week at the Lodge. Outdoor hot tubs, skating, and s'mores added to the fun -- complimentary valet parking (cars are kept in heated garage) was an expected delight! The condo had charming log cabin feel with tons of space for the four of us. We've done several trips to Lake Placid (Summer & Winter) and would highly recommend this property.

Great Winter Activities for Young Kids
So many fun winter activities for young kids and adults between the pools, ice skating, smores, ice cream bar, live music at the restaurant. We had a great time.

Winter wonderland! The overall property and amenities, despite Covid restrictions, Were amazing. Tim was exceptional with communications during booking and prior to arrival.

The host provided clear and concise details about the property and check in process. He provided very prompt responses to all of our inquiries. The property itself is beautiful and the 3-br suite we stayed in was very spacious and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great family vacation property
We had a wonderful time at the Whiteface Lodge! High-end, yet cozy, and so many things to do for adults and kids. We went for a ski weekend, and when the weather forced us to cancel our ski plans, we were so thankful we were staying at the Lodge. The indoor/outdoor heated pools and hot tubs were clean and inviting; the restaurants were great; there was ping pong, pool, bowling, and a movie theater all on property. And simply staying in the huge suite watching movies with the fire going, was plenty relaxing. We'll definitely return the next time we're in the area!

Our stay was fantastic. We have been to the Whiteface Lodge numerous times and absolutely LOVE IT!!
Our 3 bedroom suite was amazing.....clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. My family and I will definitely be back. It was a great way to get us all into the Christmas spirit.

Great Family Getaway
This was a great getaway for our family of 5. We were very comfortable in this large suite. The amenities of Whiteface Lodge are excellent, even now, with COVID restrictions. We would return again for sure!

We stay at the lodge often. Each trio better than the last. A terrific family escape! Everyone at the lodge is friendly and kind. Tim diLeo was also excellent to work with.

Away vacation post-COVID surge
Many activities are still closed but the pool is open, tennis and best of all the canoe club is a fantastic day long activity. Line up early (930am) to catch the shuttle (starts at 10). Pack a picnic or order some fare from the shack there.

AMAZING!
We had the best stay at Whiteface Lodge! The suite had everything we needed to stay comfortably with a 4 year old and a 6 month old. The views were awesome from our suite, especially given the time of year! Somehow we lucked out to be there close to or at peak for fall foliage. Tim was SO easy and nice to work with. He provided such thorough instructions that there were no questions about what to do upon arrival, during our stay, etc. We will absolutely stay at this property again and will also see what other fun places Tim has available!

Kanu their restaurant
While the Whiteface lodge is wonderful do not eat at their main restaurant Kanu. The food and service is terrible, from menu choice to very slow waitstaff. There was no excuse for the slowness as the restaurant was empty.

Great resort with friendly staff!!
The property is to notch. You definitely get what you pay for and there is tons to do. Pool, tennis, basketball, bocce, movie theater, fitness center, etc on premises. Take a short shuttle ride to the private beach and paddle board, peddle boat, kayak, play volleyball, horseshoes etc. The lake is pristine. Great place to bring your kids too!!

Gorgeous! Perfect spot for families.
We enjoyed both the suite and the resort. Our kids had the pleasure of attending camp Kanu while we hiked. We will most definitely return.
