Loved the location
Totally enjoyed our stay here. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Nice to have two main areas to watch TV. It was so close to Keystone and yet still very private. Did with they had a dishwasher. It's not much fun washing dishes on vacation but ...........

Sturgis Motorcycle Rally
We had a great stay. Great location for us. We had some issues with the lights in the living room not working and they had an electrician out within the hour. We had a total of 3 couples and it was perfect. I would stay here again.

Great Escape
This was a great property to escape the hustle and bustle of Keystone and still have access to shopping and restaurants. The house was spacious and clean and was a perfect fit for our family of 6.

The outlets in a couple of the room is loose. Non of the plugs would stay in and some would fall out 1/2 way. Exposing the plug. I m glad my 5 year old knows NOT to touch the exposed plug. There were brand new covers on the plugs but the outlets were old seems original to the house (1960s) I was expecting a dishwasher instead of a locked 2nd fridge that we couldn’t use. Who wants to do dishes on vacation.? There wasn’t any ice in the ice maker either. nor did it make ice. None of the furniture was comfortable. We all sunk into the middle of the bed. It’s hard on my 80 year old parents back. Just feel like the owner brought over furniture they used and put in in a rental house. The property wasn't completely cleaned when we arrived. The bathroom counter and mirror had tooth paste spit and the shower had black mold around the bottom. The towers were crunch and hard, so bring your own towels. we stayed during the off season, so it was quite, but during the peak season, the train that goes from keystone to hill city runs directly out in the front yard, so beware. Just felt like we were deceived from the pictures of the condition of the property. Also there is bunch of religious literature material left all over the front entry table. we attempted to contact the rental management have yet to hear back.

Thank you for letting us know about your stay. While we strive for excellence, issues do arise. Unfortunately, we weren't contacted during your stay to fix these issues for you party. Our maintenance person will look into what's going on with the outlets you mentioned in your review right away. Also, Rushmore Vacation Rentals doesn't promote any religion or leave religious information out for guests. I hope that helps! Close to it all!
The house was nice and roomy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied, except we couldn't find enough dish towels since there was no dishwasher. The highlight in the house for us was the soccer table. But the real highlight was being able to visit the many locations surrounding the house. We did Mt. Rushmore and the lighting ceremony, the Buffalo Round-up, Wind Cave tour, Needles Highway, Badlands, Beggin' Burros, wildlife, and much more. It was a wonderful experience and a great place to call home, especially for 8 people. PS The train going by was really cool too. Next time we'll take the train to Hill City and back!!!

Great Location
This property was ideal for the rally. It is very convenient to all the rides and not far to Sturgis at all. Love the Black Hills!!!

Fantastic
This home was just we needed for a great trip. The process was so easy. Quite neighborhood ttpe setting and one to everything. Definitely recommend Powderhouse lodge for breakfast. Mt Rushmore at night was amazing we found ourselves going back a few ti.es si ce it's so close. Be sure. To take the gravel roads thru Custer state park to s÷e the Buffalo. If we ever back to keystone we will definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our trip great by allowing to come "home" after a long day.

Beautiful restful family reunion.
House is well supplied with kitchen utensils, bedding, towels. We appreciated being able to use the washer and dryer. This is a beautiful site close to Keystone and local sightseeing. Was so fun to see deer each day and a wild turkey with 7 half grown chicks.

Great location and very well kept house
The house was clean, updated and open. Everything we needed was available and the check in / check out process was simple. We liked that it had a washer and dryer and plenty of TVs. Would definitely stay here again and will probably try to on our next trip up.

Great place to make family memories!
Clean house with plenty of space! We had 6 adults, 2 teenagers, a 10 year old and a 3 year old that stayed for a week. They had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Very close to downtown Keystone, while still offering your own space to get away. Front yard had room to play ladder golf and bean bags. We had deer in the yard almost every day, and even a wild turkey out the kitchen window. Our family would definitely rent here again!

The home was very clean, plenty of room for our family. The bedrooms were nice sized. Spare room was perfect for grandchildren! They had their own beds, sliding patio door outside, 55 in TV. Loved the front porch swing to drink coffee and watch the deer

This was the perfect location for us. We loved being right in the middle of everything, yet rural enough to have deer and turkeys in the yard every morning and evening. Definitely a place to unplug!

Great home
The first thing my son in law said was "is it for sale? I'll buy it". It was clean and neat, big enough for all 8 of us with a headroom left over. There were deer and turkey in the front yard. It's close to everything. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home
6 guys on motorcycles rode from Illinois to Keystone. This house was perfect for our stay. There was a garage, beds for everyone, bathrooms were clean, it was awesome. Definitely would recommend this home for no more than 6 grown men.

This is a fantastic property
We loved almost everything about this property. The layout was perfect- plenty of room to spread out and relax. The Den is great for having fun at home. Somehow I missed that this property did not offer WiFi. Though not a deal breaker, it was unfortunate to not be able to stream a family movie over WiFi. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Great Stay
We had a great stay at the house. It was exactly as advertised. The bedrooms got a little warm at night without central air but we were made aware of the fact that there were only two window A/C units. The house had everything we needed and was clean.

Great place to stay with a group
Wow! Good location about a mile outside of the main drag in Keystone. We saw deer near the house and enjoyed watching the train go by. There's a great swing on the front porch and the large kitchen, dining, and living rooms were perfect for our group of 8. Sleeping accommodations were good for 8 (four couples) but wouldn't be ideal for any more adults than that. Had an issue with the DishTV and the property manager was quick to address the issue. Highly recommend this property!

We Will Be Back!!!
This home is amazing! We couldn't have asked for more. The house is very clean, comfortable and a great centralized location to explore the Black Hills. The 1880 Train ran along the tracks across the street from the house (no it was not annoying and didn't run at night); and the house came with a babbling brook, deer, wild turkey and a foosball table 😊 What more could you ask for. Thank you.

Sweet Spot!
We had a wonderful time! The house is nicely centralized btw keystone and hill city! The kitchen has everything you need and cooked some great meals and breakfast. Saw turkeys and deer. The 1880 train passes by the house across the street. The house is very nice. 2 large tv’s in 2 family rooms. The only thing I would add is some folding chairs so everyone can eat at dining table together.

Nice Location.. Perfect access point to all attractions.
Clean, well maintained, great location. Would stay here again. Needs a few more towels to accommodate 10 people. Only complaint is bedroom that has well pump in it too noisy while sleeping otherwise would of been 5 stars. Really enjoyed our stay loved watching the train go by and the deer in the yard.
