Stay was wonderful place was very, very clean and super cute. The only negative would be the sprinkler system on a little early as we got sprayed most nights lol at 7:30 sitting outside.

Hands Down the Best !!!
If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The home is beautiful inside and out. It’s super spacious with enough bathrooms for everyone.We are a family of 8 and it was more than enough space. It has everything in it for you to feel at home. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Overall hands down the best experience we’ve had.

Great Place to Stay for Zion Trip
Our family enjoyed staying at the house for our Zion trip. It had all the furnishings and amenities we needed. The Ross house is very spacious, nicely remodeled and can easily fit large groups. The house also has a nice yard and patio for warmer days. It's situated a few blocks off the main road and there are several markets, restaurants and cafes within short driving distance. Jeremy was very responsive and had helpful tips about cafes, restaurants and activities.

Beautiful property
My family and I went to Zion for Spring break with the kids. The house is spacious and looks exactly like the pictures. Appreciated the instructions beforehand and the binder provided at the house. We loved all the details in the house. There’s a great room for kids to stay. It’s also conveniently located to go restaurants and a grocery store. Didn’t take long to get to Zion and would definitely go back again.

Comfortable, Spacious, and Clean House!
Overall had a wonderful experience staying here. Jeremy was always super responsive and stayed in regular communication. The house was extremely clean and well equipped for a large group / family to stay in, particularly for day trips to Zion. It is very well located with shops and restaurants fairly accessible. We definitely also appreciated the stock of board games and basic food supplies (coffee, tea, etc). Overall highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to stay close to Zion.

Paradise in Southern Utah
This property was perfect for our family group of hikers. A wonderful location to access Zion. Kolob Canyons & Snow Canyon. The house was welcoming, comfortable, spotlessly clean and has a beautiful outdoor space. Jeremy was very responsive and helpful—we hope to return!!

Great stay! Close to nature trails and places to play and explore
Great place - spacious, clean, everything in working order and nice. Close to Confluence Park (look it up - pretty cool place, with a river, old buildings, rocks, etc.) I'd stay there again!

Perfect Place For The Park
The Ross is a beautiful and visually appealing place to stay loaded with all the extras. There is an outside “chill” place right outside the open plan living area that contains fun hanging bench swings and it is lit at nite with string bistro style lights. We only used 3 bedrooms but there is a 4th oversized bedroom with a big screen TV, a giant bean bag and games. Perfect for kids! Very modern style with so many up to date touches. A perfect place to stay if you’re going to Zion National Park.

Great Home in a Great Location
Our family of 8 stayed here over Christmas. The house is perfect for a large family, which is hard to find- especially when it’s not outrageously priced! The price point here is reasonable and it has everything you could hope for. Plenty of beds, baths, space, towels, toiletries, kitchen goods. The only thing I’d recommend would be more pots/pans as cooking for a large group can require more than the average needs, but we were able to make do just fine. We did leave some new games and toys behind for the next family to enjoy as there wasn’t much for the littles do but watch tv. The location is great for folks wanting to explore southern Utah and all its beauty. The neighborhood is very quiet with very little traffic. Views are wonderful. There’s even a hike down to the river behind the town that’s just wonderful. The owner leaves lots of helpful tips and recommendations for places. We would 100% stay here again. Will recommend to friends who plan to visit the area!

Awesome time in "The Ross"
We enjoyed our time staying here while exploring Zion so much... No complaints at all. The house was spotless and we had everything we needed to cook and be comfortable. Jeremy was a great communicator and very helpful. Highly recommend!!

Comfy and well equipped
We stayed here so we could visit Zion National Park, which is an easy 30-minute drive from the house. The house has everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving meal and to house our entire family. We were quite comfortable in the plush beds with adequate pillows and blankets. We enjoyed the beautiful and private back yard. This is a great house for a family to stay together and visit a beautiful national park.

Our first zion visit
We thoughly enjoyed our short zion canyon trip. The Ross is a beautiful house, well stocked with necessities and wonderfully decorated. The wifi worked flawlessly. The house has two large screen TVs. We used the one in the living room one of the nights to fire YouTube and sang along some songs. The beds and bath were all comfortable and sufficient for the six of us. The house has a wonderful patio, but we didn't get around to using it. The location was quiet and accessible. In summary, this is a very enjoyable house. I highly recommend to all

National park weekend
My husband/son's and girlfriends had a fantastic weekend enjoying both Bryce/Zion's national park. The home was perfect for everyone. Bedroom/bathrooms for each couple. Great living/kitchen area with all kitchen needs met. Outside patio was a plus for card games/great conversation. Good location for Zions/St. George for dinner. Longer commute for Bryce. You will NOT be disappointed with the design/cleanliness and host of this wonderful home.

Great Stay, Close to Zion
Me and 2 friends stayed here for a week. Great stay. Super close to Zion, approximately 20-25min drive every morning to the main park entrance. Lots of great restaurants in Hurricane and St George which are easily accessible, plus the local coffee shop is awesome and has a great view. Walmart within 10 mins. Costco in St. George. Two nearby lakes with boat rentals, jet ski rentals, etc. The place was as pictured. Had everything we needed, including a cooler and hiking poles to use in the park. Very clean and spacious. Bathrooms were great. Overall would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again when returning.

Decent place to stay, close to the parks.
The house layout was open and spacious. Plenty of bathrooms for our famimy of seven. The beds were firm and comfortable. Laundry machines had ample capacity. Great proximity to Zion and the supermarket. Property on the side of the house where the trash receptacles were was less than desirable. There were no visible smoke detectors? Additional window coverings on sliding doors in the living room, dining room and front door would be desirable. Property owner was quick to respond when there was a area power failure.

Great Place in quiet neighborhood - loved the backyard
I think our favorite part about this house is the backyard hangout. PLENTY of space to hang out in the evening & play cornhole after a long day of hiking in Zion. Close enought to Zion park, yet far enough away to avoid the bigger crowds. We arrived to the park at 7:00 am each day, did our thing & then were home by 2:00 to relax & nap & enjoy the air conditioned house. The in town grocery store was bigger than I expected & had everything we needed. We ate at River Rock Roasting Company for dinner - good food & we loved the patio seating with a great view. Kitchen had ample supplies for cooking. And our teen/adult kids were really spoiled 2 additional bathrooms away from our master bath. Great place!

Refreshment
This property exceeded our expectations. The home is spacious and well appointed. The backyard offered additional refreshment from the rocking benches, individual swings, chairs under the vines or all of us at the outdoor table under the soft glow of lights and stars. Jeremy directed us to many places we would have otherwise missed- Confluence Point two blocks away; River Rock Coffee and Cafe for a drink at sunset overlooking the canyon; a state park 20 min down the road that offered a slot canyon and waterfall minus the Zion crowd; Mexican food that did NOT disappoint and Quail Creek to paddle board with the kids- that not only added to our trip, they made it! If you’re looking for a spacious, well appointed, inviting home for you and your guests, don’t miss this offering. *Pro tip- if you’re looking for things to do in or around Zion, ask Jeremy. One of our days there he curated an itinerary for us that we would have never known to do.

Perfect for big families
This Zion home was perfect for our extended family trip. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for giving the adults privacy while the kids (cousins) enjoyed the 4th bedroom. Each family had their own bathroom and so we could all get ready at the same time. The fenced, private backyard is the perfect place to relax with the kids. This was a great place to stay near Zion NP! We enjoyed the walk near the river one evening too. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great cozy stay close to Zion!
Comfy, inviting rental that's not far away from Zion and other major outdoor locations in the area. The open floor plan is especially nice for traveling with a group of friends or family. Will definitely look into staying here again in the future if my friends and I are ever back in the area!

Great Place
This is a terrific property perfectly placed between Zion National Park (tremendous hiking) and St. George (we went on a Hot Air Balloon ride there). Wonderful bedrooms, kitchen, family room, etc. It was perfect for us.
