We did not get our access code until 45 minutes after check in time & I had to request it twice. The safe was broken & never repaired when we asked them to. Otherwise a very nice property, in great shape.

La Quinta Spa Condo
The location based on town is great. Unfortunately, the location within the resort is not great. The condo is located next to the event space. The resort had a huge party with a DJ that sounded like he was in our room. The party didn't end till midnight and then all the guests hang around outside till like 2am partying. We even had one guest try and get into our room claiming he was house keeping. We were up all night listening to people screaming and yelling. The condo itself is dated. The carpet is old, the faucets on both sinks leak and the shower head was so clogged that barely any water came out. Super bummed overall.

Needs to be maintained and cleaned better
The place was not very clean Dirty walls and doors - needs to be painted on the inside. Really needs to be maintained better. Otherwise we had a great time

Spa Villa Comfort
Our annual visit to the LaQuinta property did not disappoint. This unit is convenient to parking and very affordable compared to the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the building was quiet. The shower needs some work and has a grimy floor. I cannot believe someone put caulking on the grout for the vintage tile! I hope it isn’t ruined. Other spa villas offered on VRBO have more authentic and interesting decor, but overall, this was a good rental.

Wonderful location in LaQuinta.
Loved our stay here at LaQuinta resort and club. We had wonderful views and the studio was very comfortable. Also having two balconies and easy access to the pool was a big plus. Management was also very attentive. Would highly recommend!

UPSTAIRS
Beautiful view from the small balcony, wish we could fit 2 chairs. The couch could be used as a bed but as a couch it was marginal. I would have liked a desk or a table with 2 chairs. I had to set up my computer desk on the make up counter in the bathroom. Great to have the coffee maker with a supply of coffee, microwave ,fridge it would look better if there was a counter top for them to be on. Overall very comfortable and we had a very nice relaxing vacation for the weekend. Wish there weren't so many extra charges for the 2 nights.

Parents Getaway
We love the resort! Our room had a funny smell on entering and the carpet did not look vacuumed. The shower did not look that clean either. The location is nice, but not as close as we would have liked to the lobby and restaurants in the resort. Our room was connected to another and our neighbors we pretty pound. We would consider getting both units so our tonnage kids can stay in one of them. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location on property at the Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort. Enjoyed access to Resort dining and services. Great area to walk and very dog friendly. 2nd floor suite overlooking the pool and mountains was excellent. Only disappointing thing is the carpet especially the stairway carpet needs cleaning. Not the best thing to see when you open the door. Would stay there again if the carpet is cleaned.

Excellent stay in spacious unit
We were impressed with how large the unit was considering it's a studio. The unit is divided into two areas - a bedroom and a living room - and it was a great environment to get work done and then enjoy the resort. We kept extending our stay because it was so hard to leave. Great experience. Also the unit is well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, sanitizing wipes, and there's a mini fridge. We were very happy.

Beautiful location and area. Had a little trouble at check in because the locks were not updated from the time change. So, it took an additional hour to gain access to the property. Overall a nice stay.

Dreamy weekend stay in historic La Quinta Resort
Our three days in the exquisite upstairs studio were our start to a 10-day loop from/to LA. The small kitchenette area was nicely equipped with Keurig, fridge, toaster and supplies to make for a wonderful in-studio breakfast/lunch experience. Walks around the resort let us take in the history (original lobby and cabins) and the beautiful grounds. Altogether memorable!

The property itself is great, a good-sized studio with beautiful views in a very nice resort setting. Plentiful parking, a pool right outside, easy check in and check out. However, the booking experience was pretty terrible and is making me reconsider using Expedia in the future. After I completed the non-refundable booking, I was informed that I was required to submit to a background check and agree to pay either an exorbitant deposit or purchase damage insurance and then was charged an additional fee from Homeaway that I was neither notified of nor agreed to. The amounts my credit card was charged did not match the amounts indicated in the rental agreements and I'm still waiting for the deposit to be returned. There are lots of options in La Quinta, I won't be using this one again.

No internet and leaky faucets
My husband and I were here for a work trip. We were so excited to be staying at the La Quinta Resort because it's such a nice, luxury resort. However, the internet was pretty much non-existent. As you can imagine, that does not bode well for a work trip. We contacted the property manager about the internet and they suggested another WiFi network but this one was even worse. Because of this, we were forced to have to leave the resort each day and work out of a coffee shop instead. This definitely ruined our trip. And on top of that, the faucets in the sink were awful. One of the sinks barely brained and the other faucet was spraying out water and never had a steady stream. Water was leaking all over the sink area which got very annoying. The room was in a pretty nice condition other than that, and the actual resort was very nice with great restaurants, but the state of the bathroom and internet situation made for a very unsatisfactory stay unfortunately.

We gave a few WiFi password networks to try, Also the one from the La Quinta Resort; when the resort if full it does slow down the internet. As faucets, we were not aware there was a problem with the sink; if you would have said something while there we would have had a plumber over. We have since had another guest staying checking out today and there is still no mention with a problem with the sink or for that matter with the internet connection. Please guests let us know when you have a problem, we can't fix something we don't know is broken. CVV
