O hotel é novo, acústica excelente, apartamentos amplos, instalações novas e modernas. Atendimento excelente. Super recomendado.

Otimo apto para família e amigos
O apartamento é muito bom e bem equipado e a localização ótima. A estrutura e o serviço ainda em fase de criação. O único porém, o wifi no apartamento não pega, tem que ficar com a porta aberta ou sair no corredor. Se formos novamente a Bonaire tentaremos ficar no mesmo local.

I did not survive an hour at this property. False advertising. The beach is nowhere to be seen, it's not close. I booked a deluxe room and it's located upstairs of the check-in area, there is no elevator but two tiny narrow stairs and if you have a luggage be ready to injure your self. They only advertise the "luxury" apartments but not the regular rooms. The room I checked-in has no bathroom door nor a curtain, the shower have a stagnant water and you have to use the mop they left in the room. I asked them to move me to an actual apartment they advertise and price match it with expedia but the front desk said the manager (missing in action) declined and wanted to charge more $270 more. If I stayed here longer it woyld have ruined my vacation. There are way more better properties nearby.

Property had an allowance of one towel per person. No wash clothes, hand towels or even hand soap. Gave us a very hard time when we asked for additional towels and initially flat out refused. Only gave us one toilet paper roll and when we asked for more, they stated we would have to buy some ourselves which is insane!! We did get a couple extra towels and another TP after we complained and complained. NO blankets! Our bed consisted of one fitted sheet, one flat sheet and one pillow! No other linens available in room or by request. We froze at night. I have never been to a hotel that refused to provide the bare minimum. This was even a room that we upgraded to when making the reservation! Bar staff very nice and friendly. Front staff varied with their customer service. We asked around the island to see if maybe this was the standard with hotels on Bonaire and discovered it was not so that was even more upsetting. I did not enjoy my stay and will not return. Sad because this hotel has the potential to be a very cute place.

We were not informed or given any options until after check in to be told the AC was out. They had put a mobile unit in that did not do the job. The exhaust that was duct taped in kept falling out causing more hot air to fill into the room. The bedroom in the back had no fan or circulation making it impossible to sleep. The floors were dirty and dusty. Toothpaste was still stuck on the counter. the couch had stains that I wiped off. The safe did not work to store out passports. Several trips to the front desk were met with no solutions, care or options if we even found it staffed. Bar/restaurants were either closed or unfriendly. Parking was always full and each day I watched staff take the spots in front of our unit. Very unhappy. Really tainted our trip. Would never go back to this resort.

Receptionist was lovely and very helpful! Our apartment had some issues with the AC that couldn’t be fixed right away, so we got another apartment the next day. There also is a dive shop/center on the premises with nice people working there, just be aware their opening hours are different from what Google as well as the sign in their window says. We ended up getting some missing scuba equipment and tanks at a nearby place that goes under the same name (dive friends Bonaire). I think the place is also suitable when traveling with small children since there are different swimming pools (including one for children) on site. Lots of free parking spaces everywhere, never had any issues with that. The only thing that really did not go to our liking was the transfer from and to the airport done by another company which was contracted by the hotel/resort. It was expensive, time consuming and unreliable. Hence either get a rental car on arrival or call a taxi yourself. Btw. I would highly recommend getting a rental truck on the island. A truck, because most roads are really bad (no exaggeration) and there are many cool things to explore on the little island which otherwise you probably will miss.

Twee vrienden en ik bezochten dit Resort op 31/1. Om twee uur kwamen we aan bij het Resort. We zouden de kamer om 15:00 krijgen, uiteindelijk kregen we de kamer om 16:40. De deur van het appartementje ging niet op slot, we moesten wachten tot de reparateur kwam, om de deur te repareren. Bij binnenkomst van het appartementje, viel ons de putlucht op, die uit de badkamer kwam, erg vervelend! De gordijnen waren zeer transparant, zodat je wakker wordt als de zon opkomt. De wifi werkte niet in het appartementje, ook niet erbuiten. Alleen als je dicht bij de bar en zwembad zat. Erg slecht en wederom vervelend! Het personeel van de frontdesk was niet erg behulpzaam. We raden dit resort aan niemand aan!

The hotel is very nice but the room is lacking many things. Starting off with the bedrooms. Beds are comfortable but we only get 1 pillow per person, I think there should be a spare pillow somewhere in the room. And I asked for the beds to be put together but they were not set together correctly because they kept separating in the middle of the night. I would recommend buying a bridge and correct bedding to make the beds correctly when put together. The way the shower is made is very hard to shower and not wet the whole bathroom. They also have no space to place your soap or anything when you shower and they don't supply soap or shampoo. The lights in the room are very dim. Housekeeping was very strange. They would only come in to leave towels but give no service at all. Not even broom or change the trashbag of bathroom or kitchen. I truly did not see the sense of coming in the room to not clean or pick up the trash or atleased leave More trashbags so we can take out our own trash. There isn't enough parking, so if you come home late then you can't park inside, you need to park close by the property if you're lucky. Also there isn't any 110v wall socket, only 220. They did have USB ports which were very handy. The kitchen was very nice and big also very equipped but it had 2 coffee machines but no coffee.. and also no toaster or bowls. Which was very annoying when wanting to make breakfasts. Also I recommend to get more icecube trays we only had one tiny one.

Nice pools, room could be cleaner
Lovely accommodation. Nice pools, AC works amazing, gorgeous balcony. My only drawback is the fact that the food bar by the pool was closed certain days which was pretty random & there were so many flies in our room & even more dead ones.

Expectations Exceeded
Some of the reviews had me a little cautious about staying here but expectations were easily exceeded. Parking was easy, staff were all friendly, location was convenient to get anywhere, and our apartment was clean and comfortable. The on-site dive shop made it very easy to rent and return gear. Everything was pretty low-key and relaxing. I thought the price was extremely reasonable for what we got. Would not hesitate to go back!

Good family resort, inconvenient fir divers
The apartment was very comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen lacked a toaster. Parking was anywhere alongside the road in front of the apartment. If you were diver There wS often not any available parking to load or unload your gear. We saw a truck that had to double park on the raid to unload their gear. Not convenient. This resort seemed more of a family vacation place with many under school age children.

Beautiful apartment complex and very friendly staff! Everything is almost new and at European standards. Great for families as well. Only complain are the roads around the complex. When it rains everything is muddy and lot of potholes since the streets around it to get in or out of the area are not paved.

This was a very nice and quaint resort. The food and drinks were on point. Our room was awesome. The price is great. Only needed hand towels and a ride to our room witj so much luggage.

Pleasant Stay, Highly recommended.
Very pleasant and relaxing stay. The overall atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxed, and the location is splendid. Apartments are roomy, clean and very good equipped with all necessities. On site amenities are available and very pleasant and convenient. Excellent service by helpful staff. Highly recommended.

The hotel does not have a designated parking space for the disabled. There is little place to park, they are far away and on the street and when it is raining it is a quagmire there is no way to go to the hotel room unless you slip or get dirty. When I parked in front of the room to be closer, they would leave me a message on the windshield (parking for 15 minutes), however there were other cars that spent the night parked?!?? and if you go to the hotel bar you can park as long as you want. The curtains in the room at night allow all the light from the cars to pass through. The mini-fridge has a glass door and you sleep with that light and the noise that the motor makes. The security people talk on the phone and/or see, listen to music so loud that it seems that they are inside the room. The only thing that makes up for how unpleasant my stay was is the BEAUTIFUL ISLAND, ITS DONKEYS, FLAMINGOS, BIRDS, BEACHES, CACTUS.

We stayed in a 2b/2ba unit for six days and all I can say is that we were more than happy. What a little gem. Quiet, clean, safe and inexpensive. Cold a/c, stocked kitchen with everything you need. Huge balcony with plenty of space and furniture. There is a wonderful pizza shop on the premises and a convenience store within a 5 min walk. Without a doubt, we will stay here on our next visit.

Everything was very good! We enjoyed our stay. Clean apartment, nice place! The only downside was the parking space. We needed to park the rental car far away on the street in front of other houses.

Resort Bonaire ligt op een centrale plek. Alles is binnen 10 min. rij afstand te bereiken (auto is een must op Bonaire) Het personeel is vriendelijk en bereid te helpen bij vragen of problemen. Het appartement is ruim maar wel basis. Voldoet prima voor een week vakantie maar verwacht geen luxe. Rondom het zwembad mag wel wat vaker schoongemaakt worden

I did not like the fact that when leaving you had to take off the sheets of the bed and take out trash. To me poor service. I neither did like the tv programs I would have expected a more international choice. Poor breakfast Hotel very good situated. Staff is very friendly. Nice pool
