This top 4th floor unit is in the desired oceanfront L building, This private three bedroom and three bathroom prime top forth floor location is Direct Oceanfront with private lanai facing due west with fabulous sunsets and views of the islands of Molokai and Lanai. The ocean is a lawn away with our fully extended sliding glass doors opening to the ocean.

Walk on the beach or the boardwalk to Black Rock and enjoy the tranquility on this beautiful island called Maui. Groceries at Times Market & shops and restaurants & THE ABC Store are all in walking distance. Urgent care is also across the street. The great ABC store is just on the back side of Papakea's front office. A must...

Relax with stunning ocean views of sea turtles, spinner dolphins, whales breaching (in season), kite surfers right out front frolicking in the ocean.
The expansive lawn at the oceans edge has lounge chairs, there is no sandy beach in front of our units. Just walk South.
The resort is protected by a seawall due to erosion. Many beaches in walking distance and boardwalk just south of us with a little meandering all the way to Kaanapali Beach.
Check out Airport Beach ⛱, a state park is nearby to the south boardwalk. Near Westin Villas.
Don't miss Napili Beach & Kapalua Beach.
Fleming Beach has really great waves or watch the surfers north at Kapalua Point.
There are many beaches just south of us at the Kaanapali Beach Resort, large hotels, high-rise condos & The Whalers Village for shopping & restaurants.
The other famous beaches, Kapalua & Napili, are north of us. There is shopping, groceries, and restaurants across the street from our resort. ABC store nearby.
Maui is great for "the kids" to explore the island and find that special beach too! The concierge at our main office is very helpful & will help you adventures and restaurant reservations. Papakea is a peaceful Hawaiian Style low-rise resort situated on 13 acres right on the ocean just a short walk distance to three mile long N. Kaanapali Beach. The lushly landscaped grounds are immaculately maintained and adorned with red ginger and red palms. At dusk every evening, enjoy the magical twinkling tiki lights lit and reflections on the Koi ponds throughout the property.
IMPORTANT: Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

The kitchen was completely re-modeled by top-of-the-line Maui contractor Bob Marshall. There is designer tile, granite counter-tops throughout, custom cabinetry, under counter lighting, and designer fixtures. The beds are super comfortable. location of this unit is very private yet within steps to the ocean, pool, jacuzzi, and pool cabana. The amenities include two ocean side swimming pools, two tennis & Pickleball courts, putting greens, poolside barbecues, two hot tubs, & shuffle board court. snorkeling and surfing just in front
